Delish and always fresh! One of the few resaurants in town that offer a vegan friendly meal with THE BEST french bread. The manager Blaze is so sweet, always helpful! A mega plus, they always have the best music playing. The staff is friendly and I will keep coming back!

I called in an order for lunch and the shift manager Nathan had my order ready and waiting for me. No waiting 🤗. Nathan was very friendly. I ordered the unwich, which is a lettuce wrap, and it was fresh and delicious 😋. This is hands down the best sandwich shop is town. The lettuce is always fresh and crispy never wilted or soggy. The veggies and meats are always fresh and the bread is the best!! I am definitely gonna be eating here again!!

We ordered Jimmy Johns for delivery but accidentally chose pick up. The assistant manager Nathan called to verify. When I told him that we accidentally chose the wrong option he was very kind and polite and offered to deliver it himself. Nathan showed up a few minutes later! I was so impressed. Also the food was amazing! We will definitely be repeat customers!!

It's a typical Jimmy Johns, which is usually quite delicious. The service here was very helpful with entering some online discounts and getting my family the best prices possible.

Place appeared clean and organized and well stocked. Upon entering my order was promptly taken and was started immediately. Inside dine in area has very limited seating luckily the time I arrived around 2pm wasn't busy so seating was not an issue this time. My Sand Sandwhich was made correctly just as ordered and ingrediants tasted fresh. Dine in atmosphere was pleasant and i would definitely be a returning customer in the future. All there Sandwiches they offer are also a great option for on the go.

I appreciate that it was all packaged very nicely and handed to me in a reusable bag. The staff was so nice as well, and service was quick. I would be happy to come here anytime I’m in Kerville! Well, I wasn’t feeling up to going anywhere and money is kinda tight right now…so I shouldn’t have even thought it was an option to spend 20$ on a sandwich be delivered to me. But…impulsively I had it delivered. I just felt really bad because I couldn’t tip more than I did, and I felt really bad. So I called and explained the situation just because the guilt for not tipping more because I literally could not and I know everyone could use a good tip right now in this economy…I had to apologize in advance. Well when the food arrived, the sweet girl (I can’t remember her name😭) told me they didn’t charge me for the food. Which brought me to tears…It was the nicest thing that’s ever happened to me. And specially to the manager I spoke with….I can’t remember your name either…but thank you. Genuinely. You are truly a good person. God bless yall.

It's really fast and delicious . Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. I like the #17, the ultimate porker , I add cheese and peppers . I get a whole pickle quartered some jalapeño chips and a fresh unsweetened tea. The ice is very chewable. The best ice in town. My son is a picky eater, so I get him a slim 1, ham and cheese, and French bread. The bread is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the workers are cool and quick.

I've eaten here many many times and I'm always happy with the sandwiches. Really only get my order messed up a small amount when they are packed and slinging out sandwiches. Would recommend if you're looking for something quick and filling!

Always fast fresh and friendly staffed!! But they always charge me for my pickles and forget them every time and that ticks me off cause I live 25 miles out of town guess I better check every time now. But my family does like their subs a lot!!

I've been here about seven times, and I've not found anything of the issues mentioned in negative reviews. I've found the food delicious and we'll priced. I believe the negative reviews derived from training issues which have since been resolved. I love the food, price, and speed.

Great subs no question about it. However, they definitely have personnel issues . One person answering the phone, taking orders and managing the dining area. Everyone quit except for this poor soul who was doing his best to keep things moving forward.

Went by Jimmy John's today. Nobody working had on masks. Every one coming in to order had on masks. Two of the guys working had facial hair and no beard coverings. The store has always been clean and employees nice. Just surprised that they weren't being careful.

Online ordered... the delivered food was good but not what I ordered. I got a turkey wrap which was far off of what my order was.. tuscan italian is not turkey if I'm reading correctly???

Had a sign that it was under new ownership, I would like to question this new ownership as to their values... Who waits 5 minutes at Jimmy John's for a sub? No one... Unless it was me. Really disappointed! The owner needs to talk to his manager and employees about priorities. A customers order comes first then you can go and look at your comic book... Thanks a lot for that boys....

I mean... it's a sammich. Hard to mess up, and they rarely do. That said, the employees here either stare at customers like they have no idea what they're looking at, or studiously look away like they had no idea what the teacher was talking about and are praying they're not called on next. It's weird.

Seriously, save your money and go to Subway instead. The business model of Jimmy John's is not what you'd expect. Over charged, lacks flavor, missing all the options a normal sub shop would offer. Cookies were stale. I can't believe I paid over $35 for lunch here and I'm still headed to Subway.

Okay this don't mean that the place is not good so don't get me wrong I've been there my sandwich was on the dry side I particularly don't like dry sandwiches I prefer the Subway sandwich so on that note the service was great the people are friendly and the prices may be a little high for a sandwich but you give it a visit give it a try and come up with your own conclusion that's just my opinion

Taste good kinda close to an actual East coast hoagie... For the price definitely needs more than the paper thin cuts of meat. Not even an ounce of meat. Just saying...

They have been delivering to me for the past month at least two or three days a week. Then out of no where they can't deliver to me because I'm to "far" if you live in Kerrville I live 4 minutes from the store. On water. The guy was rude when I said delivery and he sighed and told me we can't deliver to you anymore. Thanks guys I know subway was better

Posted close time is 9pm Got there at 810-820pm on a Tuesday... They where closed. Simple business practice that does wonders for your business....keep your hours!!

Much rather go to subway and get a real sandwich for better price. Really any other sandwich shop. Freaking horrible. Honestly go to subway and watch your sandwich be made in front of your eyes. Sad thing is I was really excited to see Jimmy John's in Kerrville. Hopefully we get a Firehouse next. Don't forget Bumdoodlers either. Also pretty great. Don't let the delivery service tempt you. Get pizza instead.

One of my coworkers has had 3 sandwiches delivered to our store, and had nothing but good things to say. Today, however, when we tried to order sandwiches for lunch, we were told we were outside of the delivery range. We are 1.5 miles away. Pretty frustrating.

Takes an hour and a half+. Always messes up orders. Twice in a row they have done this. I ordered and payed for extra stuff, and messes my order up completely. Theres no point to calling because it would take another 2 hours for me to receive my food I ordered in the first place

Not very happy with this place. I don’t understand how you don’t deliver to someone right off of Sidney baker. I live in the country club apartments and they don’t deliver there but will to the hotels down the road! Then who do you deliver to cricket right next to y’all!? Done trying to eat from there. Foods not very good and I have bad customer service.

Waited an hour for my food to be delivered. Still waiting. Had to move on. Gave me a $10 discount on a $26 order. Thanks but no thanks. So much for "freaky fast, freaky good."

I just tried this place I ordered the perfect Italian and the bread was hard and barely had any meat on it..was also very dry. Needless to say I threw my sandwich away and went to subway!! I wouldn’t recommend

I asked for a Vito with no onions, taken back twice and still have onions. Seriously, is it that hard to skip a step of making a sandwich?! I'm not wasting my money on y'all. Very disappointed.

Food is OK but so not worth the price. And delivery just plain sucks. Live less than 5 minutes away and takes over an hour to get the food. Then they get the order wrong and say they'll replace it for free and yet have to wait ANOTHER hour just to get it. On top of that they close up and never delivered. We call back and was informed they can't do nothing bc they are already closed but can help us in the morning. WTF SERIOUSLY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY PERIOD!!!Faster to walk and get your own food.

I had hoped the store could follow simple instruction. I had placed an online order for several times and I even called to verify if they had my order correct with no mayo in the sandwiches! But they still can’t get the orders right and the deliveries are always late. I’ve been patient and forgiving. Today I placed another online order for Management meeting lunch for our company. Same instructions no mayo in the sandwiches but there’s still mayo, they forgot 1 order and delivery was late again. My boss asked me to return his lunch and talked to the Manager about it. At first, I thought he was being nice for saying that they will replace the order but when I shared our not so good experience in terms of their deliveries. He was being sarcastic and I was just told to pick it up next time. Which I find it very rude and not a very good suggestion. What’s the use of the delivery options when you can’t do it? Maybe just remove it? I mostly do the safety luncheons for our employees and management meetings which I think it's a good business for you when we do the caterings with Jimmy John's but I probably have skip with you guys if your people dont know how to appreciate good customers. I wish you luck and good riddance.
