Placed order in the app & it hadn't even been started on when I arrived. No other customers in the store but I was told to wait. When given my order I could tell it felt cold so I suspected it was bread from the previous day. I was right. Bread was definitely not fresh & not even room temperature. There's nothing worse than taking that very first bite & you get a mouth full of something you hate....onions. I didn't order onions on my sandwich. Totally dissatisfied. Poor service & poor food quality.

I got these coupons in the mail that I usually throw away, but because the price of food I looked at them and they seemed like a really good deal! BUT, I clipped the coupon out I wanted and went their after the lunch rush and although the young lady at the counter was nice she told me after I presented the coupon that “ya those coupons don’t work probably because the deal of the day” I looked perplexed and she said I will ring the coupon up to show you “! I thought maybe she would override it and still offer the deal but that was a NO! I’m sure there is no management that looks at these reviews but buyer beware! Coupons are just to get you their and then let you down so you will spend more money!!!!!

I am new to the area and as such, I am a heavy user of Google Maps, and I take the ratings seriously. Therefore, the sub was great as always. The poor rating is because there were no drinks but water, and there were no chips of any kind. In fact, they didn't even have bags to put your purchase into.

We went to this location on November 6th for lunch. I ordered a 6 inch wrap with chips and a small drink and my husband ordered a 6 inch sub with chips and small drink. The bill came to 22 dollars and change. While eating I noticed the sign in the window that said MealDeal, any 6 inch sub with chips and small drink is 6.99. I took my receipt to counter and inquired why my bill was so much if it should have been 6.99. He looked at me blankly and stated only certain subs were on that deal. I told him that's not what it says, not even in the fine print. He e kept staring at me as if he hated my face or something. He then rudely asked exactly what was I wanting. I told him my change. He said did I want to order another sandwich and I again said no, just my change. He then just ignored me at that point. Before we left a gentleman came in and ordered the same meal and was told it's a 6.99 deal. The rude guy is Courten, or something along that nature.

Came here even though five points is closer to me because five points put rotten vegs on the sandwiches. Ordered 2 foot longs, Both the exact same way. Except neither were correct, Didn’t have the toppings I wanted and somehow one managed to not even have mayo on it. They’re both made the same way. 🙈

WORST SUBWAY EVER… and I love SUBWAY… so busy getting a to go order just made our sandwiches like SLOP … DO NOT EAT HERE ! The ducks enjoyed it though we didn’t!!!!!

Ordered subway online and had door dash deliver my 6in meatball sub on flatbread to me at work on a really busy day. Receipt was correct and I got meatballs... BUT A meatball taco!? That's a first and a definite last. Come on man I know you are promoting wraps but that's too far...

Worst Subway I have ever been to. The hygiene is grotesque! Guy handled money and change with gloves on then proceeds to handle food. Never get the Meatball sub here! It is always burnt.....ALWAYS! Thought it my be an isolated incident, but when I ordered it a second time half the meatballs were as hard as concrete!

I haven't been there in years & wont ever be back!! Besides being filthy, they have a very rude manager! Never said hello to start. Then he attempts the first half of my lunch but couldn't take the time (10 seconds) to complete my 1 sandwich order on toppings. Apparently he needed to immediately leave customers to sit outside, while 1 other employee handled the customers orders. Disrespectful & rude when I told him that he was, leaving order midway & not helping the other 1 employee. Terrible management from what I saw today!

This location does not pay attention to food safety. Does not practice FIFO. Puts fresh on top of old... Who knows how old the stuff on the bottom is.. could have been sitting all day long. Also the sandwich maker was messing with his hair and would go directly back to the sandwich. No tossing the gloves or washing hands.

Firstly, I ordered online and arrived 20 minutes later to find they didnt make it, that was fine I just had them make it then. Once I arrived home I found my sandwich was made with the wrong bread and had no mayo or cheese. Very dissatisfied.
