I took my family for burgers. It was a Friday night, and the restaurant was not busy. It was clean, and the food was hot and fresh. Everything was excellent! It wasn't very expensive either.

This was a great experience. I went thru the drive thru, they were quick and efficient. The food came out hot and the new tacos were great.

Typical fast food with great service. The temperature of the food was perfect and the burgers were actually fixed with care. Not the typical "slap together" burger. Drive thru speakers were clear and audible and order was accurate.

Forget the passive aggressive low-score reviews. I swear, some people! Anyways, every time I go, it's a good experience. Staff is organized and store is clean, with the minor exception of the drink area. The rodeo king is my current obsession. Love that BBQ sauce!

When you have a manager get mad because they messed up twice and you have a receipt. the is no call for punching your work station. that is uncalled for and he is a danger to your store with a bad temper I don't feel safe coming back . I'm giving one star because I have to

Since a new team is there, the employees are much better and more efficient, service, accuracy and overall experience is vastly improved! The dark tenting on the exterior windows give the building an unoccupied, lights-out look, just look at the parking lot to get a sense on how busy the restaurant is. Even when it is busy they get it done! PS, go there for lunch, the burger king breakfast lineup is not amazing as of yet.

This Burger King has some of the nicest staff I've ever met in a Burger King. I ordered coffee with my breakfast and I was asked not once, not twice, but three times without giving any sign that I wanted more coffee by someone walking over and asking me if I'd like to be topped off. This is not normal for a Burger King and I absolutely love it. The restaurant was extremely clean, well kept and it looks like it was remodeled recently. All of the employees were incredibly nice and professional. I even had someone again walk by and ask me if I needed anything. This is the type of service you expect in a restaurant but not in a fast food joint. This place is incredibly well managed and kept. If you're hungry stop in here the food is great.

Tables and dining area were clean, the bathroom was clean as well, and that's a big deal now days. Food was served quickly and still hot, cheese melted perfectly. Service was great, accommodating my son and his friends. They had an amazing experience, even complimenting on how friendly the service was, saying they were treated like kings for real. That's a major compliment coming from teenagers! Five out of five experience.

I love the $4.99 Whopper Wednesday special. You get a Whopper, small fries, and a small drink. It's a special treat for a senior on a tight budget and the woman who is usually working the front counter is always very pleasant.

Had to try the new burger promotion for How to Train your Dragon! The burger was delicious, with a perfect amount of bacon 🥓 and the buns looked very cool with the coloring! Also ordered some mozzarella sticks, also very delicious and goes amazingly well with the burger! We've been going to this BK since it has opened and your best bet is to go in and place your order so there isn't any mistakes on either part and be sure to check your bag before leaving! Usually this is a fast paced business but it does have "busy" hours so be sure to have some patience upon those busy hours. There is an outside sitting area, a pool place for kids to play and plenty of parking.

Just go to McDonalds the only time and I mean only time I would go here is if you use the app or coupons from the mail it gets 3 stars for speed of online order placement if it wasn't for that it would be a lot lower. Look at it then look at McDonald's across the street any given time and day of the week. Quality matters and this location has suffered. 2 maybe 3 staff on a good day.

the value fries were very skimpy. 1.49 is worth at least 14.9 decent size fries. these were fry ends and pieces. however our burgers were made to order and the staff was friendly.

Burger King is pretty good in Kerrville. They have alot of choices and their menu is updated pretty regularly. You can't beat the chicken nuggets. I think they are hands down better than McDonald's and they are way cheaper. Of course, the double Whopper is an awesome burger. If you wanna be a fatty get the bacon king burger like I regularly do. :). It's greasy cheesy bacon awesomeness. I personally ask them to leave off the ketchup because they will pile it on. Their fries are also great.

Very slow service. Distracted employees. Had to repeat my order at least a half dozen times. Keep in mind you can order by the number. Went inside to order so I know the cashier heard me. Food is ok, but burgers are thrown together. Needed to open them up to spread out all the condements.

This place is usually pretty good and they have nice staff but today I got the how to train your dragon meal for the second time this month and I ordered online and when I went through the drive thru to pick up my online order they tried to give me the wrong order and it took forever to get my food and I got no spoon with my Viking sundae and the motzerella sticks weren’t the spicy ones and they only gave me four motzerella sticks anyway

I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich that I have ordered many times before. It always had lettuce and tomato with some yummy dressing, maybe mayonnaise. I was asked if I wanted the classic sandwich or the one with lettuce and tomato. I asked for the one with lettuce and tomato. I ordered one in a meal and then ordered a second sandwich only stressing that I wanted the one with lettuce and tomato. When I got home with the sandwiches, they both were a chunk of fried chicken breast with only sauce and pickles on a bun. I don't like pickles and was not expecting the thick chunk of chicken breast. It barely fit the bun and was awkward to eat. It was so thick. What happened to my old chicken sandwich? I was already late, so didn't have time to return the sandwiches. Everything else I ordered was hot and tasty.

Meh. It was just your usual whopper onion rings and a drink. I had the double whopper with onion rings and a coke and my daughter had a cheese burger kids meal with French fries and a lemonade, its the same burger you can get anytime you go to BK nothing diff nothing wrong. The staff wasn't friendly no greeting, no thank you, no come again, as of you were just there to give them money in exchange for food (which yes I get it that might be right) but a greeting wouldn't hurt anyone to receive or make. Nothing wow about my experience but also nothing wrong either just would've liked to be acknowledged like a paying customer.

I'm not sure how it takes 10 min to get two 10 peice chicken nuggets. It's honestly just purely mind boggling. Especially when I can see the nuggets already made. The front area had been "mopped" but looked more like a flood had hit. The cashier was incompetent, didn't know how to work the register, no one was there to help him either. At 9am, the hash browns were cold and stale tasting. The croissant was luke warm at best. Not planning to visit again

I ordered mine and my husband's food online for delivery. My order was wrong and my husband's food was cold. I called and told them and had to drive over to get my food replaced. The lady that replaced it was very nice. Got my food, went home and ate. Now, I have had a horrible stomachache all night and most of the morning. I don't think I will ever get food from BK again.

Decent food quality. Some off the stat are rude. Even to the local homeless. Like really. No matter how much you hate the homeless. You still should say hi or your welcome when some says thank you... but I do know that there is a young lady in the evening that always has the greatest smile. This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The food is horrible the buns taste like they've been sitting out for a week and the burger patties are always dry. Every time I've eaten here I've regretted it. The one thing this location has going for it is the staff. Despite the bad food the staff has always provided a good experience in interacting with them. Drove all the way across town just for Burger King for the children I asked specifically for hot chicken fries they said they were just minutes upon seconds old when the kids got them they were like rubbery and very disappointed the burger was Dripping of dressing when I asked for light and the chicken on the sandwich was cold to touch the cheese had not been melted exclamation the only thing good worthy onion rings they were hot fresh and the only thing the kids ate out of a $20 meal they didn't have the ice creams and substituted with apple pies which oddly enough were just as good as the onion rings but I think that's because they go from Frozen to defrosted 2 microwaved out the drive-thru window

Never had a good experience at this location. The guy who handed us the order looked and seemed stoned out of his mind. The food was disgusting and one of the burgers were the wrong kind and the large fry was tiny. I eat burger King a lot, but never the Kerville again.

Restaurant was filthy, manager handled money and food without washing her hands. Even scratched her hair then touched food. She was constantly on her cellphone texting. The French fry Dude touched the handle of the mop bucket with the same gloves he touched your fries. One employee said she wanted to quit and it was obvious because she had a I don't give a hoot attitude. When I went to discuss this with the manager she became defensive and started trying to justify everything. Management stems down. My suggestion is for her to be retrained or perhaps a different career choice.

Online order didn't work. Tried to call several times and no one would answer. So I went to the drive thru and asked if I could order.. was told yes, after this car. Not sure how this location stays open. We've attempted several times since they opened here and they've never failed to disappoint. From tepid food to inability to fill an order due to lack of ingredients (only to be told after waiting at the window and not being offered any form of substitutions)to inexplicable long wait times, if you are looking for a patience testing experience, this is the place!

This place always gets my order wrong, even when they are slow. I usually dismiss it but today was terrible! Stuck in line for an hr just to talk on the intercom. Food was very OLD and not even made right. The workers just stand there with their mouth open and a dumb found look on their face.Lazy! Gross!

A 25 minute wait for fast food, unacceptable. I'll just go to Chili's next time and for about the same price too. At least it's a sit down restaurant and not Fast Food.

Ordered in drive through, and had to wait to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes to order at the speaker with other cars in front moving forward. During the ordering process, every time I mentioned a meal number it was acknowledged and added to the screen and was told final total at the window. At the window was told a co-worker did not take down order and had to re-order at the window even though my drinks were ready and waiting. Paid, was not provided copy of receipt. Was told to pull around and wait outside of restaurant and order would be brought to me. Waited another additional 20 mins for food, when food was brought out we asked for straws since they were not provided. The girl who brought it out acted like it was an unreasonable request to go back inside and grab a couple of straws for us and our kids. After we got the straws we got back on the road just to find inside the bag was the completely wrong order, incorrect receipt showing that we were given a different order and kids meals were not included. The complete botching of the order and horrible attitude and way were treated was not warranted and will definitely not stop here again.

Waited over 25 minutes in the drive through. Overall, they have horrible customer service and I ended up going to McDonald’s across the street where I had my food in less than ten minutes. Stay away from this junkyard of a restaurant!

No matter when you set the pickup time for pickup orders they will only start on your food after you get there, meaning you still have to wait in a line, and also wait for the entirety of your foods preparation, usually 20+ minutes

The store manager Liza is absolutely rude. She has no customer service. When you asked her a simple question she automatically says no I'm not doing it it's up to my discretion. As if I was even asking you if it was up to your discretion it was completely a question. Apparently all of the managers have their own discretion. And it's very obvious it's not about having it your way. It's about having it her way. Her customer service skills are not up to par. The accuracy on the orders of this team provides are not up to standards. And they should be doing drug screens.

This place used to be one of the better places to eat in town. Unfortunately, their food quality and overall service has taken a turn for the worst. Your money would better be served eating pretty much anywhere else. Trust me, it's not worth the gamble. Just because some of the irregulars are getting lucky with some fresh food doesn't mean that its going to be you. For every bad review there are 10 people who couldn't be bothered to post a review. Take your money somewhere that you know what you will be getting. This isn't the place.
