Last Saturday I went to the Ihop while accompanied by two purple men. Let me explain. It was the middle of the night and the guys just got back from a GWAR metal concert where they were drenched in faux blood. By the time they got home, we three were starving. This is where Jessica comes in. We walked into the I of Hops and were greeted by this absolutely AMAZING human. She didn't even ask why they were purple!! Which was fine because we were cracking constant jokes and being mildly inappropriate and she loved every minute of it. Turns out she was a fan of the band and was laughing the whole way through with us! The service was excellent! The food was i-hoppin and it was a freaking awesome experience. It was genuinely nice to meet such a kind person in the world. Humanity needs more of her.

I stopped by IHOP in Kerrville while passing through town and had a great experience! The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Our server went above and beyond to make sure our order was perfect. The food came out hot and fresh. Exactly what you expect from IHOP. The pancakes were fluffy, the coffee was hot, and the bacon was nice and crispy. The manager even stopped by our table to thank us for coming in, which really stood out to me. It’s great to see a restaurant that takes pride in customer service and consistency. I’ll definitely be stopping here again next time I’m in Kerrville. Highly recommend!

CAITLIN was an EXCEPTIONAL server. She’s very attentive. Checks thoroughly to ensure the food is top tier. Christine as well is an AMAZING server. She walked by to check on us to also ensure we were happy. IHOP give your servers a raise!!

Everything war truly Made to order. Taste, texture and flavor were spot on. Our Server, Bella, was so kind and gracious. With the new Manager and staff… we couldn’t have asked for better! Update: 6-2-2021: Revisited about 3:00 in the afternoon on weekday to get their BOGO meal buy one get one free with a purchase of two drinks. They were not busy took about 30 minutes to get the meal. The prices have gone up about a dollar and a half to $11.50 but the quantity of food seems to have shrunk restrooms were clean. Overall, not that great. Your mileage may vary... UPDATE 5-17-2019: Stopped by today hoping to have a repeat of the last great meal here. It was midweek 3 in the afternoon and the two of us were the only ones in the restaurant besides the waiter and manager. We ordered up the same large omelettes that we had previously ordered. We waited we waited we waited... Approximately 15 minutes later I asked the manager what the holdup was and he said they were coming, but at no time did he come over and engage us about the food or the service or anything else. That should have been a warning. The omelettes finally arrived and they were nothing like our previous meal or the ones you see on TV. They were small to medium, a little bland but nothing like we had previously experienced. The waiter said the problem was the cook. Went from high highs to low lows, so it's a toss up on your experience. Stopped by on a Thursday afternoon to try the 'huge omelets' that are advertised on television. They have a BOGO special from 3 to 6 p.m. but you have to buy two drinks. I got two coffees for $2.59 each. There are 10 omelettes that come with unlimited pancakes with prices ranging from $9.79 to $9.99 including the steak omelette which I had. It was as seen on TV and as described on the restaurant poster.... Large! There is a lot of food that comes with this meal. You may end up taking food home with you. The the wait staff was friendly. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. I have no hesitation about recommending the restaurant and its omelettes.

Easy access from Sidney Baker. Plenty of parking. The staff is friendly and efficient. They seem very experienced. They are attentive and responsive. The restaurant is comfortable and clean, albeit dated. The restrooms could use refurbishment. The tables and booths are comfortably spaced. The food is good. It's standard American breakfasts, eggs, hash browns, pancakes, waffles, etc. The portions are large. Service is fast and efficient.

The only reason I give this place 5 star rating is because of one person, our server Caitlin. We almost walked out because we waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When the hostess finally came to the front, she mumbled something and I told her we were waiting to be seated. She walked away and didn't say anything. Then a waitress comes to the front and in a very loud, unfriendly voice asks if we've been helped. I tell her no and she grabs some menus and almost grumbles "follow me!". Very unfriendly and almost rude. Once she seats us, the most friendly, sweet, young lady greets us with a warm and welcoming smile. That's when we decided to stay. She was training another young lady, and despite that she remained patient, friendly, and kind the entire time. She was excellent and the epitome of superb customer service. She could train the entire staff there on what good customer service skills. IHOP, give this woman a raise or move her into management. She was so awesome!!!! The food was good. Excellent coffee. But Caitlin...she's the only reason we stayed and the only reason we'd visit again if we're ever in the area! Thank you Caitlin!

She was knowledgeable and had information about gluten free food for my mother that was not on the menu. I would attribute how amazing our experience was due to Caitlin. The food was above average for an IHOP in my opinion. The eggs were cooked exactly the way I wanted. The steak was juicy and tender. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful. [update 10/27/2021] We went the other day at around 6am. While they were short staffed and it took a while to find someone even there, the food was fantastic, served quickly, and the staff were wonderful. We had Daniel and then a woman (sadly whose name I can’t remember). Both were great. *** Friendly service but food was depressing. Good prices. Whole grain pancakes tasted good but were served blandly. Bacon was fatty and greasy. Restaurant was clean, though. And quiet.

Everything was okay but a bit slow. There weren't many customers and seemed like even less employees. I only noticed 2 waitresses and a hostess. There was a dirty booth across from us that no one attempted to clean for more than 15 minutes. No problem with the food. It was warm when we got it and the order was done correctly.

Friendly waitress Charly however, utensils had baked on food and food was okay but not Ihop quality.

The biscuits and gravy were tasteless. Bacon not fully cooked and served in a lump. Waited 45 minutes for order and it wasn't very busy, then they brought someone else's order and then our order arrived and wasn't complete.

Not the cleanest of franchises, little slow with the orders. But good customer service.

We arrived at lunch time. A man told us we would need to wait in the waiting area because the kitchen was backed up. We couldn't be seated even though there were tables available because the kitchen was backed up. A little odd, you would think we could have at least been seated and served a drink. 25 minutes later we were finally seated and met our waitress who told us she was new. She did great! However the kitchen must have still been backed up because it took another 30 minutes for our food to come out. During our visit we heard the original man bark at our waitress because she was in his way. We heard a lady yell at all of the staff that they needed to stop the shelves while they weren't busy. And we got to listen to the staff complain a bit while they were congregated at a table near the back wall. Again, our waitress did great! The rest of the staff need to learn that their customers can hear them when they're only a few feet away from them and yelling.

Well my daughter and I are starting a tradition that we get together on July 11th every year to celebrate our Mother/Daughter birth days. October 7th and 11th which is 711. Anyways last year we went to IHOP and had a good time. So we wanted to make it a thing to go there every year. This visit made those plans change.. We showed up at 9:30 and the doors were locked😠. They closed at 10 so the doors should be unlocked. Their was a man on his phone by the door when we walked up, he was actually calling a friend inside asking her to come open the door. So we walked in as well. They didn't seem very pleased to see us walk in with him. When we got inside there was a surprise for Heather sitting at the table; her girlfriend from school that she hasn't seen in 2 years. It was nice to see her happy. The server said that we could sit next to them. We sat down and got served right away with menu's and our drinks. We got our order in before 10 so we weren't worried about people getting too upset that we walked in when they were trying to close early. My daughter got to visit with her friend for a little while before they left. Time was passing by with no food on our table so I walked towards the kitchen and they were just pouring the pancake batter on the grill so it was still gonna be a minute. We decided to get it to go and eat it somewhere else. I asked them to make it to go. When we got in the car I thought to myself that it sure was expensive for two people but I didn't say anything about it in front of Heather. $38. I ordered the build your own omelet and Heather got the pancake deal with a chocolate milk. When we got to our spot that we had chosen to sit and opened the bag; it was disappointing. I didn't have my hash browns or my jalapeños and Heather's hash browns were black. Not going back there again.

Typical IHOP, nothing special, nothing bad. I wish they would go back to having real bacon and not the soggy floppy microwave kind they all serve now.

Sorry to say , my grandson and I were informed that we had come on the busiest day of their work week. It was a Sunday morning around 11 a.m. Unfortunately, we were told it would be about a 20 minute wait . Well, that turned into a 45 minute delay in receiving our food. Yes , they were busy ! Also, we were advised by both our waitress and a manager that two cooks hadn't shown up for their shift that morning. The waitress was super kind in getting our drinks . Yeah , try and make that chocolate milk last for 45 minutes for a 9 year old before ever receiving your food. Didn't happen. Requested water , cool. That helped. The kind waitress offered me and my grandson milkshakes on the house for our trouble. Sorry , we were looking for something with a little more sustenance, so we declined but thanked her anyway. When we finally received our food , we had to wolf it down in order to make our movie time. The food wad good, the waitress was good , just sorry for the kitchen. I think the fear of ICE coming around may have had something to do with it.

Yesterday my daughter and I went into Ihop like we do almost every weekend for the past 2 years. We love Ihop. Especially Caitlin shes the best!! 5 out of 5 stars for Caitlin. However yesterday another employee I believe her name was Rhonda? Decided it was a good idea to state "damn kid just shut up" as my kid was laughing in the restaurant. Its crazy that she had the audacity to let this come out of her mouth as if she doesn't come into work smelling like liquor half of the time. This place of business has really gone downhill since Levar has been gone.

Our server was very good, she apologized for our food taking 45 minutes. We could hear workers arguing and blaming. We did notice a few orders being returned wrong, the staff and cooks need to communicate better and not get orders wrong. We use to line IHOP but after today will go elsewhere. We know, good help is very, very hard to find these days. Such a shame when you have a couple really good employees that gave to carry the others.

We were seated right away by a server named Todd. He took our drink orders right away and came back with them quickly. We weren't ready to order yet so he said he'd come back. It was 10 minutes till we saw him again at our table. He was too busy flirting with a young lady at a table filling out an application for employment. When he came back to the table (10 minutes later) he took our order. Then promptly went back to the young lady filling out the application. When our food was ready he brought it to us and that's the last we saw of him until he brought our bill. We did flag down the manager when our drinks were empty and she brought us our water but no offers to refill our sodas was made by the server at any time. The manager then brought to go boxes to our table and put our food into them, which was nice. The food was really good but the service by our server was less than exemplary. A disappointing trip to IHOP to say the least.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had in my life. A nice gentleman sat me down, and after that it was downhill. There was only a few people in the restaurant, and there was four servers but yeah, I managed to only have any attention whenever they took my drink order along with my food order, and then they brought me my drink along with my meal about 10 minutes later. The next time I had any service was whenever I had to flag somebody down who is bringing in a package and asked for my bill. He asked me who my server was and I told him the truth of I have no idea.

We were disappointed in our experience. We try not to judge off of one single experience. However, we have had multiple times that we have gone now and gotten similar service and quality of food. We ordered the cinnamon dips they came out and were sprinkled with cinnamon not coated in cinnamon and sugar. They tasted bland and were covered in the dipping sauce instead of the dipping sauce being on the side. We thought well if that's the worst thing, we are good. It didn't stop there. Our pancakes were not fully cooked. We ordered the lemon blueberry pancakes. It was not topped with the lemon filling....not sure what it was. The orange juice tasted like it was half water and orange juice. The coffee and omlete we ordered were good. We couldn't eat half of our meal. The service was subpar, but I will say they seemed short-handed, so we took that into consideration. Our server did ask how everything was when we went to the counter to pay just before we left. We told her it was alright and she asked what was wrong. We told her some of it and she did get us a discount. She also stated they had cooks from SA because they were so short-handed. We will give it a couple of months and try again to see if it improves. We really like IHOP usually.

Breakfast food was good. Restaurant condition was filthy. The customer area was so dirty, I wonder how the back of the house looked. Apparently pride in ownership doesn't exist. Entry and exit doors were dirty, lots of finger prints, smudges and dried liquid(looked like milk). The floor when you walked in had food crumbs all over. The front register area and hostess stand had trash overflowing from trash can, toothpicks lying everywhere and food crumbs. One table left when we sat down and that table was still dirty with dishes when we left. Staff seemed more to care to chat with each other until customers periodically interrupted their conversations. Even staff should have pride in their work environment and management has failed in properly educating staff of restaurant cleanliness. We almost left but husband was hungry. We hope they clean the place or we won't stay and eat. There are other places in town to get breakfast.

IHOP looked nice from the road and was open...But it looked abandoned! Only the staff were there, we were eventually seated and our waitress was attentive with quick service - no complaints there. The building was hot ("only 3 of our 4 A/C units work") and the bathrooms were superficially 'clean' but smelled like urine. Unless things change, I would not go back. The only reason we stayed? Fantastic waitress.

Ordered a Belgium Waffle when it arrived it was almost burnt. Couldn't see waiter so got up to find him. No luck in my section, went to next section and saw 4 or 5 dirty tables food still left. Finally found a server and she said it should never have been served. Got second waffle and it was right. Wife ordered bèef tips, they were ol but after they brought my second waffle they ("found") brought her bread which turned out to be soggy. Was credited for the waffle. As we were checking out I saw one of the other sections with napkins and other trash all over the floor. There were at least 4 servers and no other customers. Totally unacceptable. Go back....probably not.

Me and my husband went out to have breakfast we got to our table fairly quickly, the waitress gave us our drinks and went to chat with the table next to us with another waitress that was also chatting with them. Crazy to say we didn't get service for 10 mins! The food was swell and the service was completely awful. Our waitress name was Caitlin and I don't know the other waitress name sadly. But for the people reading this don't waste your time and money at this place.

Windows and anything glass is absolutely filthy! Been in twice in 2 weeks and still as dirty as ever. It's not hard people.. windex + rag and minimal effort can clean those windows, doors and partitions!

Today I had a disappointing experience at this IHOP. The air conditioning was broken, making it an uncomfortable 85 degrees inside. I ordered a build-your-own omelet with cheddar, tomatoes, and hash browns inside, plus a side of three pancakes, which is one of the side options for the byo omelet. When my food arrived, the omelet was missing the hash browns, and I was served a stack of five pancakes instead of the usual side portion. I didn’t understand exactly what had happened because there were no hash browns in the omelet or on the side. But I figured, hey I’ll just eat this omelet instead of making them remake it. And thought, maybe she grabbed the wrong stack of pancakes. I also didn’t eat the two extra pancakes. At the end when the bill came out, I realized I had been charged for an additional stack of 5 pancakes and she had entered the hash browns as the side, which I didn’t receive either way. I let the server know and she only offered a side of hash browns to go, which wasn’t helpful since I was already full and had paid about $10 more than expected. While the food tasted good and I’ve had positive experiences here before, this visit was frustrating and left me feeling overcharged.

A/C is broken in this building. Looking at other reviews its been for a while. It is hot and gets really uncomfortable even more so when it takes over 40 minutes to get your food when there are only 6 people total in the restaurant. Our waitress didnt get the order wrong once but 3 times. You can hear the staff arguing in the kitchen about what was asked for and what was made. No wonder ihop is going down hill.

Unacceptable service. First our waitress argued with another lady on whose table we were. Then she put a handicapped person in a booth and then eventually at their request moved them to a table. Horrible service! Orders were wrong, when the manager came to see what was wrong he said he would bring the items that were missing in the original order AND then turns around and charges us for the extra plate that was supposed to be the items that were missing from the original order. Worst restaurant service ever. There was none at the door to greet us, no sign stating to wait to be seated, so after waiting a couple of minutes, we sat ourselves. Five minutes later a waiter comes out to seat someone and when we asked to order he made a comment saying “your waiter probably didn’t see you come in since people don’t usually seat themselves” he then said she’d be right with us. The female waitress went ahead and sat someone else before letting us order. We left before ordering as clearly they couldn’t have cared less.

My son and I were on our way back to Houston from a camping trip and he wanted IHOP for breakfast. We got here a few minutes after 11:00 a.m. on a Sunday and we were seated quickly. Our waiter came up and asked for our drink order and we told him we were ready to order food so he said he'd come back with his book so he could take it. He promptly returned and took our order. When I placed mine, I asked him to bring a little cup of butter because they never give you enough for the pancakes. It was about 40 minutes later that our food finally arrived. No check in from our waiter or update. When he asked if we wanted any condiments, ketchup, i asked for the butter once again. A few minutes go by and I hear him talking to another table so I look over and our waiter is delivering food and on the tray is the butter that I thought was for me, but I was wrong. He delivers it to that table and walks away without looking back to us. It was about 10 to 15 minutes after our food had arrived that I was able to flag him down and ask for the butter again. By the time it came, my pancakes were already getting cold and I was just overall disappointed with the service. It seems like if you aren't a regular then you get put on the back burner.

Ended up walking out of there just now, it was so ridiculous we were seated, 25min passed and we were never even asked what to drink, while other people who were arriving after us were already asked what to eat, it wasn’t even busy there was a max of 6-8 tables being occupied, hate to play the racial card but we were the only hispanics waiting to be helped out, the host even looked our way a few times and never bothered to say or do anything

Terrible experience. The place was dirty, so many tables needed to be cleared off while staff was sitting by the kitchen- disgusting environment to eat in. Tried to overcharge us for sides that were supposed to be included. Seemed as though wait staff was very new and very untrained. Food was mediocre, apparently the cook quit in the middle of his shift, that would be understandable on its own if everything else was good, but the overall experience was so bad.

Horrible experience, the whole place is very dirty. We saw a roach as we were eating. I ordered the Cookie French toast and instead of telling me they did not have the ingredients she decided for me that blueberry would suffice. Our server was also very rude and sharp. My husband order fried eggs and she could not comprehend that he wanted them fully cooked and not over easy. She had also mixed up our orders with another customer and my husband received his food five minutes before I got my incorrectly made order. Over all will not be going back and might just stay away from Ihops all together.

They were out of advovado and we were told no hashbrowns. But hashbrowns were on our plate. Food was not great. Place was dirty. Bathroom disgusting. How do places like that stay in business. Bisquits and gravy were pancake looking things with gravy on them.

It's the 28th of December and 7am. Why was there a limited menu? Why??? Also, good lord, 4$ for a sweet tea.

Deleted my last review bc it’s not worth it any more. The food was horrible, cold and not worth it. Bring James back, he made this place worth coming too!

The place was really dirty and smelled like sewer. Our server was good, though . The food would have been much better if it wasn't for the dirty floors and horrible smell. I will not be going back. I hope our server can find a better place to work as he was good at his job.

Waited like 1hr and half to eat. Save time go somewhere else.

Seated promptly with the waitress getting my morning coffee. Order taken by the assigned waitress, who didn't bring me a coffee pot which other customers had, nor any water. My prepared order was brought out appropriately but assigned waitress never returned except to bring the bill. Never returned to asked if everything was ok, and no offer for more coffee or even water. I flagged down a different waitress for more coffee and water. Assigned waitress only came back to bring a bill. She didn't even clear any of dirty dishes during entire breakfast. I did tell another couple on way out who had her to be aware of poor service. Normally I have excellent service here but this stunk this AM. I did leave a message on the bill when I left about poor service. Other customers with a different server got great service.

Very disappointed of the service and atmosphere. I didn't think racism was still a thing we were sat at the opposite side of the restaurant given different menus and the waitress stood far away from us couldn't even hear what we ordered. When I got up to go to the restroom with my kids everyone just stared at us it was very rude. I've lived in texas my whole life my kids are raised here and yes we are brown skinned but we speak English very well and have never felt so disrespected in my life. Alot of white americans travel to Mexico because they love or food and culture. Maybe yall should consider being more respectful and well-mannered no matter the color or race we are past that we are in the future we shouldn't be behaving this way as grown adults. Be better and do better. God bless.

Hot in the restaurant, waiter was rude, didn’t take orders.

We stopped here this past Sunday evening. First thing we noticed was the music...Someone had their personal playlist (very very graphic music) playing through the ceiling speakers. There were 2 tables occupied, no hostess to be found. We stood there for approximately 10 minutes only to find out that the hostess was occupying one of the two tables completely (within ear shot of us at the hostess station). She never once got up to advise someone would be with us. When she did get up and seat us, her body odor was so strong that my 6 year old proclaimed "What's that smell??? It's gross!". He wasn't exaggerating. The waitress (a different lady) came out from the back and was much better. Not sure where she was either during the 10 minute wait at the hostess stand, but she was at least friendly and didn't smell like a septic tank. I should note, they did change the music once we were seated. The food was fine but the initial service and cleanliness of the place is horrible. Carpets were full of crumbs and debris, table was sticky but only one table plus us had actual customers the entire time we were there. After eating, as we are walking out to our truck, I got a whiff of the body odor again and told my wife she must be outside somewhere. Sure enough, around the corner she was sitting in the passenger seat of her boyfriend's pickup truck. It was THAT strong! I know someone will say, "why did you stay?!" It was New Year's Eve around 7-8pm and most places were either super busy or closed. Worst iHop experience ever. Avoid, Avoid!

We were waiting for a table because there was a wait (even though the restaurant was pretty much empty) and while waiting a couple had gotten up to leave and informed us a cockroach ran across their table so that was all it took for us to leave.

We ordered via app, the pickup time was 12:10 PM and I received the order at 12:30 PM and what made it worse was that the pancake was burnt and cold. Will not order again!

Leaving the restaurant right now, party of four, not busy. We arrived at 1 AM after a Saturday evening, had to get our own menus, the one server had maybe two other tables, stopped by the table to take our drink orders, never got them, we walked out. Y'all might as well just turn off the open sign if you don't want to feed people. Hire some people, maybe make that "help always wanted" sign out front bigger? It's a weekend, this is one of two places to eat in Kerrville at this time, it's not exactly rocket science to schedule some staff. Can't even rate the food because we never saw any.

Falsely advertises its 24 hours when its not. Never staffed, never clean. Shut it down and put Denny's in it's place.

I don’t know who owns this location but you suck. There’s only ever like one server here. I’ve walked into this location 6 times now and have never been served or been sat. Please do not go here.

Had to wait a lengthy time to be seated. I don't know why it wasn't very busy. My daughter and I were out for the day and wanted a nice breakfast.Not what we got! Waiter was very distracted and when my omelet cane back the second time it had egg shells and so greasy it was inedible! Will not go back. So disappointed 😞

10/10 got a free meal after they mixed up half our order with another groups, was told to never return to the place again, along with the other group whom our order was crossed with. I asked them not to threaten me with a good time. Along with it taking two hours just to mess it up. Worst restaurant experience I've ever had bar none. Bravo. Almost impressive.

Horrible we’ve come to this location 3 times and every time is horrible the server was horrible, if you don’t like your job find a different one!

I wanted to give 3 stars for the bitter salad, but it turned out to be not the worst ... The juice was terrible, as if it had been diluted with water, I did not drink it and returned it, since it is not juice! But I was charged for it! Bad service, very disappointed! I love ihop, but this place upset me.

Waited about an hour to get our food, we could hear them talking about how they messed up one of our orders and we can else our food at the window. The waitress we had was in training, but the waitress training her needs to inform her about checking on customers consistently, especially when it’s not busy. We were hardly checked on, we had almost been there an hour when we decided we were going to leave when our food came out, and it was dry or burnt. We had then given her cash to check out, where it took almost 15 minutes for us to get our cash back, and most employees, couldn’t tell if they were on break or not but we’re just sitting down or talking to others. This is the second time we have waited almost or more than an hour for our food and have had waiters not check in on us.

Waited for 20 minutes before even being acknowledged, another 10 before being told another 15 minutes for a whole section of tables to get cleaned off. 12:30 in the afternoon. I feel sorry for the little older lady that is working there, seems as though she is the only one with a sense of purpose and movement. Management seems to not have a clue how to run a crew.

Pancakes so cold butter wouldn't melt. French fries still raw. Uncooked eggs. 30 min wait for cold food when there was only 2 other tables occupied. Asked for cooked fries. Came back with another plate of them still raw in the middle. Anddd to top it off watched 2 inch roach just cruise on by and then it came back. Seriously a waste of money and my time.

Horrible food when ordering pick up. Took forever and was cold by the time it came out. Grease tasted old, and on top of that received no sauces, no marinara for mozzarella sticks, no gravy for the chicken fried steak, no tartar sauce for the fish and chips. Won't ever bother going back.

seating was not a problem as we were there about 9 AM on a Saturday morning. We ordered our breakfast and it took 35 minutes to come to the table. Waitress was not attentive to our table as we had to call her and ask for refreshments on our lemonade and then when I asked her about the food she’s like we’re shortstaffed sorry for the wait. but I continue to see a man standing by the kitchen with a black apron on in a clear apron under that just standing by the kitchen, not assisting or helping anybody Clearly he must’ve been a kitchen person if you’re that short staffed it should’ve been all hands on deck and everyone helping out. We received our food. It was barely warm biscuits were flat. The gravy barely covered the biscuits. My daughter‘s breakfast said four pancakes. We only receive two , at the time I was ready to go. I was so over it. I didn’t even complain. I just took my check, knowing I would never be back and I would write a review About my experience. . Do not recommend this place

Had the worst experience at this IHOP, the service was terrible, and the food was terrible. The pancakes were burnt waited there an hour and 18 minutes to get served burnt food. The waitress was terrible, didn't care was there for that long, and still served me. Burnt food, we'll never visit this. IHOP again. The waitress was also complaining about the tips that she received throughout the day talking about it with other employees. Can't believe this IHOP is run this way.

Unfortunately our experience wasnt the best. The food was good when it came the second time. The lady who seated us was welcoming and super great, we ordered and my food came on a dirty plate. I asked for a new plate our waiter looked upset, with no apology that my food was on a really dirty plate, she transferred my pancakes on to another plate, I had to ask a different women to make me a different plate of pancakes. We eat at IHOP's often and this was by far one of the worst experiences we have had.
