First let me say, whoever the night manager is at this location is the BEST!!!! Clearly, took my order from the drive through (even though I had a big truck, so I couldn't go through the drive through) and allowed me to get my food. Thank you to whoever she is!!!!

I am a little celiac and autoimmune allergic to dairy, but I got a triple baconator here and it was absolutely delicious! The fries are okay, but not even close to as good as the meat. No bun, no cheese all delicious! It was a filling lunch. (mmmmmm... I want it again.)

Came through during the Covid19 time frame. I drive a dumptruck and cant sit in the drive through. They have a plan in place for the truck drivers and first responders where you can order by phone and they bring it out. I was very pleased and they were very helpful. Thankyou Wendys

We are from San Antonio texas, today we were visiting Kerrville and had lunch in Wendy's. These Burgers were the best fast food Burgers we had in years. Every thing tasted fresh and delicious. I am glad John was there to make this experience way better. I had to ask for our cups and my crackers several times by one lady who just kept saying ok and walking away to not return until she had to deal with another customer. As soon as we asked John he was on it immediately. They definitely need more people like this gentleman.

We have been moving for the last couple of months and have had horrible experiences with each drive thru we’ve been to. Today, our experience was great. The drive thru worker was nothing short of fun and lively and made us feel welcome. While we were paying, Rick (the general manager) came over and thanked us for coming. It was really nice to see him there with his team on Easter Sunday. It is so refreshing to have employees who are nice and welcoming.

We had double burgers...delish and huge. Hot fries...tasty coke. We should have gotten salt.. but this was a great lunch!

I really like Wendy's. I enjoy their burgers and their salads. They have a great selection of cheap burgers if you want to save a few bucks. The other burgers are also reasonable compared to any other fast food place. I even like the chili there. The place is great in my opinion. They should stay open later to take advantage of the Walmart crowd.

The food is always good, but the older female cashier at this location seemed to be in a sour mood. (Maybe she was having a long day.. it happens).

The only problem I had was my French fries was not in the bag. Going through the drive-thru I did not have time to turn around and go get fries otherwise the food was good the service was good.

I asked if they were serving lunch. Answer was yes. I ordered baconator combo with fries and dr pepper. I got breakfast . I went back through drive through. Told them. Lady argued with me that she saw them make baconator ...... I showed her the egg on sandwich. Then I got a double baconator. I appreciate the upgrade and attempt. But this isn't what I wanted. Thanks anyway. Plus it was over 10 dollars. That's a lot.

Wendy's jr. Bacon cheeseburger was totally badass. Probably the best bacon cheeseburger I ever had. I pulled up to the window the guy took the cash and said here's your JBC. He was so proud of it good place clean service

Ya know they hit more than they miss and this location has really been my safe haven for my fast food fix since I've grown tired of taking it up the rear from whataburger, McDonald's, Taco Bell (they try at least), Burger King... I won't swear by anything but I'll attest that they know how to do business and treat a customer

Four stars is the highest I ever give a fast food restaurant. My previous favorite was Whataburger but in early 2021 the closest location dropped from 4 to 2 stars. Both of local DQs dropped from 3 to 2 stars. The fast food crime they perpetrated? Dry burger patty. I cannot comment on McD or BK due to longstanding prejudice on my part.

Breakfast, I like a bkfst sandwich with a crosount type bread so it was good and unlike the arches place they have biscuits and sausage gravy, one of my favorite breakfasts, not served in Texas almost anywhere. Had lunch, bacon double cheese burger deluxe, (deluxe is standard). Lettuce, tomato, two slices of cheese, and onion. A big sandwich, very good. Patties were bigger than the arches patties. A single pattie would have been enough lunch for me but a teen would wolf down a double. They advertise crispy fries or they will replace them, but I've never got crispy fries and who has time to go back every time, best to relax get out of the car and eat in. All in all a good lunch.

Food was made to order, it was lukewarm but tasted good. The drive thru was a little long and they seemed a little understaffed. Overall experience was good.

Fries come out fast and hot, they were delish! But the sugar cookie was not very tasty at all. They definitely need to get their dough from somewhere else!

I'm not sure what is happening here. This used to be a nice place to eat lunch. I love their salad choices. That said the restaurant is always having issues with the soda machine and they just can't seem to get your order right. Some of the tables are missing chairs and it could be a whole lot cleaner. Like I said so sad b/c I really like the salads.

Their breakfast time was super busy! Only 4 employees in the place, with three working. Drive through super busy and after I'd waited for 10 minutes inside, I was told they'd be right with me. Another customer was asking for a refill on coffee and only waited 1 minute. About 13 minutes of waiting and I left with no breakfast and frustrated!

I’ve come here everytime and no one else has got my order wrong except now, like seriously? How hard is it to put bacon on a cheesy BACON burger. All cheese no bacon. Absolutely disappointing and the kind of stuff to make me never wanna go back to a fast food place not to mention how SLOW the service is. HIRE MORE PEOPLE IF ITS THAT HARD!!!

Stopped here for the eclipse. The Birding was fantastic and the park was relatively clean. Great sense of community at the event and the park was a beautiful setting. Would like better options to walk between sides of the river. The sidewalk on the bridge was nice but a bit of a mad dash to cross the road.

Most of the time the fries are mever fresh. The Wendy's here is rhe worst. They have some lazy people that work there. They don't make sure foos is fresh and hot at all.

Food was ok. Didn't get my order correct. Man in charge seemed to just want to visit with the men in front of us.

My fiancé and I both got the same thing, 10 pc nugget meal. His fries were piping hot and mine were ice cold and hard. He got 8 nuggs in his and I got 14 in mine. Very disappointing.

Not so much this Restaurant. The bacon cheese burger tasted good. Good combination, fries were fresh and hot. But I'm am so tired and frustrated that the foods are cold . Burger pre cook and left waiting to get ordered, it gets cold, than they put a cold piece of cheese on sandwich, you have a cold bun, a cold slice of cheese, bacon was cold also. We had 2 bacon cheese burgers very cold And a large order of fries. No drinks. Spent $18.00. It's disgraceful that we the people Let these fast food restaurants stick it to us. Go to Golden Corral before 4pm for two people All you can eat for 19.98. like Gene Restaurant almost cross the street you can get a home cook meal for a couple bucks more. DYOP PAYING VOR COLD FOOD.

My wife & I ordered the BOGO Premium Cherseburger, with a small Fries & a small Frostie...a total of over $11. When I picked up the order, in the bag was a small fries & mini cheeseburger. I complained to the Manager & he gave us another mini cheeseburger. What a RIP off!!! Sorry Wendys... back to Burger King we go!

I generally don't hate Wendy's. I like it okay. However, this location seems to screw up orders too often. My advice? Pull forward and check your order before you leave. Otherwise... It is a typical Wendy's.

It wasn't until I picked up my order that they decided to tell me they were out of grilled chicken and Caesar dressing. When I said something to the so- called manager she offered absolutely nothing. Could have offered to change my order or any number of things. Extremely rude person!!!

The visit would have been great, except for the reason that my daughter's Sprite was dark. When I brought it to the drive thru worker attention she would have rathered argued with me instead of making it right. Any parent would have questioned the condition of their child's food.

So the food is gas, but i feel like the wendy’s here in town bullies me and my friends. Last trip there we went to the window only to be clowned for 15 before they ended up sending us on our way because they already closed the fry station. They called my little brother a girl, I thought that was pretty funny but you know, I’m just trying get some food. And after leaving today i drove off with a couple root beers that didn’t have a lid… good food, like I said, but service is kinda trash

The common sense is no more. I called letting them know there were no nuggets in my bags. The employee I spoke to swore they were in the bag. He didn't want to believe me. If they were in the bag why would I call. Since when do you charge for chilli sauce? It's a condiment. Wendy's you are a disappointment.

Just had one of my worst experiences here. All of the nuggets we got were way over cooked, when we walked in there we’re already fries sitting ready before we ordered so they were cold. This was terribly disgusting.

I feel bad for the owners of this restaurant. They must have the worst hiring luck of all time. Is remarkably bad, every single time. I should have learned my lesson a long time ago. However, I continue to hope that they will find a good manager and train their staff well enough so that the food tastes like Wendy's food is supposed to taste.

They are unable to handle a lunch crowd. With two windows, this is the second time I had to wait 30+/- minutes in the drive through. There were 2 mangers walking around with clipboards, not sure what they were doing. One of the employee at the second drive through was standing around and not doing anything, but getting in their co-workers way. In conclusion, I gave this Wendy's two stars because the hamburger, fries, and chicken nuggets were delicious.

Run it like they don’t care. Menu is not up to date and then they charge you more when you get to the window to pay. Needs leadership and accountability. This is what happens when there is not enough competition.

The drive thru person was rude and he scoffed at us when we asked for no salt on our fries. The food itself was OK but the clear winner of the night was the drinks they were all bad , the strawberry lemonade was literally all syrup and the frosty was liquid and the dr pepper had no carbonation.

The food is good, almost always. But it’s amazing how the attitude of the person at the window can piss on your whole mood. Ordered breakfast at the drive thru this morning, the young lady never said a word except yes, no and here ya go. She was brusk and surly. Maybe she’s having a bad day. Or maybe customer service just isn’t what it used to be. But we drive away feeling rather surly ourselves. How we conduct ourselves really does affect other people.

Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich add cheese must and mayo no ketchup, what I got was grilled chicken mayo mustard on a bun. No lettus tomato cheese NOTHING . ALWAYS RECHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING AWAY.

I was one of three customers in the restaurant around 2pm today. Got a burger combo and nuggets. Meal was legit ready in 60 seconds. If I was desperate and in a hurry I guess that would be a good thing? Cold burger with unmelted cheese, hard and room temperature nuggets probably fried this morning and fries that were worthy of one star. Last visit to any Wendy's short of a gun pointed at my man parts.

Poor management led to a very frustrating dinning experience. Food was made improper. Dont get your hopes up. The manager argued with me and offered plenty excuses as to why he messed up my order but never apologized or attempted to make it right. Very dissatisfied.

Everyone who works here speaks Spanish and I always have a hard time communicating my order to them. Not to mention it's ALWAYS WRONG when I receive it. Extremely slow woman who work here, they leave you standing there endlessly waiting to put your order in. Absolutely horrible service. Ok so no issues with the food as I was unable to get any. But I'd like to say that I'm definitely unhappy with the fact you guys don't adhere to the hours you guys your selves post. It says you close at 1am. I was in the drive through at 12:30am and nobody was there. This is rediculous. I looked up your hours online and was told you would be open so I wasted my gas to come into town just to get food. All I wanted was for you to shut up and take my money. Guess that won't happen now.

On Christmas Day we drove ..almost 15 minutes from our motel to grab a quick bite. Your website indicated you were open. But you were closed. Thankfully Sonic was open right across the street.

We were standing to order and no one ever came to help. We were just getting stared at by 3 ladies. One of them wasn't wearing gloves and was touching the fries. We had to just walk out.

The worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I gave them 3 different chances and each time the wait time was 10-20 minutes, the orders were missing items (I don't just mean condiments, I mean no burger, fries or frosty and on one occasion missing ALL 3), and the people who work there obviously hate their job. I've never seen people so miserable making money. There is a 100% better place to eat with better customer service, better wait times, and better made food right across from them . I highly suggest going there instead.

Waited in line 15 min while staff attempted to sort elderly woman's order. No one thought to have her pull car away from blocking drive through. Another 10 min wait and got my order. When looked at my order back at work discovered it was completely wrong. Well done. This is what happens when there is no management or supervision for the kids working there.

Worst experience ever at a Wendy’s. Workers are very rude. Entered inside where signage is all over for the Pretzel baconator. Ordered one and was told “We don’t have the buns for that”. No ‘I’m sorry’. I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich. Again, “we don’t have that “. Not a single smile or a thank you throughout the ordering process. She acted like we were nothing but an inconvenience. Two soda machines. One is out of ice. Go to other machine to get the ice, but then all the soda’s are ‘unavailable’ in that machine. Have to go back to the no ice machine to get soda. Only to discover all the soda’s in that machine are all flat. We thought we would let them know their machines aren’t working properly. Tell a young man behind counter and he replied “yeah, we know but we’d have to go over there to fix it”. What the heck Kerrville Wendy’s!?!

I'm going to tell you guys the same thing I told McDonalds: I don't care what you guys think about my personal issues, harassment is illegal and it doesn't give you or any of your employees the right to harass someone because you don't like the way they breathe or because of some false assumption or rumor. If a drug test is what it takes then I'll have a test done on one of my hair follicles and then I'm going to sue your employer. Nobody is doing anything wrong but you, and you need to leave people alone to deal with their own problems instead of being a part of the problem.

As an Uber Eats driver, their process delays delivery to the customer significantly. Their lobby is closed and they do not allow for delivery drivers to pick up as other restaurants do. The only option to pick up is through the drive-through, even if the line is all the way around the building. They need to have a better process in place. When I mentioned it to the man at the window, he laughed and said “OK”. So rude staff as well.

The floor was so sticky I literally stuck to it with every single step, didn't even want to get in my car after. Stood up at the register to order, an employee was on the phone totally ignoring me until someone said something to her....absolutely atrioucious service. They used to be so good. 😞😞😞 Lately it has always been like this, I may stop going.

I used to flip burgers at a fast food restaurant. It's not that hard. I ordered the spicy chicken nugget combo and a junior burger on the side. 1) Paid for large fries. Got the large container with a medium amount of fries. 2) Ordered a Junior hamburger. Got a junior cheeseburger. After the employee asked me twice if I wanted cheese; I said 'no' both times. 3) Asked for BBQ sauce with the nuggets. Got Ranch.

It’s really ridiculous that this place still has the inside closed after 2yrs this Wendy’s is taken it a little to far with not opening up its not a 5star but it restaurant it seems to have a lack of workers who just don’t want to clean up the dinning area some people would like to sit and eat when they been in the car for along drive. And the drive thru service takes 15mins with 3 cars each it’s getting outta hand her new management or new owner!

This place is a nightmare to deal with in the evening. I come here multiple times a week and it never fails to amaze me how rude their staff is. Multiple times I’ve dealt with the rudest employees in the drive thru. Whether It was management or an employee. Why would I order a small soda, leave and drive all the way back to get the correct soda if you gave me diet Dr Pepper instead of Diet Coke? Does that make any sense to you? Management was rude, the girl with the tattoo on her neck was rude. She told me she gave me diet Dr Pepper rudely but she would make me the correct one. I told her to smell it. She refused to take it so I poured it out on the drive thru pavement to show I wasn’t trying to pull one over on them or a thief. She got even ruder because I poured it out in the drive thru. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PROVE I GOT THE WRONG SODA! It is a small soda. Why would I drive away and come back 20 mins later for the correct soda. Make it make sense. I was not rude at all and was understanding. I didn’t get upset till they were rude to me for no reason. This establishment is slowly losing me and I have no doubt they treat other customers this way. Ridiculous

The man that was working the drive thru on December 1st at 2:12pm should not be working in customer service or directly with customers. The whole interaction makes me question management choices. Terrible customer service today at the drive through. Rude aggressive woman working the window. I asked for a receipt and was told I should have requested it ahead of order not at the window because it was too late and besides the machine is broken. Whatever that means. The salad tops were not secured and the contents were spilled out in the bag. Too bad this used to be a nice place.

Restaurant was empty and fairly clean. Staff completely ignored me and my sister in law until one of us spoke up. They were very abrupt and when it came to sitting down and eating, we felt rushed because we could hear the staff talking about wanting to close in the back. We were there for all of an hour maybe, and they messed up my daughter's order but I didn't want to deal with the staff so we left it as is. If we could give less than one star for night service we would. Day service is good. They say they are open until 10. Nope. If you go in at 9 pm you are told they have no chilli, no burgers only chicken nuggets. Server will not cook after 9 pm. Sorry sorry service.Has happened multiple times.

First time since remodel. Went through drive through. First Lady taking our order kept asking questions and wouldn't let us order. Food rating, used to be better. Definitely doesn't take the same. I got the Baconator didn't taste good. My fries seemed old, and no salt. I will probably not go there again.

Been waiting inside for 10 minutes now to order. THEY ARE SLOW!! Only were 2 people after of us. The other reviews are right, they have bad management. Plus ALL the tables were extremely dirty. We asked them to clean some tables. A guy came out, but I didn't see him way good hands when he went back into the kitchen. Here is a picture of ketchup all over the floor. The whole floor is extremely sticky. Will not come back here for a long time. Let me know when new management is in place. There sign posted on the door says they are looking for managers and crew members. Hope they get some good ones, because I like Wendy's.
