I had the best experience at this Whataburger. All my questions were thoroughly answered about an item on the menu. Michael specifically stood out to me. He took my order and took it upon himself to make me a grilled cheese exactly the way I wanted it. He was so friendly and got us all of our food out very quickly. Thank you again, Michael, for going above and beyond. You really did make my night!
One of the best whataburger burgers I've had in my life.
Everything was fresh and delicious, including the tea. Thank you, Whataburger, for having your dining rooms open and no mask requirements for customers. Being able to stop at Whataburgers and go inside for food and rest stops was a lifesaver for us while driving across Texas the past two weekends.
What a treat! Om nom. I've tried their burgers, chicken sandwiches, and even had a nibble off their whatacatch, and they were all fantastic! Quick service, orders always correct, and a great staff. Add in their hours of operation - all 24 of them - and they're a solid winner. Also, an icy coke from whataburger is 37% more refreshing than any other coke.
Im gluten free and they always accommodate me. No gluten free buns but they will come around soon. For now my hamburger patty and vegetables are placed on lettuce leaves one on top and one on bottom. How low carb is that? Thank you Whataburger for your understanding, for your delicious burgers and your great app. Love the free food choices.
Just had the best Whataburger that we have had in years! This location does it right just like it use to be. I love Whataburger, but they are serving it up hot, fresh, and fast. They are also serving up a great customer service! 10 stars for this location!
They get it right 99. 9% of the time. Always courteous and sometimes I might have to wait a minute but that's alright by me. Rather have my order fresh than have them to pass off old food

Had the now infamous Swiss mushroom burger. Hmmm hmmm good - holy cow. Had fries on the side and an ice cold Coca Cola. Nothing but good! I had to go back today ( 2nd time this month) and get another fantastic mushroom Swiss burger with fries and a Coke. You just can’t beat the great food and excellent customer service!
Tried the new Avocado Burger and it is AWESOME! Wife really loves the Mushroom Swiss because it is the only place where they don't taste salty. Way to go, way to go... Bravo!

So rarely do you find at 2 a.m. , that the shake machine, is up and running. To my surprise it was ..I also delighted in the best breakfast I've ever had from a Whataburger they have a new bowl that you've got to try for breakfast.. thank you for the awesome service and great food Kerrville Whataburger.
Another 5.0 Whataburger. We haven't found one yet we don't like. But THIS one is always extremely busy - day or night. And there's a reason for that. They do it right. That means they're polite, accurate, and prompt. The location is also kept clean. We walk here quite regularly as a Family. The same faces can be seen here for months and years - RARE in a Fast Food joint. These people need to be commended.
It was my first time. The store was clean, staff was friendly and when your order was up, they brought it out to you! I had a doublecheeseburger, as if been craving one for some time. Out was good, tender, juicy enough and a good combo of yes and fries with it!

Great staff, no issues there. The third party they use, FAVOR, to deliver an order is a sick joke. I don't blame the store they don't have control. I am not a fan of fast food, but when I do get some this is the place I pick.

Couldn't have had a better experience here. We had a big order of 22 orders. We came from San Antonio and had pre ordered the food. When we arrived, everything was ready and organized, and the food was great. Cooked fresh and still warm. Wonderful service.
Stopped for a quick burger at the newest Whataburger on Memorial Hwy, near Shriener College, in Kerrville TX... so nice & clean! The employees were very friendly & accommodating.. very refreshing now-a-days... and food was hot & tasty. I review this new restaurant because the manager personally came by tables asking customers if "everything was ok?" He was so friendly & chatted with a number of us... virtually unheard of at a fast food restaurant. Whataburger has REALLY hired some of the best employees in our area & we want them to know it is appreciated. We will go back, for sure!!

I woke about 1:30 a.m. I was a bit annoyed, thinking ... only thing open at this time would be gas stations. I took a chance and looked up Whataburger on Junction Hwy Kerrville. Said 24 hrs. I call to be sure. Only drive thru. But YES its good to go. It's 2:00a.m. now. I roll up to the speaker and she asks ... what can I get for you? I say ... suggest sumthin. I don't like bacon. So today I went to whataburger in kerrville and I wanted something to drink and I got a strawberry milkshake. The lady who was working the front made it just right. It wasn't to sweet , and it tasted so good 😋. I will definitely return to this whataburger location
Grilled chicken sandwich I asked to be made like a burger was awesome. It had cheese, lettuce, pickle, tomatoes, onions, bacon, and jalapenos with whataburger sauce. I highly recommend it. Also recommend group or party pack. The 10 burgers were perfect and we got double patties with cheese. Everything else was on the side, so everyone was happy and could make it like they wanted. Real people pleaser.
Had the green chili grilled chicken. Good portion and perfectly cooked. The guy taking the order was monotone, but friendly. They came to the table to give us ketchup and pepper. Nice! The wife had her usual, the mushroom burger... always delicious! 🤤
It was late, around 11 pm. Drove through for a late dinner. It was a busy place at that time. It is one of only a few places open at that hour and very popular. The person taking the order was very professional and seemed to know what he was doing and heard me clearly. The line was wasn't too bad, about 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. The time from orderi g to pick up was about 15 maybe 20 minutes. There were cars lined up behind me going all the way to the street! I pulled over in a parking spot to eat and watch the line of cars go by. They were able to service all of the cars and more before I finished eating. I was impressed. My foodwas hot and fresh with no mistakes. I ordered the sweet tea and it was available, fresh and delicious 😋 I will most likely be going here again and perhaps on a regular basis or 2 twice a month! Enjoy your Whataburger. 😀😋
I came in to this location in kerrville , the man who took my order, his name was Jr. he asked me about my day, I was actually having a pretty horrible day, and he just put a smile on my face. This kind gentlemen deserves a raise, got my order fast and he kept a smile on his face.
The food I ordered is delicious. The number 1 meal is my go to meal when I don't know what else to get. The working atmosphere is great, and they all work together to get the job done. They are friendly, even during busy hours. The burger is what I expect it to be, and that is great. Keep up the great work.
Whataburger has always been a favorite hamburger spot. Recently I tried the honey butter chicken biscuit and was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it
I I posted a review on this location in some time ago. So I will post a more recent review. However it is the same as the last one. This location is always on point. Burgers come out hot and fresh. Staff is always friendly. The dining room is always clean.

Ok. So, small issue tonight. This location has always been awesome. My daughter went by through the drive-through, got our order, by the time she made it home, which is less than a mile from our house, everything we had was stone cold - but yet burnt, inedible as far as I'm concerned... but yet I called and spoke to the manager Cody Stewart, and let me tell you!! , I'm AMAZING customer service.... promised to make it right and DID make it right! You couldn't ask for anything better this awesome customer service provided by the store manager. I understand Saturday night, midnight, things get kind of crazy... ESPECIALLY sin e it is pretty much the only place open after midnight... but it's amazing when someone actually cares and actually makes things right 100%. Cody Stewart, as the night manager at Whataburger, you are awesome!!! You definitely deserve a raise! I'm sure you don't get enough credit! THANK YOU, for making my night so much better and thank you for providing excellent customer service and... you're one in a million bud!

Just wanted to take time today to say a few words. Last night a day before Thanksgiving I ate a a chicken place that was awful. I had a taste in my mouth and still hungry and 55 miles to drive home. I stopped in at this Whataburger and I knew and saw that they were extremely busy and short staff. I walked in waiting patiently and ordered. Waiting I saw people being rude to the employee's impatience etc. Common sense you can see they are extremely busy and it's going to be a while. The young man gave me my burger to go like I ordered it and let me tell you what that was one of the best burgers I have ate at a Whataburger in a long long time. As busy as they were it was made right,fresh,buns butter, bacon cooked perfectly the meat cooked fresh cheese melted I told my wife I give it a 10 the taste I had in my mouth from the awful chicken gone and hunger satisfied. People learn patiently if your in a big hurry eat at home or go to a different place .I'm glad I waiting patiently and nice and God rewarded me. Keep up the good work and I will be back!!
Taking my break and driving to Kerrville TX is always to dine in for my favorite brunch meal that fills me up for the day! I'm enjoying Kid's menu chicken strips, mashed potatoes, gravy, french fries, & a small upgrade to substitute coffee for kid's juice or fountain drink!! Thank you Whataburger!
A Whataburger burger is my favorite fast-food burger but that's not what this review is about. I want to comment about the Whataburger Spicy Ketchup. The regular black label ketchup main pepper is a red Jalapeno puree. The white label limited batch #2 peppers are Arbol and Piquin. Both are great. The black label had a stronger flavor with more vinegar, a single note spiciness. The white label limited batch #2 is more subtle with multiple pepper notes. There is also much less vinegar taste. Which is better? I think it depends on the food. For a strongly favored food like a Whataburger burger the black label spicy ketchup holds up well. For fries, I might prefer the white label limited batch #2 so that I can taste the potato-ness of the fries. The verdict: Enjoy white label while it's available. When it's gone, life is good. Black label is great!

Chain burgers... What can you say? The burgers at this location are good 9 times out of 10. The fries probably 3 out of 4. But I a loyal dyed in the wool Whataburger customer & I wouldn't consider another chain.
This specific time it was a late night snack after drinks at the bar. It sure hit the spot. It's been a while since u have visited this Whataburger but since the world closes down by 11pm, it was the only place to grab a bite to eat. So at 11 o'clock on a Thursday my daughter and I went all the way into Kerrville to snag some munchies. We pulled up with a line of cars no doubt BUT they had it moving fast before I could look online at their menu I was at the big menu and had to order. And BOOM we were at the pick up window receiving our food. I had to complement them for there great job. Awesome work guys and girls.
Seems like there is always at least one thing wrong with my order. The window attendant said she missed one of my hashbrown orders and went back to grab it. Then h The manager shows up and gives me my order... thinking they fixed the error that was already identified, I drove off. When I was home, 15 minutes later, I found a hashbrown still missing. Disappointing 😞
First timer from California, had to try it before leaving Texas. We got the Southern Bacon burger meal; burger was good, fresh, didn’t taste frozen. Shoestring Fries were good as well. They had a Dr. Pepper shake that we wanted to try but didn’t order because we were too full. We would back and eat there again. I can definitely say it’s NOT better than In N Out… lol but this is coming from a California native lol.
I stopped for breakfast, and had the breakfast platter. It came with scrambled eggs, bacon, hashbrown sticks, and a biscuit. Then washed it all down with a nice cold bottle of orange juice. I haven't been to this one in awhile and was disappointed as the fries weren't hot and the y replaced the buns I am used to with one over twice the size making the sandwich more bread than meat. The shake was good.

They always make my mushroom Swiss perfect but the last two times I’ve gone within this month the sweet tea has tasted awful , not drinkable at all. Taste like dirty rain water that’s been sitting for a few days.

The line was unusually long for this time of day. It seemed they were short-handed, because there was no one at the payment window. The employee misheard my order and I got a chocolate shake instead of the new Dr. Pepper shake that I ordered. My fries were cold. Usually, the service is good at this Whataburger, but today was a little off.
Lowering my review of this Texas icon, as prices have gotten too high, while ingredients have dropped in quality over the last 15 years or so. If you want a paper thin hamburger patty, then this is the place for you. I'm done with this restaurant in general. Where's the beef, summarizes my experience.

We have stopped here a few times coming from New Mexico to see family. They are slow. We've never got service that seemed efficient here. This last time however my Wataburger junior was so cold that the cheese wasn't even melted. It didn't make me sick, but was a huge disappointment. Probably won't be back.
Food hot. Able to pull trailer through drive thru. Did not get my fries. It was midnight. Lobby closed so they should not have had any distraction to not read and get my order right. Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries not that hard.

Long drive thru lines but maybe that's because the lobby is closed due to the pandemic. Our burgers were edible but very dry with barely warm patties and just a smidgen of mayo, the lettuce should've been thrown out yesterday and they didn't add cheese to one of our burgers even though we asked for it but the staff was very friendly and at least they got our order mostly correct. I hate giving bad reviews. Maybe it was just a bad day to go. 🤷♀️
Cold and old.... I waited in a decent line took about 10 minutes to get my burgers and fries in the drive through, as I driving my 5 minute drive home, I reach in to grab a fry and they are cold and limp. When I get home I find that the burgers are cold also the cheese is barely melted. It was pathetic and unsatisfactory I was really looking forward to a good burger.
We used to go very often for breakfast or pick up dinner but with Covid, we stopped going but we still got orders to go. It had been a while since we had actually gotten down to eat. Yesterday we got down to eat breakfast and we noticed that the place is very run down, the personal are not at all friendly, and not even a "welcome to Whataburger " anymore. Almost all our meals to go always has something missing, something wrong with it. We live about 21 miles from your place and we won't go back to have them corrected. We ate and got out right away. You all are building another one and we hope this is lots better
I usually get the same thing and a young man always takes my order and gets it right here lately a girl name Mindy been taking my order and getting it completely wrong and it's not the cook cause the young man that takes my order never gets it wrong I guess she puts the order in how she wants I wish I could remember the gentleman name that takes my order he should be a manger his PR skills r also great
Nothing against the food, it’s always good. However I accidentally placed a double order because I had a free breakfast item and didn’t realize I couldn’t redeem it at the drive thru. When I got to the window I tried to explain what I did and for someone with social anxiety this was already difficult, but the older, bigger (not trying to sound mean I just don’t know how else to describe her) lady was pissy for whatever reason and rude from the second I tried to speak. I said I placed a pickup order and she rolled her eyes and was like “a mobile???” I just don’t see the reason for the attitude when I’ve been eating at this restaurant since I was a child. She must have sat on a stick that morning, either way please just be nice it’s free!!!
Off the jump , the person taking my order was rude and annoyed seems like she brought her issues to work that day which just made my whole experience here negative to where it effected the food if that makes since her service was that negative by the time I got my correct order made me not want it any more.. just a negative vibe in general from this place.. my opinion..

Horrible today. Burger smashed. fries were chewy and tasted old. Everything was cold. This is not the first time this has happened. I think this our last time to the Kerrville one.
First off I was waiting in line behind vehicle that was at the window and when they got their food the cashier stood there and visited at least a minute. When I get up to the window the cashier gave me my drink and when she handed me my food she went to ask me if I wanted spiceyor and then she stopped in mid sentence and started laughing and closed the window and I was unable to tell her what condiments I wanted and so pulled around and went inside and she saw me and went behind the wall at the window and what I think was a mgr because she was wearing a black top. She asked if she could help me and6was very polite. And I told her what had happened and said that the young lady was very rude. She needs to be taught better customer services or be in the back cooking. The ticket time was 6:44:32 and it took me only like 5 minutes and my food was cold. And my burger did not have mustard. Over all my experience at this Whataburger on Junction Hwy was horrible. Order number 422398.. They get half a star but it wasn't an option to select😡
I was told I had a credit for an incorrect order in the computer under my name. Time comes to redeem....of course no record exists of the credit. So you'll pay for what you ordered, get given something of lesser value and then not reimbursed for the loss. Franchised whataburger in Kerrville is horrendous. Visit the location at 16/10 intersection. Corporate owned and prices are cheaper.
Poor first time experience-we expected much more based on what friends and relatives had told us. We ordered a #1 Whataburger Meal and a Justaburger Kids Meal. A couple bites and down the disposal. The milk and coke were the only things palatable.
My school's volleyball team just ate here after our game and when all of our fries were raw we politely asked them to please fix them. The employee was very rude and disrepectful towards my coach but luckily the manager fix the fries for us.
Staff don't pay attention to orders. I clearly said NO CHEESE for my order. It was even printed on the receipt. 60miles later into my trip, taking out my chicken burger, I found melted cheese on it. I took out the next one and it was the same. All 4 had melted cheese. I had to throw them away as I could not go back 60 miles to return them.
My son and grandsons stopped at the kerrville location. I ordered a pattymelt . And my son ordered for him and the grandsons. We got back to where we were staying Sat down to eat . As I'm eating my pattymelt I look at my hamburger and it was raw . Thanks whataburger for the nasty food . Really appreciate it.
The burger patties are thin too much mustard me and my wife ate there today I don't see what all the hype is about the burgers thin dry. For $22 I expect a lot more. I would welcome feedback from Whataburger on Junction Highway.
I've been coming here 7 years and the last 2 years it's really gone to hell..... every time something is either wrong or missing or simply inedible..... I take advantage of my refunds and comps but at this point it just feels like I'm robbing them it's so easy to count on them to mess up.... this restaurant has become the catalyst in my young adult life to change... I guess I should be thanking them.... and by change I mean, eat at home...
when a restaurant gets so greedy they charge for condiments they need to rethink a few things... first stop throwing away so much ketchup salt and pepper in every drive through. second when someone ask for an alternate condiment give it to them charging them for items you write off as losses anyway if theft. treat your customer the way you would want to e treated. the way you would want your loved ones to be treated... don't look at everyone as something to squeeze for every penny you can get. and get back to basic quality... you are a burger place do what you do best and get rid of the other junk.
Terrible customer service. We asked politely for some things that they messed up on our order. Instead of handing them to us the lady set it on the table next to us. No customer service experience. After we asked for mayonnaise for my burger- because they forgot to put it on- she told the gentleman next to the cashier desk that she’s “not going back over there to give them their stupid mayonnaise”. Absolutely ridiculous.
Not very happy, hungry customers. We like Whataburger when we come to TX. Stopped in here for dinner. Placed our order and waited.....and waited......and waited. Several people that ordered after us got their meals. We asked the man bringing food out about our order. He said he would check on it. He never came back. We waited longer. Finally my husband went up to the counter to see where our order was. Apparently it had been cleared from the screen without being made. He asked for our money back and received a 'whatever' attitude. No apologies, nothing. We left hungry. We will definitely NOT be back to this location while we're in the Kerrville area. Pretty horrible customer service!! We will be making a call to the Manager tomorrow.
Out of the 3 kerrville locations this one is ranked #1 for the rudest employees for drive thru in my opinion. I use to go to this location all the time and stopped due to the employees. After a few years I thought maybe it will be different. Yeah wish I drove that extra distance cross town to the other one.
Check your order before you leave the drive thru line!! We ordered lunch for 2 when we were in Kerrville. When we got back on the road & started pulling the food out of the bag we realized we didn’t get our drinks!! The line was too long to go back through. Also missing one order of fries & one of the burgers was wrong. We love Whataburger all over Texas but will remember to avoid this one next time we’re in Kerrville.
It was awful, I politely ordered 3 drinks ( all coke) we only got two cokes. They were so rude, talking to us and the way they gave us our food. When they handed us our food they said "Here is your food, have a nice day" in such a monotone voice and they said it quickly like they were trying to get rid of us. The lady taking our order was rude when taking our order, she couldn't hear me order it so I raised my voice and she got mad because I was yelling. It took 20 min just for the food. Each time somebody came to the window it was a different person. By the time I was about to ask for some ketchup she had already slammed the window shut. I do not recommend this place, go to a different one. I would not be surprised is she spit in any of our drinks.
Basically got kicked out from dining area at 8:40 because it closes at 9. Also, might be it's been years since I had fast food hamburgers but they literally taste like cardboard!! It was just an emergency. Never again.
The staff was friendly and fast. But the double meat Whataburger I got was like eating Pure Salt!! I didn't have time to go back and I don't ever complain anyways. The burger was Sick
I went to this location to order food. Tried to order a shake but sorry they don't serve it anymore even though it's on the menu. Tried to order some chicken with some gravy. We don't have gravy. OK well I'm not sure what other sauce I would like with so I asked for ranch and barbecue. We have to charge you extra. Wow. No thank you
The most unprofessional claimed manager Kristen or something like that.. i stop in every day and complained this morning, about a cold old sausage bob... she hung up on me.. i called back and she answer the phone.Do I have a better attitude.. Just wow.. pathetic excuse for a manager
I have a family of 6, spent $73 last week I got home to see that one of my son’s burgers were wrong I called to get it replaced lady over the phone told me it would be better for them if I could come back next day to get my remake like huh this is what we are having for dinner I’m not making anything else so I told her that I was already on the way back to pick up my replacement burger she was like o you want it tonight !! Ummm yes ?!! Mind you we live 25 minutes away at least. So went back drive thru lady was very rude she sounded like she didn’t not want to be there I got home got my food and MY food was wrong I got the honey bbq wing tell me y they only gave me the nuggets no sauce at all I called again and the lady tried to tell me that I ordered wings with no sauce when in fact I said no dipping sauce. They got it right on my receipt and still tried to tell me I said no sauce they same lady was like lemme guess your on the way to pick it up ! Like yes ma’am I am I’m truly embarrassed for y’all I work at the whataburger leaving town towards Fredericksburg and let me just say I am flabbergasted by the way y’all’s night crew talk to their costumers night I talked the the night manager she didn’t seem to take me seriously when I told her that her drive thru person was talking to me like I was lying when going to pick up my replacement food both times very disappointing do better management cuz it’s embarrassing and they have no shame in the way they talk to their customers will not be going back to this location I’d rather make the 45 minute trip to my the whataburger I work at leaving towards Fredericksburg!!! Very upsetting
I've never waited so long for cold food in my life. I've given this location 5 chances. My lowest wait time is 20 min with 1 car in front of me, my longest is 45 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I'll never use this place again and I urge others to avoid it.
Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would! I can’t wait for the Ingram location to reopen. This specific location always seems to forget or mess up our orders. I’ve only had one certain time where a gentleman was super nice but other than that all the other instances were just off and not friendly. If you come to this location please know you’re going to wait a long time and please double check your food
I would love to give a better rating but I cannot. Orders prepared wrong, fries are cold, and not friendly customer service. With the waiting times to get food I would expect the food to at least be hot. I understand the mess ups however it is frustrating when you get home and see that your food is not made they way your ordered it even remotely.
Probably the worst whataburger I’ve been too fries were overcooked burnt and cold asked for extra salt that was not added. Chicken strips decent but taste over cooked as well. Will not be going to this whataburger again.
It was after 11 when we ordered. Try to get a honey butter Chicken biscuit. But they said since they closed soon, they weren’t doing anything with biscuits. I thought they were 24 hours? I just said OK figured maybe they were shortstaffed and we’re closing early. Then got home after a 15 minute drive and saw that my avocado bacon burger had no avocado or bacon Just onion and burger. Crazy work. This Whataburger continues to go downhill at a rapid pace.
I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time but there always messing up my order, whether that means forgetting an item i paid for or not getting the right sized drink. I'm so done.
I cannot come to this location anymore, it is the most convient but the most unreliable for drive thru. The order has not been right a single time
Absolutely trash store with rude employees. Waited in the drive through with one person in front of me for 20 minutes to get old refried onion rings. My chicken in my chicken strip sandwich was ice cold cheese completely unmelted and a flat Dr pepper. If you’re gonna make me wait in the drive through for twice as long as it should take at least make fresh food. Don’t hand me a drink with the lid not on right and is covered in soda to clean it off myself. Take a little pride in your work it’s not hard I will not be back to this location
I went to this Whataburger around 7pm on 3/13/2025. I ordered a #2 all the way with fries and a large chocolate shake. At the window, I was asked to pull out of line and park to the side. This was not convenient for me as I was in my suburban pulling my 8x10 trailer. I received my chocolate shake which was white in color and had barely any chocolate at all. When I returned the shake the girl who was at the window started arguing with me that that’s how the machine made them. I asked for my money back and a manager came to me and slapped $5 and some change in my hand so hard that the change fell on the ground. I promptly said that I wanted all of my money back and she replied where’s the food and I told her that I haven’t received it yet! She disappeared into the kitchen and then she brought me my money. I don’t know what has happened to this location it has always been my favorite Whataburger in the Kerrville area, but that’s over now. P.S. The girl at the window wearing three chokers around her neck and the black lipstick and foul attitude, who’s idea was it to put this person at the window in the first place?
So, I thought Id give this location another chance as I had a horrible experience with the night crew and their assistant manager Cody. Who could do no wrong and everything that was wrong with my order was my fault. Lol. Anyway, I decided to try the breakfast and once again the food was sub-par. My chorizo taquito was absolutely horrible! Just super greasy, oh and I know chorizo is greasy, I'm mexican! This taquito was sloppy!, un edible. My hashbrowns were burnt to a crisp, rock hard and my Honey Butter Chkn biscuit had the most pathetic piece of rock hard strip on it paired with a rock hard biscuit, needless to say, not edible! So, I thought I'd try the morning manager hoping it was the GM. Awesome, It was the GM Mindy! But to my suprise it was a conversation filled with excuses that chorizo is greasy and that she made the order herself and assured me it was edible. So, once again, I was wrong. I live in Ingram and eat at the Whataburger there all the time with the best results, never a problem. Im guessing this Whataburger is in need of new management, from top to bottom and so.e training on customer service! That is all...
I called in an order. Yes, I called the correct restaurant. The young man took my order, and asked me if I wanted the order put under the name showing up on caller I'd, which was my name. I said yes. I showed up about 15 minutes later, and told the lady I was there to pick up my order. They didn't have an order for me. I told them I called it in. They told me that they didn't take phone orders. I told them the young man took my order and said it would be ready. I've also phoned in orders several times before at this location. They stood there and lied to me telling me that no one had taken my order because they don't do that. Horrible customer service.
Went through drive through for some taquitos, got home and the first one I pulled out of the bag looked like it came from a dumpster. The wrapper was ripped and the tortilla was hard as a rock, so I am guessing it had been sitting for awhile and someone was just too lazy to do the right thing and throw it away. What is the point of supporting these businesses anymore if they just keep handing out garbage?? I would say they should be embarrassed but they do not care because they still have my money and that is all they want.
Terrible!!!! Accidentally ordered from this location instead of Ingram. Food was cold, they didn't give us our milkshake, paid the upcharge for guacamole that was on wrapper more than burger, did pickup and waited 5 minutes before realizing that NO ONE WAS COMING OUT TO CHECK FOR CUSTOMERS! knocked on door and they acted like I would have to present a birth certificate to get my order. No ice drink had ice, got NO napkins and did not get ANY of the condiments we ordered.
