Employees very courteous and professional and don't skimp on the toppings like other taco Bell's

I love Taco Bell! Omg it’s the best fast food place hands down. They have outstanding prices and delicious food! Obviously it’s still fast food so it’s not like a real meal but if you want fast food this is the place to go with a bunch of options and pretty fast lines I would recommend Taco Bell 1,000 times over if you want fast food!

I only ordered a mini shredded chicken quesadilla but it was 2 steps beyond excellent. It was wrapped in paper instead of foil and sealed with goodness inside. If I had taken my first bite before I81 I would have immediately turned around. The CSR had a customer based personality as well. It says a lot about the staff at this particular Taco Bell of Central Square for me to leave a comment on a simple quesadilla. Thanks and will be back very soon!

we came in with a fairly large to go order..the young man taking our order was patient, polite ,and very accommodating our food was ready to go very quickly and our order was perfect...everything was there hot and made to order

Clean, new Taco Bell with friendly and quick service. I had a taco salad and it was as good or better than most Mexican restaurants. Awesome. Senior drinks and discounts are a bonus

Central Square Taco bell best Bell i ve ever been to. Appearance outside was outstanding. Drive thru employee was amazing. Clear, concise and very professional. The drive thru was speedy with no wait time and zero errors in order. I don't know if management reads these but from a business stand point that skinny young lady with all the tattoos on drive thru is an employee you wanna keep, she's a definite asset to your place. Also all the food was top shelf. I was just passing through area but bar none. Best Taco Bell experience ever. This place should be the model for all others.

Hit the drive thru for two orders. Both accurately delivered. Food tasty as expected. Social distancing in effect, as they had me drop my card into a plastic cup and retrieve it likewise to avoid unnecessary contact. Bags were lightly sealed as well.

Just ate here around an hour ago, very good! Drive thru service is very quick, food is always hot and cooked perfect! There is usually an industry standard that all fast food chains hover around but I feel like this location is a bit above that standard!

I find this to be one of the best Taco Bells in the area. Orders are correct, hot and they don't break the crunchy tacos after putting them in the bags or boxes. Employees are pleasant and seem to be doing good work.

This Taco Bell location has never really given me any problems, the staff is always friendly, the food is always good, and they're quick/efficient anytime I've gone, TODAY, hands down best experience, the food is PERFECT (breakfast burritos and hash browns 🤤), the staff is friendly and I was only in line 3 minutes - even with a car ahead of me and with my substitutions - shout out to the good people at Central Square Taco Bell!

Update: 2/2023 The store manager is AMAZING!! Errors are made at times… it’s gonna happen. I have horrible luck and seem to get the “mistakes” (no matter where I go lol)… it’s me I’m an attraction for mistakes… but she ALWAYS corrects them, and swiftly! She is very friendly, and when she is working, she recognizes my order and works hard to make sure it is accurate! She takes her job seriously and loves to keep her customers happy; you don’t see this type of customer service nowadays… she is refreshing and keeps me coming back to Taco Bell! 2021: Always awesome customer service and NEVER a long wait!! Food is always delicious and fresh... I am pregnant and most certainly can speak from experience because I eat here almost every day sometimes I have to hit different Taco Bells like the one on Erie Boulevard is the absolute worst worst customer service usually 20 to 40 minute wait food is never right and you don’t dare get back in the drive-through line to get it corrected they’ll even forget your sauce… One in north Syracuse is great always makes the food super big and yummy and the one in Cicero is pretty good too!!! The Taco Bell in Central Square is the best one I’ve ever been too. I just finished getting lunch with my wife and everything was hot, fresh and full! They don’t skimp on making sure you get what you’ve paid for. Sometimes going out to eat is a roll of the dice in terms of quality or experience but at this Taco Bell it is always 10/10. The staff are super friendly and patient every time. You guys are the stars. Please never change. You’re the best and make our drive from Sandy Creek so worth it.

This is by far the best Taco bell in the area. When compared to Fulton, or any taco bell in syracuse, they are just on their A game. I understand it's fastfood and customers suck, but nothing ruins even good fast food faster, than bad customer service which this Taco Bell does NOT have. Theyre great. Contrary to my recent review on the Oswego Taco Bell (which is a terrible place with disgusting food and staff that don't care) this Taco Bell really sets the standard for good food and service. I've gone to both places numerous times and it's really night and day. Staff are extra friendly and the food is FRESH and delicious. They should be using the Central Square Taco Bell as the standard for service at all of them. Special shoutout to Rob H (Geo). He's so friendly and was greeting everyone and checking in on them to ensure their food was good and made conversation. I don't know what position he's in but he's manager material, at least. Im sure if you need someone to fix the Oswego one and set a standard for excellence he's your guy.

One of the best Taco Bell’s I have been to. The eat in area is clean and the employees are great. Normally I have to ask for my drink cup when I order but it was ready and waiting for me. The food also was prepared as it should be, no crushed taco shells, no smashed burritos, crispy nacho fries, no missing food. A solid Taco Bell. Orders generally correct and drive thru is usually good - not super fast but not slow either.

Delicious, and very quick service. Need to ask customer if they want a drink carrier. Not just hand them one and then say we can't take them back. I guess that goes on management for poor training.

The entire experience from the time we walked in and out was great. The food was as expected. I guess the shocker was PRICE! We had 2 meals with included 3 tacos and a drink. I know prices have gone out of control, but WOW! These 2 meals of course with tax came to $23, 78.

Overall food was suppar or smaller than most other locations and tho made to exactly to order down to the vary letter seemed to be rather short for the price parking lot had a rather load and obnoxious couple yelling and fighting all crossed both the drive through and parking lot could see a bunch of people being disgusting littering and leaving trash everywhere tho staff was polite and helpful there left much to be desired

This Taco Bell is normally top notch. I went for breakfast this morning and cashed in a reward. Two breakfast burritos and an iced coffee. The normal price for the breakfast burritos is a bit high compared to the size of the burrito you get BUT it is tasty and delicious. Pair with breakfast salsa and it’s outstanding. Also, Taco Bell has some pretty good iced coffee and I’d say it goes pound for pound against dunkin no problems. Perhaps even better.

I mean, it's just a Taco Bell, but they didn't mess up our order. And that was impressive. I wouldn't say the staff was overly friendly, but they weren't rude either. And nowadays, that's about as good as you're gonna get. We usually have a pretty large order when we go anywhere. It looks like a more recently renovated store, so it has a fairly nice. Clean interior the bathroom is in a weird spot, but other than that status quo for a fast food place

I always ask for sour cream and never get it..when I go back I tell them and still don't get sour cream. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ so I guess I'll just stop going to the 1 in Central Square ny.

It's hard to give a review when you don't really get good service from any fast food place since the covid outbreak started. Noone seems to get the orders right.

Everytime i have gone there it seems theres less and less in the tacos. They took away the baha sauce that was originally on the cheesy gordito crunch which was the best part. I am just not impressed. I have to say on the up side they almost always get my order correct

The automatic screen is annoying in the middle of trying to say what I want it changes , and i did not get the right drink because of that, and also couldn't read to see what was in the box i ended up ordering and got stuff I didn't want.

Slow service and missing items. Order was wrong. This happens once out of every 5 to 6 visits. Not doing so well in my eyes. Lack of training? Or lack of passion for ones job?....Idk but if they want me to keep spending my money there they need to get it together. Should give 2 stars but mostly they get it right so I'm feeling generous.

It was ok...food was a little better than average fast food. Service was good and prices were good. For a cheap meal...edible...I would go.

For the most part, the service and food here is normally good but I had an experience today in which we ordered a 12 pack of Cinnabon Delights, and when they came completely frozen, was told to "wait 15 minutes". Not excited about that, we decided not to order that item anymore, and write this review. As said before, this is an unusual experience.

My husband thought the food was nasty. Soggy. Plus there was no shortage of lettuce. He thought the price was too much.

Stopped to try the new Crispy Chicken Taco Sandwich, ordered Regular, took ONE BITE and wanted to spit it out. Way too spicy! Disappointed...

Drove 25 minutes (one way) to get food at this location. I ordered online for pick up at the drive thru. We waited about 10 minutes for our food which wouldn’t have been a big deal, had my order been correct. I stupidly didn’t open the bag until I drove the 25 minutes back home only to realize my chicken power menu bowl wasn’t made the way I ordered it (you know online where they get written instruction they can follow). So I didn’t get to eat but at least the person with me did.

Every time we go to this taco bell, either our order is incorrect, we have food missing or our food is cold and just throwing into their wrappers. We ordered two chicken quesadillas in addition to our order and instead received one quesadilla meal with one taco instead of the two we ordered with no additional taco. We also asked for mild sauce because we ordered tacos, drinks and meals for 6 people and didn't get even one sauce packet. I'm less than impressed and will drive to oswego for my next taco bell meal.

No one in this place is competent. Every time we come here through the drive-through, we have to ask for a bag! Today we ordered 3 box meals. We asked if we could please have a bag with it. Instead of placing the boxes in a bag, they put each piece individually in a bag.

DO NOT use the TacoBell app! I tried using the app to buy my food and it took my money but Tacobell did not have my order and they wouldn't do anything about it. They said they have nothing to do with the app, so I couldn't get my food and had to pay a second time! Ridiculous.

Baja blast didn't have syrup, tea was watered down, cinnamon twists didn't have cinnamon and crunch wrap didn't have cheese or sour cream

Have stopped in this location two separate times in the past month drive-thru had a few cars in it so I decided to go inside there was more food on the floor then what had been served all day so decided to give it another shot just a couple days ago this time I opted to go inside regardless of there being no vehicles in the Drive-Thru again the floor behind the counter was so disgusting I wouldn't feed my dog out of there I understand it's just Taco Bell but it was disgusting and I will never return

Central Square Taco Bell has the worst service. They never have the order correct always missing something or killing the meals with sourcream even when asked for none. I called the manager one night because we were missing 5 items and actually received a taco with no ingredients except sour cream. The manager was very rude and said it was not her problem. I this location should shut down the menu is so limited. O yea if you order on the app which never works and the staff screw up your ordsler they vlame it on the app which is not owned by taco bell

I live in Central Square, just went home after getting takeout from the drive through. I bit into the Crunchwrap and it tasted like straight up some kind of windex/cleaner. I would return it but it’s not worth the drive. In my eyes I spent $3.99 to learn never go to Taco Bell at closing I guess Because they’re cleaning. Don’t go after 8:00... All the food my wife and I got tasted like cleaner.

Ordered the Variety Party Pack and 2 Spicy Cheesy Double Beef Burritos tonight...they gave me the tacos, but NOT the burritos, AND STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE BURRITOS. It may have only been $4, but I could've gotten almost a full gallon of gas with that.

I am LIVID. I give CENTRAL SQUARE Taco Bell ZERO stars. I went to get dinner for 3 people. My bill was $36.99 for 3 meals. I ordered 2 Chicken Quesadilla meals and a #2 meal. All of our food came in one bag. It felt very light like practically empty. My granddaughter opened her quesadilla and said there was NO CHICKEN in her Chicken Quesadilla. Sure enough when I opened mine, there was NO CHICKEN in mine either. I understand that we are in a recession and living with SHRINKFLATION but if Taco Bell wants to serve cheese quesadillas, they should not charge me for a chicken quesadilla. I AM STARVING and was looking forward to a CHICKEN quesadilla not a CHEESE quesadilla. SHAMEFUL

Dinning room keeps getting closed at random hours. Or the store itself on random days. After you’re forced through the drive through you’ll find your food either balled up in a wrapper or not in a wrapper at all. Place is going downhill every day. But it’s either there or travel to Syracuse and hope for a slightly better experience.also don’t order the chalupas you will get STIFF shells due to them sitting out for who knows how long. Used to get fresh chalupas every time.

Over the last two months Taco Bell’s ability to get my order correct has been awful one every five orders we put in they either mess it up forget an item all together. I given them multiple attempts to redeem themselves. Even going as far as making sure everything was correctly displayed in the order at the drive through only to end up leaving with something wrong with my order. I wish I could say I had better things to say but at this point the service has been terrible and the only reason I still go is for there nacho fries which they also have lowered their portions that they give you so that’s kind of a bummer as well.

The employees are just simply lazy. I’m lucky if my quesadilla is cut, or if I ask for salsa and they actually put it in the bag (I’m yet to see this). Once I got my quesadilla shoved into the bag and it was basically a burrito at that point.

Wow. 03/25/2021; waited in a really long drive-through line; shame on me for not checking through my bag - I chose not to out of courtesy for the people behind me - did not want to take even more time; got home to discover I received NOTHING of my order , and worse - no receipt to see how much I paid or for what. The hiring manager clearly needs training on how to select competent workers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere - I certainly plan to. If you do go there, make sure you take the time to look through your order - very good chance it is wrong and you overpaid. I LOVE Taco Bell - but not this one. This one has serious management issues.

Ordered ahead of time on door dash got to taco bell and order still wasn't made.. they had my order on the screen also after placing my order I got the acceptance email that they accepted to make my order also got a email saying that my order was ready for pick up 10 mins before I even got there there was no reason why I had to wait about 20 mins for my food when I ordered well before going to pick up then the cashier looked confused hoping that she's a new employee because she was literally clueless about everything couldn't even grab cups for a gentleman that asked for them just stood there !!! It was just plain ridiculous and completely could have went different if employees actually did their jobs the right way

This is a joke… I ordered 2 soft taco supreme. They were a mess! All my spectrum was at one end in a glob! I ordered Cinnabon things and they gave me Cinnamon twists!! Absolutely ridiculous! They were rude and didn’t listen to what I was saying!! I will be calling corporate on Monday😡😡

OFFICIALLY BOYCOTTING TACO BELL !!! Over 6$ for crunchwrap &asked for refried beans NO MEAT, it had like a tablespoon of beans, tiny drops of sourcream, a tiny blob of nacho cheese, STUFFED w/ lettuce, soggy tomatoes... sauce & cheese are almost non existent, if u ask for extra beans and it's now 60 cents extra !!!!! I get paying more but dammit at least give me what I'm paying for, DONT CHARGE MORE AND GIVE LESS FOOD THAN EVER !!!! 1st pic is what i got, 2nd picture it what they advertise it to be !! I'm so sick of getting ripped off !!!!

Food was cold, and hard, couldn’t even bite my taco it was so stale. Ordered extra topping for my quesadilla didn’t receive any extra even though I was charged. THEN we got hard tacos when we ordered soft. This location usually is the best one.. but I guess not.
