We are staying at a nearby hotel for a softball tournament and ordered to pick up dinner here two nights in a row. Both nights we were given a time for our dinner to be ready and both nights exactly on time!!! Not only that but both nights our dinners were excellent!!!! Highly recommend going here.

Fantastic pizza, chicken tenders, and fries. We would have had other menu items but we showed up late after Cuse beat NC State, and they were nearly all sold out. But the owner kindly used his last bit of dough and made an outstanding Chicken Bacon & Ranch pie and served us piping hot fried and tender tenders. We are bookmarking this for future Syracuse visits.

Ordered extra crispy garlic wings and large cheese pizza. The wings and pizza arrived hot and both were delicious. The employee who answered the phone was very professional and nice. When I called and placed an order I was told about 45 minutes, which I though was a little long, but I wasn’t in a hurry. When I got there I saw the staff pumping out pies, wings, and subs every 30 seconds. It made me thought that my promised 6:24 pizza was going to be even later. Plus at the rate of service how could quality not be sacrificed. Well I heard my name called with my completed order at 6:25. I got home and the family dug in. The quality pizza and wing quality was second to none. Paladino’s Cicero has been consistently too notch since they opened their doors.

I recently stopped at Paladinos for lunch after hearing all the good reviews and, boy, am I glad I did! I am from Queens NY and grew up on Long Island, and let me say, this pizza is as good as the best there. If it was just the pizza that was great, that would be enough, but the guy behind the counter was super friendly, the prices were great and even the ambiance took me back to the pizza parlors of my youth. This is the only place that I have found that will split specialty pizzas on one pizza. Its great for if you're ordering pizza and want two great options, but definitely don't want to order a ton of pizza or decide. Just got delivery tonight and everyone was so nice. I split their chicken bacon ranch and chicken wing pizza on one pizza and its the best decision ever!

Pizza was on point with a crisp bite all way through is what makes it for me here.

While returning home from Florida to Canada on April 17,2015, we stayed @ Comfort Suites. We order delivery, when travelling, because we have a dog with us. The young lady, Alyssa, at the reception desk suggested Paladino's and stated many guests have enjoyed the food from there. We also asked her opinion on her favorites, so we ordered the Stained Wings & a Chef's salad. UNBELIEVABLE ! The best Wings ever and @ 69 years old, I've had my share of Wings. The salad was also crisp & tasty. The Blue Cheese dressing had some nice chunks of Blue cheese, not just liquid. If you're in Cicero,NY (near Syracuse), its worth stopping @ Paladino's or ordering from your hotel. I know we will be back there again. Dick & Margaret Mulligan

Everything was awesome. One negative is that I ordered a pizza roll, but didn't get any marinara dipping sauce like I was expecting. Still, delicious. Can't give it any less than 5 stars, would give more if I could!!!

Had to bring a friend down to the train station from the Ft. Drum area. We stopped here for a quick dinner and there pizza and garlic knots are amazing. On our way back north we stopped again to get some wings and they didn't disappoint either!! The staff was very friendly too! We need a place like this up north!!!

Pizza and wings are always on point! Usually order split half/half for vegetarian/meat eater and the guys always nail it! Quoted delivery times are always correct and prices are much more reasonable than some other "competitors" in the cicero/clay area. Would recommend 10/10!

I’ve gone here for years and never reviewed because I never really think about voicing my opinion but I decided to finally. As a long time customer the food is amazing I’m never disappointed, I always get the same thing pizza, wings, mozz sticks and a 2 liter and it’s all amazing each time. The people are really cool and focused that’s how you know they care about what they do. They treat you with respect and appreciation this is the type of business you want to support because you know you’ll never be let down when you wanna order some good pizza.

This location makes a mean sausage sandwich, something you don't find on a lot of local pizza spot menus. pick up or walk-in, you will not be disappointed!!!

This is my absolute favorite pizza place! Eat-in or take-out, the consistent quality is almost un-human!! Every time I order take out, the pizza is always beautiful and delicious, like it’s fresh out of the oven. They also always provide honest and accurate delivery times. Been going here for over 4 years now and just got some more pizza not too long ago. Workers are friendly and understand that it's busy so pleasing everyone 100% of the time isn't always possible but they do try. From my experience it's a great Pizza Empire/Establishment. I would recommend just about anyone in Cicero who likes Pizza to try it at least once. ALSO IT'S NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS MOST PLACES WITHIN 100 MILES. So there's that. I'm looking forward to the success it will have at this location.

Updating my review from 4 years ago to 5 stars now. Decided to try the Paladino's Cicero location pizza again and it was EXCELLENT! Dough was so fresh and chewy, cheese was oozy and flavorful and their sauce is my favorite around. (not overly seasoned and great tomato taste!) So glad I went back!

Literally my favorite pizza place in Syracuse! This place is clean and the food is amazing. Huge deal to me. This place is usually swamped (great sign of popularity). Well deserved reputation of fantastic food.

The only complaint I have was that they were not open on Sunday and I had to eat somewhere else because I was craving pizza, and it did not compare to paladinos. I love their pizza. NY style with cheese, amazing. The guys there are friendly too. I came here 2 years ago before I moved and one of the guys was just rude. Please and thank you go along way with me, especially if I say it first too. I came here again and no complaints. Guys were nice, pizza was delicious, and I keep coming back. ( the knots were a little dry for me. May I suggest an extra butter or garlic inside with them.) But overall it's so good.

The food was outstanding! My husband and I had a large chef salad, mozzarella sticks, a medium pepperoni pizza and two fountain sodas. The total was $28, great price and worth every penny. The service was very fast and friendly. It's obvious the staff has a great work ethic. The crown jewel was that the bathroom was gorgeous and very clean! Perfect lunch date while running errands with my husband! 😊

My group (RetroGameCon) asked Paladino's to make a large order of 36 pizzas on an extremely busy Saturday night, and they not only gave us a fantastic deal, the pizzas were also FANTASTIC. Thin, perfectly done pies with those great crispy bubbles near the crust with great sauce & dough flavor. Delivery was punctual and professional. 10/10 and will order from them again for our next event!

Really great pizza. I was at drivers village and lucky me I was in the mood for pizza. I looked it up and this was the highest rated pizza joint around. I read the reviews and hadto try it. Looking for great pizza in Syracuse, check this pizza joint out. While I can only speak to their pizza, as that's the only thing I've ever ordered, it has always been exceptionally good. This place truly never disappoints when it comes to delivering a satisfying slice. Be aware that seating is limited, but this isn't really an issue since the vast majority of customers seem to opt for takeout anyway. For good and delicious pizza, this spot is a winner!

Today was something really exciting that happened to me as I saw the time was closer to 8 pm and had doubt if they would pick the order, to my surprise the guy on the other end asked “Sir what you would prefer to have Tonight”. I was so happy and got my Pizza special topped with Black Olives , Tomatoes, Onions, Green / Red Bell Pepper and 2 Garlic bread. When I asked how come they entertained my call though I was too late for an order the reply was “ we respect our customer service”. I wish every owner had that attitude. Their garlic and cheese pizzas were both delicious. The garlic knots were a little dry and tough. We asked for the wings extra crispy but they were not.

Been eating Paladino's Pizza 10 + years was glad when opened this one here in Cicero gran-daughter always begs me to go there lol . Great New York style pizza for sure ! I do both take out and eat in for lunch at times always quick and same great quality pizza! even though no anchovies :( lol

Normally the food is good but I'm vegetarian and there was meat in the conatiner of sauce that came with my mozzarella sticks. I called and they said all the sauce other than pizza sauce contains meat. That should be mentioned to customers ordering and posted on the menu.

Decent pizza,bought a cpl slices,was a bit greasy but not too bad. Good amount of cheese,crust was a bit over cooked,sauce was decent. Might try again.

Pasta was under cooked and had very little ricotta cheese. I asked for extra and didn't get it.

Pizza and wing's are good but the only problem we had was we called in a order and it would be 50 minutes for a pickup and drove 15 minutes to get the order and had to wait another 15 minutes to get the order. My only problem is that we sat there for 15 to 20 minutes I watched 5 delivery people go in the door and back out the door. by the time we got home it was 930 and we ordered the food at745. Food good service not so good especially when you're driving 15 to 20 minutes away to get food from a place that has good pizza and wing's

Got pizza and boneless wings last night , and couldn’t have had worse boneless wings or pizza . This certain location is going down hill and the guy who answered the phone had tremendous amounts of attitude. If you don’t like the JOB YOU SIGNED UP FOR THEN QUIT. I would be weary of ordering from here they hire sketchy people. When you call in they rate women based on a star chart and guess whether or not the woman is good looking or not. If the employees think they are good looking they give the woman a star. It's pathetic and disgusting. I will never get my pizza from here.

Laziness all over this location. close at 9pm on Halloween, they had 4 people standing around, we attempted to order 1 large pizza with wings and were flat out told no. We used to spend alot of money there but bad business is bad business. This isn't the first time the employees didnt want to do their jobs. Will go elsewhere.

If I could give Paladino’s a zero star review on this occasion, I would. My husband and I order from the pizza shop on a regular basis and we normally get amazing pizza. This evening we ordered close to their closing time because we were leaving work later than normal. We normally have no issues with their pizza either when we pick it up or when we have it delivered. Tonight we got our pizza home and it was full of grease. We do order a pepperoni normally and realize that their is normally some grease involved but tonight it was like an grease spill on the top of our pizza. We called the shop and explained our situation to the gentleman on the phone and after sending photos of the pizza he deemed it our fault that there was grease on the pizza and did nothing to remedy the pizza that we now have that is inedible. I am really disappointed and will probably no longer order from this pizza place, it’s really a shame too because on most occasions we have a really good experience.

I ordered a large pie with pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and extra cheese. The toppings were almost non existent. Just thin shavings so small that you couldn't taste them and someone must have hidden the extra cheese. I expect a lot more for my hard earned money and frankly, I've had better frozen pizza. Never again. 👎 Dear Sherlock, You must have conveniently lost the order along with the toppings.

I had a terrible experience there, I called to order a pizza that was half and ham and pepper I asked them what type of peppers they were he said just red and green. When I got home and opened the pizza there was black pepper drenched on all of the peppers I called and explained what occurred. I spoke to a manager named Matt who said that he needed to check the recording and I was suppose to know because that is how they do their pizza, I said I would be more than happy to bring the half of a pizza back and he still went on about having to investigate. I said I would bring the half a pizza back how hard would it have been to fix the problem, beyond that he said I will give you back equal whatever you bring back when I just said I would do that as if I was going to try and get over on him for the four slices of pizza I will be sure to never purchase anything there again. Any other restaurant would have been accommodating instead of saying he had to review the tapes like it was some type of crime that occurred...absolutely ridiculous keep your four slices.

Must read!!!! This is not the Paladinos I am used to. They’re under new management and have changed, dramatically. The food tastes off, old, and they’re definitely cutting corners. I used to recommend this place to everyone asking about true NY style pizza. I can’t in good conscience send my friends here anymore. I won’t be coming back unless the old owner does. Edit: To answer you questioning my legitimacy. I will say, you don’t take names for in person sales. I am offended that you care more about your reviews than you do your quality and customer relations. I have been in multiple times during peak hours. Under this new management it’s just different, maybe ingredients? Maybe a lack of pride in your work? Idk, you tell me. All I do is buy my food and expect the same quality I’ve gotten for years. This is a really sad response imo and says a lot about whomever is leaving this response. No “sorry you didn’t have a great experience” or “ please let us fix it”? WOW! Do better!

I’ve been ordering from this place for a long time and never had an issue—until now. Unfortunately, their customer service completely missed the mark. I ordered two large pizzas and 24 extra crispy wings. When I got home, I discovered that all 24 wings were soggy. I called to let them know, hoping they would make it right. They said they would check the footage and call me back. To their credit, they called back promptly—but instead of offering an apology, they simply said they weren’t sure what happened. Then, rather rudely, they asked how many wings I had left. I told them all 24 were untouched. Still, there was no offer to remake them or come pick them up.they told me they couldn’t offer a credit unless I brought the wings they messed ip back to them. I won’t be returning. The pizza is great, yes—but the service is awful. And for the price they charge, I expect better

It's even described as a "Giant Cold Sub" * One of my coworkers was ordering a pizza roll so I decided to get a sub from them instead of going to the Circle k. What a mistake. Only 1-2 slices of meat and hardly any cheese. I realize this is a pizza shop, and their pizza is excellent, but if you are going to offer something on your menu, do it right.
