Loved the experience! The whole team greeted us upon arrival. We ordered and they brought our food to our table. Staff was great. Saturday December 11th was the first time I tried Firehouse Subs, I had the Firehouse Meatball sub, I was having a real rough week at work and I was in a so-so mood, when I took that first bite of that sub, it changed me from so-so , to having the best day ever! Firehouse subs in my opinion has the best Meatball sub I ever had in my whole entire life! Sheer Perfection! I haven't stopped raving about it ever since! I can't wait to get back there and try their chilli!

Really good!! Ordered a large Hook and Ladder and two medium Turkey subs. Split between 5 people (two adults, three kids) it was plenty. Danielle, our cashier/order taker was really nice and made the process easy and less confusing than it looked when we walked in. She made sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. She's worth 5 stars herself.

Good subs, friendly staff, quick service.

Ordered Beef and Cheddar sub that was very tasty. Ordered the Hook and Ladder salad (as is), for $10 it was huge! I only wish it came with a dome lid so I could shake it all up because the meat and cheese was all on top and the salad felt condensed, in no way did that stop me from enjoying it. The Italian dressing was good also. Upgraded both items to combos, brownie (not pictured) was nice and moist, kettle chips were good. It was nice that they had a drink station with 100+ options. The tables right across from the counter was a negative, but I did order mine to go so was irrelevant at the time. Overall, yes, I do recommend. Cheers, Sue ☺️

I ordered a club on wheat and it was certainly the best sub I have had in years. Staff was awesome and the large selection of hot sauce is such a good touch. They give you samples of the hot sauce. I never knew subs needed hot sauce... but boy do they ever. On top of all that... they dont toast the sub untill the bread is crunchy. They heat it up like bread is meant to be eaten. Warm. If I could id give them 10 stars

This place has since come under new ownership and you can tell the difference! You’re greeted with a smiling face & a ‘welcome to firehouse subs’ upon entering. I ordered the Steak & Cheese sub which was incredible! Cooked perfectly & had the perfect meat/cheese/veggie ratio. And let’s not forget to mention, it was enormous! The atmosphere is casual & sit down friendly although I got my order to go which came out super quick! Will definitely be back! 10/10 PS-did not get a chance to take a picture before digging in, it looked and smelt too good!

I received message from the NEW owner and after some discussion decided to go back and order from there again. All was great. Staff were incredibly helpful and the food was amazing. I appreciate the follow up and am relieved that the place is under new ownership. I will now come back again! _________________________________________ I ordered food via the website and drove to the store to pick it up. There was a handwritten note on the door that said they were closed and that online orders would be refunded. I patiently waited a week or so with no refund. I reached out to corporate customer service and the best they would do was reach out to a local manager, because it is a franchise. No one called me back at all. I called the local restaurant to see if anyone there could help me and both people I spoke with were less than helpful and the call was disconnected. I will not return and will advise others to not order from there as well.

Great, friendly, helpful staff! Subs have interesting spices and combinations. NOT your usual ho-hum obvious menu options. Seems pricey but this was my first time so TBD.

Great food, but way under staffed. At lunchtime, only having 2 people, which meant 45 minutes for an order, is not good. The 2 that were working to their credit were hustling like crazy and very friendly. But definitely need atleast 2 more people.

I had the meatball sub with a sweet and spicy flavor to it. Amazing! The price vs serving size was a bit much but the quality of the food was awesome. And of course they gave me a discount for being a volunteer firefighter! Great place to grab lunch

The food is always fantastic but the workers are sometimes not the best. My most recent experience I walked in and the two workers were screaming at each other. The one door was locked and not thinking I just went to the other door and it took them a good 2-3 minutes of bickering before they acknowledged my presence. Then they continued taking care of the online order I had and before I could ask if they wanted me to wait outside while they did their thing they were back at it. Again, amazing food, just wish they workers were a little nicer

Do you want to wait 30 minutes after estimated pick up time ? Come to firehouse where the staff are absolutely clueless and make your food as slowly as possible, almost out of spite that you dare attempt pre-ordering your meal. The sandwiches are always fantastic. I just don't have time for this place anymore.

Always good food...my last visit they were overwhelmed with orders, staff was rude...ended up walking out and won't return. It's really that easy for me. There are plenty of other places to pick from that are overwhelmed also but they still . stay professional

Have had ok experiences in the past. However tonight was not good. I went in at 654pm . Apparently they close at 7 . They were not shy about letting me know that. I offered to go somewhere else and they said don’t worry about it. I ordered an easy sub but the toppings were not made properly and it was a cheese sub and it was supposed to have 2 different kinds. There was one very thin slice of each . If there food and service is like this I can see why they don’t have the business to stay open late. I want to like this place however I will not be back

$11.99 for a "medium" sub, didn't tell me I need to scan my app instead of my receipt even though I told her I wanted my receipt for the app. 20 minutes after ordering and I'm still here waiting for my food. I don't think I'll be coming back. Edit I ended up getting a refund. 30 minutes of my life wasted walked away with no food. No offer for coupons discounts nothing. I will literally never ever be coming back to this place. The manager was on the phone and had to tell the employee how to do the refund. No apology from her either. Absolutely completely unprofessional.

So gross. I went in there 4-5 months ago and the lady that was about to make my food went from using a mop bucket to about make my food. I walked out no food. Tried again first time since and the lady had a scab she scratched actively bleeding on her cheek. I walked out again. Get better cleanliness practices.

I really hate doing this because Firehouse has some really good subs. This review is specifically knocking this location. Because it’s awful. I have zero remorse or empathy in saying that. Extremely long waits to even order. Staff refuses to acknowledge customers because they’re overwhelmed with orders that they’re just going to make wrong anyway. The past 4 times I’ve tried this place, they’ve screwed up my order. Ordered online a few weeks ago. Pretty simple right? Nope. Sub is wrong. They happily agreed to remake it. But now I’m standing there as they scramble around having no idea what I ordered. I’d think it would be pretty simple to pull up my online order again and remake it. But they didn’t. I finally just handed them the old bag with the order on it. This is why the wait times are so long, because they’re constantly remaking old orders and can’t take new ones. That was annoying, but the subs are good, so this past week I try them again. There’s no way they can mess up that many times right? Wrong. I place another online order. I walk in about 10 minutes after the order pickup time and it’s not ready. I finally get the sub. No bag, no drink cup. I had to ask for both. I open the box to check the sub (not going to fool me again) and realize they didn’t give me the pickle on the side. So I go back and ask for that. Completely forgot to check the sub. I mean how many screw ups am I expected to keep track of here? I drive back to work before I realize the sub is wrong. It’s literally just meat and cheese. And not even the meat and cheese I ordered. It’s not a complicated order. Hook and Ladder, remove a couple ingredients, add a couple ingredients. I got a sub with zero toppings. The kid claims they’re training and says he’ll remake it. Now here we go again with the confusion about what I ordered. It blows my mind that I’m standing here as the customer and there’s zero communication to me about whether you can pull up my order or not. You’re the business. I’m the customer. You take charge and tell me how you want to proceed. Tell me you can pull my order back up, or just ask me as you make it. That’s literally how every other sub shop works. So he starts making it again and asks me if I want mayo, then asks if I want lettuce. So I’m thinking “Okay cool, he’s just going to ask as he goes. We can’t mess this up now.” But after only asking whether I wanted lettuce and mayo, he suddenly starts packing up the sub and tries to hand it over the counter. Without ever confirming anything else I wanted on it, or more importantly, didn’t want on it. How do you have any idea what my order was? I never got a chance to tell him what I didn’t want on it, and add on other ingredients I did. So I finally just pull out my phone and show him the order. He responds “yup! Got it!” And makes the sub and I leave. At this point I have 10 minutes left on my break and will literally eat plain bread so I didn’t recheck it. Because I simply don’t have time to wait for yet another remake. Keep in mind, unless you’re 8 feet tall, you can’t see their prep area to see whether the sub is right or wrong. So you just get what they hand you. Lo and behold, it’s wrong a second time. I have zero patience left for businesses like this that can’t provide the most basic of service that they’re offering. If you don’t have the time to make the sub right the first time, when are you going to have the time to remake it? It’s clear this place lacks any sort of management or oversight. I usually refrain from scathing reviews as I know the labor landscape is hard right now. But I’m just out of patience for accepting this sort of service as a paying customer. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be back. And nobody will care. But here’s my 2 cents anyway. Save yours and go somewhere else.

This was my first time eating at the Firehouse Subs. I have been told by several people that it was a great place to eat. I will say that the hype I was told, lived up to the name. The food was very good, just as good as Quiznos. I won't even bother mentioning Subway, they aren't even in the same league. The appearance of the inside of the restaurant, at this location, seemed to be clean and inviting, the employees I interacted with were polite, friendly, professional and courteous. I didn't have to wait long for my order and the price plus the size of my sub, were average for today's day & age. (Nothing spectacular, but not horrible) Based on today's visit, I would definitely return & also recommend eating here to everyone I know. UPDATE: 3/2/2022 - I have been to this location several times since my first review, and have been pleased for the most part up until today's visit at this location. When I arrived I noticed only 2 people working behind the counter, and there were 2 people ahead of me in line. I got through the order process somewhat fast.... probably waited a total of 7 min or so to place my order. After I had placed my order, I ended up waiting about 35 min until I finally had my name called. I have never seen two people move so slow in my life, it's like they were working in a pool of molasses. Every motion they made seemed like slow motion, and I only say this because normally when a business gets busy, the employees pick up their pace and work faster, well I saw none of that this visit, it was just a snails pace from start to finish! Please understand, I am not trying to be nitpicky here, I am just literally explaining what I had witnessed on this particular visit. I am hoping on my next visit, that this experience will just end up being a one-off. 5/27/25- UPDATE: This location has gone down the drain. The service is the slowest I have dealt with in a long time. I waited at least 20 min for my order. They don't even make the subs the same anymore. They don't heat anything up either. Like they use to heat up the bread & meat e.t.c. Nope not anymore. The food tasted like crap honestly and the employees acted like they could care less about any of it. I will not be returning to this location ever again!

Longest wait for a cold sub of my entire life. Almost 30 minutes for one sub while two workers stock the chip bags up front. I asked for a refund after finding out the staff hadn't even started my sandwich after all of my waiting. It was put in wrong and when I asked for a refund I was given problems and the system would not work. The cashier Dan attempted to hand me $20 from his wallet and asked if I had $2 on me (I paid $17 and change and rounded up to $18 to donate to their mission). Totally inappropriate.

Came here to eat and got my food, which was barely warm upon eating in the parking lot to be nice. I was harassed and told it was private property and no loitering I have never had a worse experience with a fire house subs location by far the worst experience I have ever had at this chain

I decided to give this place a second try after the last time the service was not good. Again, went in on a week night. Only one customer ahead of me but they are so busy working on to go orders for folks that hadn’t arrived yet they couldn’t serve the customers that were there. Management should put more staff on if they know they get that many orders. So the two guys were nice about it and honestly I didn’t mind waiting so it took about 15 minutes to get my order taken. In that time more and more people arrived waiting to place their order. Only two to go orders showed up in the entire time I was there. It took about 30 mins for the sub to be made. I was very specific that I wanted No onions on the sub. Even saw it typed into the machine and sure enough got it home. Loaded with onions. You would think for the amount of time that it took to do the order it could have at least been correct. If they were properly staffed they would have fewer issues.
