I would disagree with any one star review for this restaurant and hotel. We stayed here and had amazing. Best customer service you can find, best food, lake views and warm rooms. This is the nearest best option for punto panaromico visitors.

This albergo was an absolute dream to stay in, and my partner and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough! Super cute decor and layout, with nice views, and a great location. The couple that run the Hotel are so so nice, very accommodating and polite. We had good meals, with some really great local wines and grappa (be sure to try the local specialty - Genepy). The number one place to stay in the region.

Just had a sandwich and coffee at the bar after riding the bus up here. First he said no sandwiches, then he had the kitchen produce a very nice cheese sandwich. There are buses from Ceresole Reale to the top of Colle del Nivolet (2600m, 8500 ft) from July 3 to Sept 9.

Stopped here for an aperitivo. The service was disastrous. Honestly the worst spritz I’ve had in my life, not sure how you mess up a spritz but they did. Unfortunately not many options for aperitivo when walking around the lake, that said I’d walk past this one or if you stop get a beer and plan to WAIT FOREVER.
