It’s a Gem!! Our first visit to Federico in end Dec 2025 as a group of 10 (mixed of adults and kids), and we are very well taken care of. Food is extremely tasty, service is top notch and ambience is perfect. Everything is 5star! Love the pizza, risotto and not to mention the panna cotta. Even the kids meal portion is great. Everything is a must try, a 5 star for sure 🙂 Picture speaks a thousand words !
I visited Federico Cernobbio Pizzeria & Cucina & everything was perfect — delicious food, friendly and attentive staff, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You can really feel the passion and quality in every detail. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cernobbio!
Our family has visited this place twice and loved it so much that we’ve also ordered takeaway twice! Every bite is pure joy – I honestly can’t remember the last time I had Italian food this good, and I eat it often. The lasagna is a must-try, rich and full of flavor, and the starters are just as delicious. The team here is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about their guests. The atmosphere is cozy and charming, and on sunny days, the outdoor seating is simply perfect. And the best part? The irresistible, mouthwatering aromas drifting from the kitchen that make you excited for every dish. 🥰🥰🥰
Outdoor relaxed seating, mostly covered in tree shade. No view of the water. Good view of the mountains. Plenty of onsite dedicated parking space. Food was great. Large varieties of thin crust pizza, and other types of meals. A range of options for bottled wine and beer and other drink. There were three options for single glass and the price was about €8

I was a little unsure about this place (the pictures simply don't do it justice) but I was so glad that my partner convinced me ! The atmosphere was jovial, with a mix of locals and travellers (like me). The service was warm, relaxed yet attentive. And the food was simple but really tasty 😍..the pizza (I got the basil pesto) ..the base was thin but not too thin and the toppings were so tasty and super creamy-,sounds strange but was delish . My +1 got the steak and charred veggies and was content (he's a tougher critique than I for meat so I take this as ++!) Oh and we'd the bresaola to start which again was perfectly balanced, with an interesting mushroom sauce. Definitely worth checking Fredericos out if you want something relaxed yet wonderful tasty food 🌄
Great service, delicious food, big portions
Highly recommend! We had an amazing T-bone and one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had (and we tried at least 20 in Italy!). The staff was incredibly friendly, and Matteo was always attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Thanks again—we’ll definitely be back!

Excellent food quality, no matter what you order. Excellent service. Cozy Christmas atmosphere. This place quickly became our best choice during a trip to Como. Highly recommended👍🏻🍷

We went to a few great restaurants in Lake Como but this was our favourite! We had the Paccheri Cacio e Pepe and Paccherri with Burrata and a pizza on the side and all the dishes were amazing! Great wine selection and the staff were all really friendly and helpful.
This is an incredible restaurant. My wife and I had an amazing experience at Federico. The environment is very peaceful and the views are spectacular. Outdoor seating is great but the food stole the show. The bruschetta, gnocchi and pizza were all excellent. All the waiters were extremely pleasant and relaxed. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit Como!
11 out of 10. I don’t usually write reviews but this restaurant was exceptional. It was by far the top restaurant we visited in Cernobbio. The margherita and punta d’anca pizzas were perfect—incredibly tasty, crispy with just the night amount of cheese and toppings. Highly recommend the latter; really fantastic flavors. Not pictured— a delightful crème brulee and chocolate cake with a decaf americano. The owner also went above and beyond to find us a way home when we couldn’t find a taxi. We will be back again.
Food was incredible! I am very particular when it comes to pizza, and these guys nailed it. Most importantly they use a wood oven! Service was amazing! Yacoppo helped us choose our appetizers, mains, and desserts!
Delicious cold cuts and Pizzas. Also the desserts were really good! Friendly staff and a fast service. Reservation is recommended. Parking is difficult and small.

⭐️ The “Pala” You Didn’t See Coming — Thin, Crispy, Amazing on Lake Como! Last Tuesday, we met at Matteo,Federico & Co.’s place in Cernobbio — a hidden gem with breathtaking views of Como Cathedral, the lake, and Brunate. Drive carefully — the road is worth stopping for! The restaurant? Housed in a charming mid-century building with a lovely terrace. Inside: warm, cozy, wood-accented, fireplace-lit — perfect for a relaxed evening. Matteo (the owner) welcomed us — Federico was away. We ordered 4 “pala” pizzas: ✅ My marinara with pesto, ricotta & spicy oil — thin, crispy, 8.5/10! ✅ Davide’s spicy salami ✅ Fabrizio’s veggie ✅ Classic Napoli with anchovies — all delicious! Drinks: 2 medium beers (blonde + red), sparkling water. Dessert: 2 “crema catalana” — delicate. A quick torching would’ve made them perfect. 2 coffees to finish. Service? Attentive, polite, discreet — just like the vibe. No flaws worth mentioning. Was a wonderful experience! We came around 9pm with no reservation and we had a nice table outside just by waiting less than 10 min. Their staff speaks English and is very nice. Service was a bit slow at the beginning (lot of tables) but after we ordered we were served fast. Their pizzas are delicious and they have some appetizing Italian deserts! Would 100x recommend and come back. 🤍
Just STAY AWAY from this place They brought me the wrong dish and charge me 150€ for that only one dish!!! The worst con of my life
