First time dining at this place. My uncle invited me to join his group of friends for lunch. I'm surprised that our server is a Filipina, named Celina. She's nice, always checks up on us and made sure we get our drinks refilled. Food is good and serving is great! The only thing I don't like much is the Peach Boba Breeze, for me it's too sweet. I have to add some water to lessen the sweetness.

If I could give extra stars for service I would. Patrick was our server and he was beyond excellent. He had a great attitude. We were there celebrating my daughter’s birthday and he truly made it special. They had the table set up with special decor and the dessert And sparklers were a hit! Thank you, Patrick and P.F. We haven't gone to P.F. Chang's in a long time. In fact, we thought they were going out of business. We found one in Cerritos and to our surprise the food was OK definitely not as good as it used to be. However, the prices were reasonable. The egg drop soup was perfect. The hot and sour soup was good and I liked the house noodles but they were very bland they paired well with the glazed shrimp. The service was good and the atmosphere was like it was in the days of old. It was a mid experience overall.

Food: Depends on what you get some of it was delicious and other was super salty (Nasty) White rice super dry and no taste seemed old... service was outstanding... atmosphere no comment.. group next to us where just cursing on every sentenced they used and family with kids all around the restaurant. I guess the restaurant couldn't tell them to keep it down or keep it pg rated.... so I wouldn't be back to this location.. I guess a bigger group brings more money than individual families..

My son and I had dinner and took advantage of their dinner special. We both ordered the hot sour soup, but I found it to be too vinegary. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken which I felt had too much garlic. As an appetizer we ordered the springs rolls. I felt that the vegetables in them where chopped too thick and the dipping sauce had too much ginger. Overall. I have to say that I felt that the food was not the best and for the most part over seasoned. This is the second time I come here and I remember that the food was better. Maybe it's hit and miss with the Chef.

I'm not sure how to properly describe this experience at this restaurant. I came in with high expectations since this is a well-known establishment. The food was okay. Nothing much. It tries to be a chines modern fusion but food is not bad just over priced there is a restaurant down the road that can make the food way better but I honestly came for the hype all though the service provided was extremely exceptional server was professional and offered many of his favorite dishes I would come here agian but I do recommend it to those he feel like spending lots of money!

I went with 2 friends just to enjoy lunch. The food was good. However their menu is deceiving. We clarified if their lunch special included the drink because there was a picture ofbthe variety of drinks that showed kn the lunch special. Our server said it was included or at least we had understood from her response that is was included. When we got the bill we were charged for the drink. So I politely asked our server and clarified. Now she says it wasn't included. So I brushed it off. Moments later, the manager approached us. So to compensate us he offered to give us a g8ft card each. Which was a very n8ce and generous gesture. I love the food at P.F. Chang’s and I’ve always had good experiences there, so this review is not about the quality of the food. Unfortunately, today I had a very frustrating experience with their reservation system. At around 6:10 pm I checked the website to see if reservations were available, and it showed availability for every time slot. Since I was already nearby, I made a reservation for 6:15 pm. I arrived exactly at 6:15 pm and told the host that I had a reservation, but I was told the wait time was 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I explained that I had just made a reservation through their website, they told me that because the reservation was made so recently, there were no tables available. That was very confusing and frustrating, because the system was still showing open reservations for multiple time slots. My concern is mainly with the reservation system. If there are no tables available, the system should not allow guests to book reservations for those times. It creates unrealistic expectations and ends up wasting customers’ time. Again, the food is great and that’s why I keep coming back, but the reservation system definitely needs to be fixed.
