I ordered two takeout pizzas last night at 8:00 PM. They estimate delivery at 8:40 PM. At 9:15 PM I call the restaurant to check on the status. No one answers, or they're busy. At 9:40 PM I start cooking. At 10:15 PM I finish eating. At 10:25 PM the pizzas arrive (which I obviously send back). Not even a phone call of apology arrives. No further comment is needed.
