La Pentola Magica: a pleasant and affordable dining experience I had the pleasure of dining at the "La Pentola Magica" restaurant in Bovisio-Masciago and was very satisfied. The food was carefully prepared and the flavors were balanced. I ordered a plate of sedanini, broccoli, and sausage and a Florentine steak with fries. Both dishes were very tasty and beautifully presented. The service was courteous and attentive. The staff was always available to accommodate our requests. The location is charming and welcoming. The atmosphere is casual yet refined. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality of the food and service. I paid just over €20 for a first course, a second course, a side dish, water, coffee, and dessert. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable dining experience.

Lunch with friends at the "La Pentola Magica" restaurant was absolutely delightful. Fast service in a welcoming, no-frills atmosphere, where we ate wonderfully. There was plenty of space (perhaps a little noisy, but that was because it was busy...) and large tables, even for numerous diners. The girls serving tables were attentive to their customers, friendly and professional. The dishes were generous. Parking was very convenient. Top-notch Lombard cuisine!! Highly recommended!! If you go like us at lunchtime, for just €13 you get a complete meal with your choice of three first courses, three or four second courses, various side dishes, water or wine. Considering that nowadays a sandwich and a beer stand for at least €10, I'd say it's not bad at all.

We've found the magic!! We were absolutely delighted with our dinner at "La Pentola Magica" restaurant. Fast service in a welcoming atmosphere, where you can eat comfortably in this place with plenty of space, including large tables for several diners. The staff! They are attentive to their customers, friendly and professional. The dishes are generous. Convenient parking and a garden for the summer. Top-notch Lombard cuisine!! Highly recommended!

I called in the morning to make a reservation for three people, asking for 1:45 PM (the kitchen closes at 2 PM). We were promptly accepted and informed that they might not offer us the entire menu, both because the kitchen finished service at 2 PM and because it was the last day before they closed for vacation. I called back to ask if they could tell me what their menu included so I could order the dishes right away. They sent me everything via WhatsApp, and from there I wrote down what my wife, my daughter, and I wanted to eat. We arrived promptly at 1:40 PM, waited 5 minutes, and then they seated us. They immediately came to take our drink reservations. We ordered two full menus consisting of two first courses, two second courses with sides, bread, two small bottles of water, and two coffees. This was because my wife only wanted a first course, my daughter wanted a second course with chips, and I wanted the full menu. As an extra, she got a Coke. The first courses were delicious (penne with meat sauce and penne alla boscaiola) and very filling. For main courses, we had a grilled pork chop with grilled zucchini and a turkey breast with fries. The main courses were generously portioned and cooked just right, as were the delicious, crispy, and non-greasy fries. The restaurant is rustic yet functional, trattoria-style, and located on a small internal street not far from the highway. My only complaint is the bill. Since we were a family and there wasn't a children's menu, they could have charged us two set menus, an extra cover charge for three of us, and an extra Coke for the little girl. Instead, we paid for a set menu, a first course menu, and a second course menu with a side dish, obviously spending more.

Excellent place to eat. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the main dining room is very welcoming. If you want less noise, ask to sit on the (enclosed) veranda, as it has fewer tables and is quieter. As for the food, I think the meat is the highlight! The first courses are also very tasty, but the meat is the star. We usually order the mixed grill (minimum two people) and have never gone wrong! Excellent quality meat, cooked to perfection. Generous portions! And to finish, a lovely dessert! I absolutely recommend it!

A place with a distinct '80s vibe, both in terms of location and menu. Six of us went for lunch on Sunday. The first courses were better than the second courses... The grilled meat was nothing special, and the service was inattentive: they forgot to serve two courses, which arrived after an hour of repeated requests.
