Un angolo di crudo di mare abbracciato tra le colline di Cesena. E come se non fosse già abbastanza il primi sono stati più che entusiasmanti. La mia bisnonna diceva che cucinando qualcosa di buono con qualcosa di buono non si poteva fare qualcosa di cattivo. E qui si conferma la regola ma qualcosa di buono cucinato con qualcosa di buono può fare anche qualcosa di buonissimo. Non parliamo poi della selezione di vini... Vabbè cosa lo dico a fare vale la massima di cui sopra.
Nel verde della campagna cesenate, all'interno di una villa, c'è il San Demetrio Restaurant, ristorante di pesce. Ho mangiato benissimo, il pesce è squisito e la carta del vino è molto fornita. Davide, il proprietario, saprà consigliarvi sia per il cibo che per il vino, anche di altre nazioni 😊 Ci tornerò sicuramente! Complimenti!

Una scoperta tra le colline Posto molto bello ,locale con un design molto particolare e una panoramica stupenda. Servizio ottimo camerieri cordiali simpatici e nello stesso modo professionale. Truly exquisite dishes, incredibly fresh fish, and a well-stocked wine cellar with a vast selection of wines from all regions and even abroad. Excellent presentation and service. I recommend trying it, especially for the fantastic raw fish.
I happened upon it during a wine pairing evening with a tasting menu led by a guest sommelier. I was pleasantly surprised by everything: a beautiful location, probably even more beautiful in the summer, excellent food, and good service. I'll definitely be back!
I booked at San Demetrio in Cesena, drawn by the recommendation of someone I know. And the opportunity arose on a terrible evening with a downpour. I must admit that, in addition to the truly excellent seafood and the attention to detail, we were amazed by everyone's attention to the customer. A feeling that's difficult to explain, making you feel at ease throughout the entire time spent in the restaurant. The waiter was always more than discreet but at the same time very attentive, and speaking of the quality/price ratio, I'd say it's truly amazing, given the fact that the dishes are delicious. What can I say? We were very satisfied and will definitely be back at the first opportunity. Well done.

The location is elegant yet understated, and the outdoor garden is very well-kept, offering a beautiful view of the Cesena countryside. A wide selection of raw fish and fresh seafood is available. A truly welcoming and elegant place in the hills. We sat on the panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the hills. We had a delicious raw fish dish. My husband had the stuffed calamari in a datterini tomato and squid ink sauce, excellent. Afterwards, green tagliolini with lobster. Everything was excellent, highly recommended. Very nice even in the summer.
San Demetrio is a 6-star restaurant, not a 5. Our evening and experience were fabulous. We were greeted by friendly, helpful, and smiling staff, but above all, very knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed two excellent menus, sublime, with excellent product quality and delicious pairings. Two tasting menus costing €70, including a large raw ham dish. For my daughter, we ordered incredible spaghetti with sardines and chopped pistachios. The photos perhaps speak for themselves. This deserves to be a favorite, and we'll definitely treat ourselves to it sometime. The location is magical: flowers, aromas, ambiance, background music. Everything for a perfect evening on the first hills of Cesena.
Elegant restaurant with a view of the Cesena hills, even a romantic one. The dishes are meticulously presented, the fish is always fresh, and the service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Situated in a stunning setting among the foothills of Cesena, at the San Demetrio Restaurant we enjoyed, among the various dishes we ordered, several varieties of oysters, all excellent (note: the price listed on the menu is per oyster, and three of each type are served). The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, as is the attention to flavors and pairings, where the eye also deserves its share, given the highly appreciated care put into the dishes served to us (the photos speak for themselves). The wine selection is also very varied, including the highly regarded Franciacorta, which we chose. The service is excellent; the staff was attentive and caring. The price is not low, but absolutely reasonable.

Located in the Romagna hills, this elegant restaurant is recommended for sophisticated lunches and dinners, especially seafood. High-quality food, presented with great care and skill. A well-stocked wine list is available. Ample free parking is available. Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth trying at least once.
Beautiful location on the first hills of Cesena, simple but well-kept, with convenient private parking. Only fish menu. I preferred the appetizers, less originality in the second courses. Excellent quality of raw fish. Good steamed option. The grand au gratin was choreographic, but it didn't convince me. The desserts were decent. Very kind and professional staff. Good, but with ample room for improvement.
Good resturant in the hill of CESENA FC
A restaurant nestled in the peaceful greenery of the Cesena hills. The location is very elegant and well-maintained, quite formal but not overly so. The service is excellent, as is the food and the wine list, which ranges from reds to whites to champagnes. The dishes are refined and carefully crafted, with balanced flavors. I'm not giving it a fifth star only because, in my opinion, the portion sizes need attention—they're similar to a tasting menu, but rather multi-course—and because of the lack of attention paid to portioning diners with equal amounts of food. Very helpful and friendly. I've been there several times and will certainly be happy to return, as it's always a pleasure for the palate and the tranquility of the place.
