A truly welcoming and elegant place in the hills. We sat on the panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the hills. We had a delicious raw fish dish. My husband had the stuffed calamari in a datterini tomato and squid ink sauce, excellent. Afterwards, green tagliolini with lobster. Everything was excellent, highly recommended. Very nice even in the summer.

San Demetrio is a 6-star restaurant, not a 5. Our evening and experience were fabulous. We were greeted by friendly, helpful, and smiling staff, but above all, very knowledgeable and attentive. We enjoyed two excellent menus, sublime, with excellent product quality and delicious pairings. Two tasting menus costing €70, including a large raw ham dish. For my daughter, we ordered incredible spaghetti with sardines and chopped pistachios. The photos perhaps speak for themselves. This deserves to be a favorite, and we'll definitely treat ourselves to it sometime. The location is magical: flowers, aromas, ambiance, background music. Everything for a perfect evening on the first hills of Cesena.

Elegant restaurant with a view of the Cesena hills, even a romantic one. The dishes are meticulously presented, the fish is always fresh, and the service is impeccable. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it.

Situated in a stunning setting among the foothills of Cesena, at the San Demetrio Restaurant we enjoyed, among the various dishes we ordered, several varieties of oysters, all excellent (note: the price listed on the menu is per oyster, and three of each type are served). The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, as is the attention to flavors and pairings, where the eye also deserves its share, given the highly appreciated care put into the dishes served to us (the photos speak for themselves). The wine selection is also very varied, including the highly regarded Franciacorta, which we chose. The service is excellent; the staff was attentive and caring. The price is not low, but absolutely reasonable.

A well-stocked wine list is available. Ample free parking is available. Very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth trying at least once.

Beautiful location on the first hills of Cesena, simple but well-kept, with convenient private parking. Only fish menu. I preferred the appetizers, less originality in the second courses. Excellent quality of raw fish. Good steamed option. The grand au gratin was choreographic, but it didn't convince me. The desserts were decent. Very kind and professional staff. Good, but with ample room for improvement.

A restaurant nestled in the peaceful greenery of the Cesena hills. The location is very elegant and well-maintained, quite formal but not overly so. The service is excellent, as is the food and the wine list, which ranges from reds to whites to champagnes. The dishes are refined and carefully crafted, with balanced flavors. I'm not giving it a fifth star only because, in my opinion, the portion sizes need attention—they're similar to a tasting menu, but rather multi-course—and because of the lack of attention paid to portioning diners with equal amounts of food. Very helpful and friendly. I've been there several times and will certainly be happy to return, as it's always a pleasure for the palate and the tranquility of the place.
