Met some out of town friends there today and could not have asked for a better experience! Friendly staff, and owner went out of his way to welcome us when he found out we had not seen each other in a while. I would definitely recommend this place to go to. To the staff and owner: Thank you!

Superb dinner all around and looking forward to visiting again. Excellent choice of appetizers and main courses. We started with the beef carpaccio and were very pleased with the presentation and balance of flavors with the capers and aioli. Mains were lobster and shrimp pasta and the chicken picatta and both get a whole lot of thumbs up. The pasta with both dishes were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of chew. The lobster and pasta dish didn't skimp out on the lobster or the shrimp which put a smile on my face. Cocktails were just as great as the meals. The pair of cucs was light and refreshing and the luxardo Manhattan packed the right amount of punch and flavor. Bonus - The prices of the cocktails weren't insane. This is a "me" problem but I love cocktails and really get bent the wrong way when places charge astronomical prices. I appreciate that the prices on drinks were very reasonable. Fun atmosphere with a nice outdoor area and good views inside of the adjacent glass blowing place. The only knock I'd have is that it was a bit noisy maybe, but the place was packed so this was expected.

You just have a good feeling at M Italian. Classy. Warm. Trendy. From the food, the service, drinks, atmosphere. Everything. Absolutely beautiful. And the food is A+. We had the baked penne with eggplant and lasagna. Some of the best meals we’ve had in a long while.

My wife woke up today wanting some really good food. Said she came here a few weeks ago and thought I’d like it. Man was she right! We ordered calamari, shrimp beans and greens, the meatball, a pizza, and the mussels. As well as 2 signature cocktails. Was shocked at how cheap our bill was during happy hour. We sat at the bar and Devin did a wonderful job. The shrimp beans and greens might have been one of the best things I’ve tasted in a long long time. Wonderful food, pleasant staff, and strong drinks. We will most deff be back!!! Oh almost forgot, I could literally drink that lemon aioli with a straw 🤤🤤🤤

Excellent italian Restaurant! We went during happy hour to celebrate a friends birthday. The drinks were fabulous and the meals were spectacular. Our server, Mia was the BEST and we met the Manager, Emily who was super nice and friendly too. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. They have a nice outdoor patio too. We truly enjoyed everything about it. Great job!

Very pleasant experience. Came in early on a Friday and were sat very quickly. Our server Tina was very attentive and friendly. We didn't go all out, just some apps and some pizzas. Carpaccio, meatball, fried asparagus and a caesar salad. Followed by three wonderfuly hot pizza's. Everything was just fine. All seasoned well. We love coming here. M Italian has a great staff currently. Always a good choice.

First time visiting! The atmosphere is comfortable, music was amazing, energy was good. The owner coming to out table was the cherry on top.

Amazing environment, service & food! Even through the restaurant was full & busy everything ran smoothly & our food was given to us in record time. You can sit inside, outside or at the large bar area & honestly there’s not a bad seat in the house! We loved it & will definitely be going back :)

The best happy hour selection in all of Ohio! This place offers excellent service, phenomenal food and magnificent drinks. I recommend seating outside in order to take advantage of the view. I adorable their outdoor indoor concept in regard to the bar. Happy hour is seven days a week and offers a large selection, to include appetizers, restaurants cocktails, wine and half of pizzas. We love their calamari, meatball and mussels (when they are in season). They have a great beet salad (seasonal as well). As far as pizzas go, you can’t go wrong with their spicy Sicilian and simply pepperoni.

I've been here se eral times and I always get the salmon. The butternut risotto was amazing. They also had a great sounding holiday appetizer of shrimp, sausage, beans, and escarpment. Complimentary valet.

I came here on my birthday tonight and was so pleased. The manager brought out prosecco and a cannoli with a candle.. he was very attentive and so so sweet! We sat on the patio where it was so cozy and warm. Highly recommend for any special occasion!!

M Italian in Chagrin Falls is outstanding. The pizza is absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked crust, high-quality ingredients, and classic Italian flavors done right. Beyond the food, their hospitality truly stands out. The team was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the experience just as memorable as the meal. A fantastic local spot that delivers both incredible pizza and genuine warmth. Highly recommend.

I’m from out of town and planned my father’s birthday dinner here using their private room. The event manager who I booked the event with was very responsive and accommodating. The waitstaff who worked the event were professional and consulted with me on timing, cake cutting, etc. Food came out quickly for our party of 18. Ambiance was great. I would definitely recommend having a dinner party at M Italian in their private room!

The food was absolutely delicious—classic Italian dishes made with fresh ingredients and great flavor. The ambiance was warm and perfect for a celebration, and the staff was attentive and accommodating throughout the party. Everything from the service to the atmosphere made the night special. Extremely well managed establishment. Quick, competent, accurate and friendly service. Interesting menu, wide range of signature cocktails, serviceable wine list. Five stars all around!

Great food, great service, and an inviting manager. Wonderful time! We made a reservation ahead of time, showed up a bit early and we were still seated immediately. The room got a little loud as more people filled in and it became a little hard to hear each other, but the rest of the atmosphere was warm. The price for food was good, as the food was very filling and we went during happy hour.

I had a great meal here last week while visiting Chagrin Falls. It was a Friday night and they were very busy, however the manager, Bill made it a point to visit every table and take the time to speak to all guests. He spent time with my Mother and I, getting to know us, and was extremely kind and genuine. The food was delicious, especially the zucchini fries. Highly recommended!

Last month, my girlfriend and I went out for a nice dinner. We had been to M Italian before and absolutely loved the food, but our second visit was one to remember. Not only were the food, service, and atmosphere amazing, but the owner took it upon himself to recognize that we were on a date night and brought us each a shot of their homemade limoncello - and it was fantastic. That thoughtful gesture elevated our experience and made the evening especially memorable. It’s one of those little things that goes a long way. We’ll be back, not just for the food and service, but because it’s clear how much pride they take in serving their customers at the highest level!

I realized that somehow, I previously rated M Italian: 3-Stars! This was an accident. I didn’t even mean to rate it. How it happened I have no idea. However, my family and I have dined here several times and have always had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and decor inside is inviting and well appointed. The staff is always friendly, courteous and efficient. The menu selection is fantastic and the food does not disappoint. We’ve eaten at every restaurant in the Falls and M Italian is as good as it gets. You will not be disappointed.

I went here with my friends to celebrate my birthday. Our server, Harper, was super attentive. Bill went out of his way to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and he made our night memorable! The food and drinks were also amazing. Super great experience overall!

We decided to go during Happy Hour. The drink menu was good with a bottle of wine 1/2 off. The food choices were excellent with a wide range of offerings. Our server, Aliyah, was outstanding. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Best Italian restaurant I have been to! We visited for a couple of days and wanted to come back every single day. You can just taste the richness and love in every meal. The service is amazingly wonderful! I would fly back anytime just to eat here again! Definitely recommend, don’t miss out on some exquisite Italian food!!! The sleek, modern design of the restaurant created a welcoming atmosphere. Bright and clean decor. The service provided by the staff was truly exceptional and attentive. The dishes were prepared with care and tasted delicious. The overall dining experience was truly memorable and enjoyable. Valet parking is complimentary as parking is limited.

I want to be able to give this place 5 stars but I can’t just based off of the lasagna being one of the worst I’ve had. However, the service was amazing and the chicken parm was one of the best I’ve had. So if you have a chance to get here - the salmon was good and the chicken parm was amazing. The cocktails and wine are enjoyable and the ambience was very pleasant. Definitely get a reservation and if you plan on driving you will have to valet.

Dropped by while driving through the area. Front of the house wasn't going to seat us since we didn't have a reservation. Tons of open seating both inside and on the patio. In between lunch and dinner crowd. We opted to sit at the bar and had a great time. Service was great, always checked back and made sure we had what we wanted. Lasagna had carrots that weren't cooked all the way but we enjoyed the chicken Parm, salmon salad ( too much dressing) a pizza and tiramisu. It can be hard to find parking but valet service is offered and they are so friendly and nice!

Food was delicious. We got the chicken carbonara and lobster & shrimp pasta which was phenomenal! The carrot cake with caramel drizzle was delicious. I gave 4 stars because we had an 8pm reservation and didn’t get seated until about 8:30pm. When we got to our table, the table and chairs were wet. The complimentary valet was a plus.

We were there with a group of people. Staff took very good care of us in getting our drinks and food orders. Kept checking to make sure everything was okay. I got the salmon and loved it.

Great place, good food, great owner, he personally came to our table to say happy birthday to my mother in law and gifted us a glass of champagne for all of our party members to celebrate. The only downside was the waiter that was looking after us that day. My mother in law can only have gluten free food, and at some moment while it was tricky to find something that she would be able to eat, the lady serving us rolled her eyes and it just made me and my husband feel very uncomfortable already feeling uncomfortable for being on a diet to begin with. We didn't want to cause a scene on her bday so we just decided to enjoy our company, but I do think that people working with other people every day should be able to be compassionate and a little more understanding, or at least less expressive when it gets tough to go through the menu because of the visitor's diet.

I've had the carbonara and it was good, but this mother's day pizza was mid at best. Don't throw all ingredients into the center and expect 5 stars. This is a self inflicted review.

The food and service were awesome! However, the smell of the dumpster which sits next to the patio is disgustingly awful. The plastic chair and tables are embarrassing! They are dirty and cheaply made. I watched an elderly woman struggle to get up from the table. The prices doesn’t match the atmosphere or the decor!

My first time here with family, the fried shrimp appetiser was amazing! But pasta was so dry and extremely disappointing; it was like eating cooked pasta alone. I had to ask for extra sauce and our waitress was kind enough to offer that! The rest of the food was also very average. We unfortunately may not be coming back

Ok...so this one is hard. Food was great, well until tonight sort of...but... Three weeks ago we came here for brunch on a sunday morning. Great food, place was very cool and it was pretty quiet early on a sunday. As we sat there we decided to come here for our Wedding annivesary, from the WEST SUBURBS btw, yesterday, 10/10. Made reservations while we sat there, 3 weeks early. We go to M Italian at 6:55, waited in a long slow line for valet...chagrin falls was BUSY!...and finally got in about 7. Went to the table to check in and this is were it started going bad.... "well, we are really busy and people who had 6:45 reservations still aren't seated. People are busy mingling today..." So first off not sure why that's a ME problem?! Gracefully remind people that OTHERS are here as wel!? Anyway....52 minutes later, 7:52, we finally got seated. Waitress came by shortly after? Was so disgruntled that I'm not sure how long we waited at that point. Ordered drinks, which were great and added appetizers. Someone came out with out apps in a decent time, but they weren't ours....and then. we. waited.....no waitress, no apps...we thought that our food, which was ordered as well by now, would for sure be out prior to the app!? Nothing.... FINALLY the apps came out and it was now about 8:40pm, reservations were for 7 mind you.... Then the food!? At least another 40 minutes to get out meal, and by then the apps set in and drinks so I wasn't really hungry. Eggplant and burrata came out, eggplant was ok but the pasta under it was dry and clumped together, which led me to believe it SAT for a while. I took 2 bites and asked her to box it up. Wife at a bit of the burrata, it was good, and we boxed that up as I was done by then. My ass hurt from sitting so long and I was just NOT enjoying the BEST day of my life...my anniversary! I get it you guys get busy, but damn man...it was painful to sit through and watch. Most likely won't be back...a long drive for a good meal, where I can get a good meal much closer and not be aggravated Just beware on weekends I guess??

So incredibly sad to report how bad this place has gone downhill. We had a reservation for 6:00 and got sat at 6:35. At least 8 servers walked right past us when sat at the table for at least 7 mins finally got some service. We ordered 2 drinks, an appetizer, and 2 entrees. I get it’s a Friday night. I can totally understand being in the weeds. We got our appetizer maybe 7 minutes later and not even a minute later our entrees came. Entree was fine, but our calamari was rubbery and not crispy at all. 2 minutes after that, our drinks came. We felt very rushed and the only interaction we had with out server was to order our food and to cash out. I genuinely hate leaving bad reviews. I’m always one to give very positive reviews. But for $90? M Italian, do better. Almost everytime we have come here something has been a problem, the last time we came in we were waiting 45 mins past our reservation and our server was clearly drunk. Super unfortunate.

We have been here three times. Mostly because there is usually a table and the location is convenient. The place is nice, staff is fine, but the food just isn't great. Tomato sauces have strange spices. Chicken parm was one of the worst I have ever had, almost had no sauce on it; I had to ask for a side of sauce. The pizza is the best item they have imo. We took visitors from abroad and they didn't like it. Not ideal.

I was so excited to try this place-but it was very disappointing. The lasagna was flavorless and served with a wilted and an overly dressed scoop of lettuce. Ricotta pancakes came equally drenched in syrup and had to be sent back and remade. Only the pizza was decent. Our server was the highlight of the afternoon. I would never recommend this place. It looks high end, but honestly, Olive Garden has better tasting food.

Went in last night. Waited 2 hours for a table. Once I got seated we never received bread and was not greeted with water for 13 minutes. Never received bread at all which should have been given to us. Food came out quickly and I felt like my pizza was undercooked. It would hang and a 90 degree angle and was doughy. My wife never got any silverware when we got seated. So we had to ask the food runner. She ignored us and I saw her continue to run more food out. Finally, I got our waiters attention and he got it for us. I Felt like we got mistreated and pushed out. We definitely did not get good service compared to the other tables around us. Very disappointing over all. Not worth the hype or frustration. Even tho the food did taste good!

Let me start by saying our server Tina was nice and attentive. We spent $253 + 55 for the tip. The food is another story. Steak was tough. Mashed Potatoes were DRY! Lasagna noodles not cooked all the way through. Our appetizers were decent. Risotto wasn’t cooked right. We were there to celebrate 2 birthdays and I feel like I have to do a re-do somewhere else. M Italian you guys need to step it up for the prices you charge.

Let me start pricing saying that I drove 50 minutes to this restaurant. I've never been here. Came on Friday the 13th a day before Valentine's Day. Had reservations, We ended up sitting at the bar instead. Asked the bartender Samuel what he would recommend. He gave me a couple ideas. I asked for the pesto and told him To please go light on the pesto. My pasta was drowning in pesto. It was overcooked, and I couldn't eat it at all. Never came back to check on us finally when he did I told him to take my dish that I did not like it. He took it threw it in the trash and walked away. Never said anything the rest of the night took forever to bring us our bill. He did take the item off the bill. I grabbed a manager on my way out told him I would never be back told him the bartender Was not pleasant and the food was overcooked And I couldn't even eat it!! Not to mention that I drove so far to come there for my first time.

Reservations were made months in advance to specifically reserve a high top table for a large annual party with family visiting from out of state. Upon arrival, we were told that our reserved table was given to someone else and that our seating was moved to the patio area. Because the manager was rude and unprofessional we took our business to 17 River Grille which was amazing.
