Cleanliness top notch. The manager Dale was super sweet and helpful, not to mention easy on the eyes. Food was fresh and that's always a plus.

Me and my husband ordered about a week ago and I forgot to add this but manager Mike is the best! Any questions we had he had all the answers to them he was very nice and helpful it’s really good to see our younger generation having a great work ethic and attitude keep up the good work Mike!

Super good, friendly, and quick

I asked for light sauce, ligh light sauce, said it twice. Guess what it was swimming in sauce😲. Otherwise nice amount of toppings.

I ordered delivery from here once. Food was hot and fast at lunchtime, staff was polite. Would be a five star (for cheap delivery pizza), but they brought pizza and wings and not a single freaking napkin.

Who ever cuts the pizzas has one weak a** hand every time the pizza is never cut all the way through. You might as well just hand tear it and throw it in a bowl smh. Other than that good place.

There is just an average pizza place nothing special, but there OK when you are in a hurry and just want a quick meal.

Service was poor. Manager would not honor wings that were supposed to be replaced previously when the delivery guy dropped my wings on the ground outside and said here you go. I said no way! So the today the manager said I was gonna have to pay for my food which was a no brainer. He rudely put the phone down as I saying hello hello. I had to hang up and order through doordash without any problems. Needless to say I didn’t have to hear about previous manager being fired for stealing. Food was okay. Thanks doordash!!

When it is good it is great when it is not..It is not. .First time I ordered from there gave my pizza away. Which was disappointing also time consuming i had ordered my pizza from work. So that when I got off i could just pick it up and go home. Ordered a second time..and it was a bit better.

The call in service is not on the same page as the store, there was a different price quoted then when I went to pay ,even though it was less expensive than what I expected, I still would like to know the price up front. It's important to know that it wasn't the stores fault, it's their telephone service that is unclear.

food was hot (carryout)but the environment the employees create for the customers that come to spend there monies there is ratched and unprofessional.

No parmesan cheese. Alot of papa johns are not wanting to give up red crush peppers and napkins.

Did not give me a receipt. Poor pizza. Very few sausages, too much cheese. Two large for $20..poor customer skills.. I even gave them a $1.00 tip. Pick-up service.

I used to like their Pizza in the past but recently the quality has really went down I ordered the Works pizza and the toppings did not taste fresh and the crust tasted like it was frozen dough not made from scratch they need to stop saying "better ingredients better Pizzas" on their commercials that's not true!

They were impolite on the phone. The service was slow. It was just a bad experience.

This establishment was terrible . I ordered 2 pizzas...1 was burnt and the other had everything on it that I asked to NOT be placed on it. When speaking to the manager concerning this he tried to argue with me to justify the entire situation. Will never order from here again! I do not recommend.

The food was not good. Awful service! Ordered over 3 hours before I called numerous times to see where the order was. Every time I called they told me the driver would be here in 2 minutes. 20 minutes later I called back and asked about the order and they said the driver was pulling up which he was not. I then told them to cancel my order and refund my money and the employee in the background said tell him not to order from us again. Which is highly unprofessional and ignorant considering who would order from them after that experience. I will be calling corporate about this as I run 2 local businesses. HIGHLY NOT RECOMENDED

Placed an order for delivery for two pizzas, breadsticks, cheese sticks, and 6 sauces. It took TWO HOURS to get our food, we didn't get the sauces we paid for and the food was way overpriced. This food was way too expensive for subpar food and incompetent service. It's bad when my 9 year old asked me never to order from here again.

Disgusting. Check your bill ALWAYS as this location will add extra toppings to raise your bill. Employees are not required to wash hands. There is no sanitation in this restaurant. They used old disgusting vegetables that are obviously no longer good for use. Don't ever order extra cheese cause they don't give it to you, or any extra toppings for that matter. The owner is also a douchebag with a culture identity problem as he calls "Americans" lazy and not hard workers, Forgetting he is also American.

Horrible delivery time. We stopped in the store at lunch time and ordered our pizza for 5:30 pm. We also paid for it at that time. It is now 6:30 pm and no pizza. We have called the store twice and both times were told the pizza is on its way. We live within 2 miles of the store.

If I could I would give them zero stars....order food from work said it was delivered when I called they said that the security gaurd said they couldn't give it to them to turn around and say that they didn't deliver it cause it was to far out but still took my money. I ordered a pizza online last Saturday. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t what I ordered. I asked for a refund, the employee at the time refused, and told me to contact customer service. It’s been about a week and I still haven’t talked to upper management, or received my refund.

I went yesterday (Friday at 10 pm) and 3 of the workers had no mask. No mask even on their neck. Especially the cashier who seemed to be a manager had no mask on. And the cashier was the one dealing with all of the customers.

I got yelled at by delivery driver that could not speak much English. Pizza was cold, never received sauces that I paid for. Call the store and girl could careless and was very rude with me. I contacted corporate and of course they don’t care. Never heard from them. So obviously corporate or the manager could care less. From the reviews, manager needs to be fired for not doing her job. Wasn’t even offered a refund. Papa johns supposedly has a guarantee with either refund or fix it and make it right. The girl told me have a good day and hung up on me.

I'm only giving one star so I can write this review. I ordered 2 pizza's. Looked delicious, tasted delicious...until my son and myself found hair on our pizza slices. Talked to someone and was offered new pizza or a refund. I decided on the refund. I get up there and an uptight employee acts like the money was coming out of his pocket. He gave me my money back not in my hand but by dropping it on the counter as if I was inconveniencing him. I wanted to enjoy my pizza not have to return for a refund for a hairy pizza.

We order here often, or at least we used to. This is the second or third time I have paid for and an excuse,lie, or anything but the over $50 worth food is all I get. This time I got hung u o on by the lying delivery person. We have "VIVINT" it shows she was not here as long as she claims. She didn't knock or even think to leave it on the stool st the front near the doorbell CAMERA! They only do this at. Closing. I will get my money back THIS time, unlike the first rip off by East Cleveland Papa John's. I had a felonious assault. Three months later my husband's favorite/& last baby brother died, July. My best friend/son died on R 21st Anniversary; this caused me t I have a stroke August. I say to my spouse this is the worst year I f my life. Two weeks later my husband died at work. The pizza and chicken okay but hanging up would have cost the old me or someone like myself, especially during the season S,A.D., as I have, t I commit suicide. Our home i s Mum 75 on her 7th stroke & I on my first 55yo. Your people need much more respect to keep customers. Look in t he records you will see we were loyal regular customers. He is dead & as much as I loved the freshness, I respect myself too much to PAY to be mistreated, disregarded , or disespected! THANK YOU FOR THE MANY GOOD TIMES ACROSS the USA. I ordered 2 pizzas and jalapeño pipers and one of my pizzas did not get delivered. Called to get a refund and the manager basically said they had no orders and it was a deferent store. When this is the only one that delivers to our house. So terrible service and no refund.

I called the nearest location to my home. Somehow the order went to another location. They said it would 35 to 45 mins for my order to arrive. I had to call. It took over an hour for our pizzas to arrive. Then one of the workers from the nearest store lied and said, It's always been that way (for the pizza to come from another store) NO IT HASNT!! IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN HALF A STAR, I WOULD. NEVER AGAIN!!

The delivery driver calls me to get my food will not knock or ring bell. Last time I ordered my food it was totally wrong. I called them to get refund still to this day nothing called twice. I will be going somewhere else from somewhere else. I used to order a lot and work functions we would get from here. Now I refuse to get from this place.

This is the WORST papa johns I've been to and I'm a regular, NOBODY had on masks or gloves while working or prepping food. Manager/ owner extremely rude and doesn't know how to run this establishment not to mention food was poorly made. Our pizza is 55 minutes late. With no notice. It is not the first time this has happened either. I have five hangry teenagers, and a hangry wife. And the “papa track” is useless if the cars don’t have the GPS in the car toppers to track them.

They delivered the order which was not the correct order, 30 minutes late and when I asked the manager Alex for a refund he refused. Never order from this place. If you can't manage a store with some level of competence, then find another job!

We ordered at 840pm and was told the wait was 32 minutes. 1.5 hours later they were waiting for a driver then they would start our order. 2 hours later our driver was on the way and we were offered half off the pizza not the whole order but when the driver arrived he wasn't aware of the discount. The pizza was cold and my wings were BBQ not Buffalo and also luke warm which means they lied, we made it clear we had hungry kids and they assured it'd be faster. I would never recommend this location they are terrible with customer service.
