I have nothing bad I can even say about this store. They’re so nice. First of all. Our food was good. Standard. But the customer service was above and beyond. In a snow storm, nonetheless. Twice. Thanks guys!

Friendly, courteous staff. My three orders there have been prepared perfectly and on time when I went to pick them up. Not the world's best pizza of course, but the staff do things right and the results are solid. Papa Johns isn't my first pizza choice but I like variety, so I'm sure I'll go back some time, without hesitation. UPDATE: Taking a 5-star review down to 3. The past several orders I've made have not been too great. The puffy edge crust that the chain is known for, which they even brag about, has been nonexistent. Flat crust, all the way around, every time lately. It's like they ran out of dough and sourced a substitute from Little Caesar's or something. I'll give them another try sometime but probably not for a while. Too bad, it seems like big name chain pizza, which should at least be consistent (whether you love or hate what they do), is no longer something you can count on, and not just here.

The pizza was okay. The call in service is not on the same page as the store, there was a different price quoted then when I went to pay ,even though it was less expensive than what I expected, I still would like to know the price up front. It's important to know that it wasn't the stores fault, it's their telephone service that is unclear.

Placed a delivery order and got the notification that the driver had my order and was on the way. Couldn't track it even though the tracker said it was on its way. 35 minutes go by (the drive time is 10 minutes) and I call the store and go through the automated machine first. "We are running behind and your order is on its way." Real specific. So I call through to the store, and the guy answering says like five words really quickly and immediately puts me on hold before I can figure out what he said or ask to repeat it. A minute or two on hold and he says that it "should be there any minute now." I don't even know how the Papa Johns website determined that this location was best for delivery even though it's not even the closest location. It took almost another 10 minutes for the food to finally arrive. I wouldn't have had any problem if it was communicated to me that it was going to be late and by how much.

Your order went out at 1:51 am. You bumped my order and told multiple DoorDash drivers you were backed up and then it came closing time and you don’t have my food and you won’t make it because someone took it but DoorDash waited almost a hour for nothing. I want papa John’s to call me.

Very Poor customer service and rude delivery driver's

This is has been by far the worse experience from a Papa Johns location. They delivered the order which was not the correct order, 30 minutes late and when I asked the manager Alex for a refund he refused. Never order from this place. If you can't manage a store with some level of competence, then find another job!

We ordered at 840pm and was told the wait was 32 minutes. 1.5 hours later they were waiting for a driver then they would start our order. 2 hours later our driver was on the way and we were offered half off the pizza not the whole order but when the driver arrived he wasn't aware of the discount. The pizza was cold and my wings were BBQ not Buffalo and also luke warm which means they lied, we made it clear we had hungry kids and they assured it'd be faster. I would never recommend this location they are terrible with customer service.

He asked where the pepperoni was and thought it may be under cheese....Nope!! And the pizza was COLD! I called within 5 min of being delivered and was told to take a picture of it. Then i was told after a few min that the person in charge would do nothing as we touched the pizza.....If we would not have touched it they would have replaced it....HUH?? Were they going to pick it back up and deliver it to the people that ordered it?? I also ordered wings and have not touched them....will not be ordering from them again! But i would like to point out the delivery driver was very nice!!

I had hungry kids and no food to provide. When I demanded to know when I will get pizza, manager placed me on hold. And every time I called, I was automatically placed on hold. Delivery happened at 6:40pm. I told delivery driver to take their pizza back, since I already purchased pizza elsewhere. This is also not the 1st time this location has screwed up my delivery order, but it will be their last one. And, I was still charged for the pizza I refused.
