The hotel Valet recommended Tommy's for a dinner. We highly recommend stopping here for some good food. They have a ton of options if you have any dietary preferences pr restrictions. I had the TG Meat pie and my wife had the veggie burger. We split the homemade fries and a cookies and cream milkshake shake. Mine was so good. Wife said the same about her meal. Definitely a must hit for us when we are in the area now.

Food was amazing. The portions are ginormous. Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. But not overbearing. They have one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. And all this as at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend going here.

Tommy's is the best! My brother is vegan and my dad is gluten free and they have TONS of options for them both! For people without dietary needs they also have a fantastic menu! They're also superb for kids! There is a clown who makes amazing balloon animals while you wait for your food. This place is about 30 min drive from us but we go at least once a month because we love it so much!

Open happy atmosphere. Many food choices. I am all about presentation including how a pita is layered for ease of eating. My blt was ... let's just say that I had to rearrange the sandwich before I could eat it if I wanted a blend of the layered flavors. It was tasty, I am picky on how food is prepped and presented ... worked in too many restaurants 😫 I guess. The service and greetings were excellent!

Highly recommend the curt burger and strawberry shake! Plus get 1 fry to share because the basket is large!! Service is always great and this place is always busy for a good reason. I advise sitting in front of middle as the back is very loud. One of my fav Cleveland restaurants!!! Also parking is super easy with a free parking garage across the street.

Tommy’s is a family favorite, we always make sure to stop in during the holidays. We know the drill as the wait times can get long so arrive right at opening or wait for the lunch rush to die down. My granny gets the Quigly, I tried the M3 (spinach pie), and my mom got French onion soup. We always split a basket of fries which were gobbled up before I could take a picture! We polished it all down with a chocolate malt, as they are known for their shakes. Food is fresh and it’s a great place for family’s and large groups. My only qualm is that service can be a bit slow due to its popularity. Otherwise great place with lots of vegan, vegetarian, or regular meat eater options!

I had a fantastic time at Tommy's. My group ordered the Hummus (Hot with Cheese), French Fries, a Hot Dog, a Bacon Cheeseburger, and a Jennie Wrap. Personally, I tried the Hummus, Fries, and Jennie. The highlight of the meal was the Jennie, which had a great earthy flavor and was very filling. The fries were also wonderful and very reminiscent of Five Guys fries but less oily. The hummus was also great but very unique. It had things like cheese and bean sprouts, which is very unique to hummus I've had before. The atmosphere and service are where Tommy's truly excels. The wait system is convenient, and once seated, the staff is great. The look of the store and integration with the neighboring bookstore was also wonderful. I look forward to another meal at Tommy's in the future.

We ordered the Wildflower falafel, Rebel Falafel, DB pie, pizza and an Oreo milkshake. We appreciated the many vegetarian and vegan options as I am vegan. We didn’t care much for the pizza, but my husband loved the cookies and cream milkshake!

One of the first and still best vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Cleveland area. Menu isn’t super expansive for us vegans, but it’s expansive enough (and everything labeled well). The vegan shakes are AMAZING!!!! I loved this place growing up and still do decades later ☺️ It’s the perfect spot. BTW - you have to try the spinach pie sometime, it’s so good! It took me so long to try it and I am sad I missed out on all those years not knowing of its taste.

Some of the best food I’ve ever had! A great amount of vegan/vegetarian options and very allergy conscious as well! Even non-dairy options for the milkshakes! Quick and friendly service even though it was very busy. Overall a great experience that I would highly recommend. (Pictures of the hummus appetizer and the chicken sandwich)

Excellent meal! My husband said that the schwarma was some of the best he’s had. I really enjoyed the broccoli cheddar soup. My favorite part of the meal though was dessert! Their milkshakes and malts are fantastic! Legitimately the best chocolate malt I had ever tasted. Normally, malts are too heavy with the malt flavor but this one was perfectly balanced. Can’t wait to go back and try more menu items.

The food is good no thrills. The service is i say average to Liltte blow. Definitely not a good dress code . The waitress we had did not seem to happy to be there . She messed up my order nothing big I had to pick things off my burger. If they advertise a non vegan lactose milkshake and I even ask her she said no milk in it . That was not the case still sick over it . It was not had to be a regular shake .two days being sick not HAPPY. The atmosphere was nice Lilttle on the cold side and had no host has to use a tablet to sgin in. The restrooms very old and need a good deep clean and fixing of the toilets and a remodel . Also very cold . Out of 10 I say 4.5 illl give it.

I might change the food rating after I've tried more dishes, but the food is generally a bit pricier and the menu is not the friendliest. I wish there were more descriptions or pictures for the dishes. I do highly commend their vegan/vegetarian options as well as healthy food picks. The dishes I've had hadn't been bad, but not as good as I wish for the price. Their milkshakes though, I absolutely love. Very, very good. The service and seating is great, it does get crowded/long lines during weekends!
