Peaches is super friendly and really listens when you order. She makes sure your order is right! Best service I have had at a burger King in a very long time.

I was staying at the Holiday Inn across the street and just wanted a couple of burgers and watch golf on TV. This a very safe area on Euclid Avenue. I forgot my mask and the very nice lady at the counter kindly offered me one. I apologized for my glitch and accepted her offer. Very clean the burgers were good and the pop lasted the rest of the evening.

We waited for 25 minutes for 2 burgers in the drive thru with only 3 people ahead of us. The burgers were very messy with ketchup and mustard spewing out all over the place. I couldn't even eat mine cuz I was driving and it was too messy to eat.

I went to this place. It was approximately 10:40 p.m. and the service was bad. I was in the Drive-Thru and the wait was unreal. When I said something about it because I was headed to work they said it is because we cook it. So would it be hot? I said I pray that the fries are hot. They weren't wasn't happy. Spent $10 and was not happy, I got two of those chicken wraps, one spicy and the other one. Some other type of way but the sauce is at the very bottom. The meat is narrow. It's a waste of money even though it's $2.99 a piece. It's a waste of money I should have. Just got the Whopper with the brisket on it and tried that. Maybe I would have been better off

I would normally grade them higher as this is one of 2 BKs that I actually go to. But this visit was frustrating. First the BK app didn't let me complete my order (first time using the app), I got out of the car and went to to l the door to ask for help. It was around 8:30 and the dining room was already closed. The gentleman who came out to help might've been the shift supervisor and he couldn't understand why the app wouldn't work as they were continuing to get door dash orders. So I went through the drive thru, gave them my orders, got to the window and the girl was very polite. I asked them to make sure my orders were right cuz I didn't live that close to the restaurant. Got home and ate enough I was missing a French fries, an original chicken sandwich with tomatoes and bacon added and one of the burgers was missing the special sauce that was supposed to be in it. Oh yeah, the weather was not pleasant.

Was behind one person in the drive thru, they proceeded to take 28 minutes to complete the order and within that 28 minutes messed up my order, when we got to the window the lady running the register seemed incompetent to the point that even her jacket was inside out. 0/10 would not recommend this location.

Walked all the way there at like 6pm the other day and the dining room was closed. The sign said the dining room didnt close till 9pm or later. Walked up to the drive though where the woman that told me her name was aisha said that i couldnt order food without a car or going though the mobile app. I was pissed. I ordered two burgers a fry and a drink both of my burgers were completely wrong, it took an hour for my food to be ready (i could understand if my order was made correctly but they had a whole hour to get my order correct and still got it wrong!) I called the store multiple times with no answer.

The dirtiest, most unruly, unprofessional place I have ever gone to. I waited number 1 at the counter inside for 15 minutes, with 5 people behind me, before they took my order. An employees mother came in and jumped the line and got immediate service. The bathroom was possibly the worst I have ever seen. And this is coming from a construction worker. I also felt like they didn't want us white people to be there. Rude, rude, rude, .also the place smelled like weed inside. What a dump.

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. My order took 22 minutes (Whopper Jr., bacon cheeseburger, and medium fry), even though there were 4 employees in the back having time to joke around with each other and use their phones. Two other people arrived inside, ordered, and got their food before one of the employees asked what I ordered. Soda machine was out of ice and Coke Zero. Ketchup machine was empty. Burger King regional needs to step in and clean up this franchise that is across the street from a Cleveland Clinic. The surrounding businesses deserve better. Go to another place if you can.

Not impressed with my food. I ordered a bacon melt and fries to go. I walked across the street to my hotel (temp outside was 70) and my food was cold. And there was no bacon on my bacon melt. Also, the bread was toasted so lightly that I would say it wasn’t. Of course I ate it because I was starving and didn’t feel like going back The staff wasn’t great, not rude but not nice either

Unfortunately, the Burger King on Euclid is a slow-moving train wreck. The service is incredibly slow and disappointingly rude. I would be able to look past the extended wait time (>25 minutes) if the service was conciliatory, but it was almost purposely offensive. On top of this, many of the menu items were unavailable and ultimately the food unsatisfactory.
