Brasserie con vario menù e prezzi giusti. Ho preso un' insalata mista "Drola" con insalata, pomodoro, avocado, petto di pollo arrostito: ottima come gusto e quantità, servita in un bel piatto largo. Lo consiglio e ritornerò. Inoltre l'orario di apertura è molto ampio.
Pranzo ottimo con cibo valdostano. La mia scampagnata a Champoluc ha trovato un ambiente accogliente e i ragazzi al servizio gentili e cordiali. Grappetta valdostana offerta gentilmente dalla casa. Ci tornerò sicuramente Francesco Damiani
Posto davvero carino nel cuore di Champoluc, ci siamo affidati alle recensioni precedenti e abbiamo deciso di pranzare e poi anche cenare in questo locale. Ampio e spazioso, cani ammessi. Menu ben fornito di hamburger belli, buoni e particolari, ampia selezione di birre abbinate in maniera intelligente con i piatti. Anche il personale molto gentile, c’era un cameriere che sembrava arrabbiato e stufo ma lo capisco essendo del settore, comunque ci hanno trattato benissimo, mancava un po’ il sorriso ma no problem. 35€ in totale con due panini, coperto, acqua, coche zero e caffè.. super top qualità prezzo! Cos’altro dire..Forse il Club sbagliato più buono mai mangiato..davvero da farci ritornare cosa insolita per noi, amanti del cambiamento!
Bellissimo locale, molte birre tra cui scegliere e anche cocktail. I ragazzi che ci lavorano sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Perfetto per aperitivo in quanto ti offrono un tagliere con stuzzicherie varie e la porzione di patatine fritte che abbiamo ordinato era abbondante e buona. Lo consiglio
BRAVI! Siamo stati a mangiare a pranzo e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, tanto da ritornare a cena il giorno stesso. Personale gentile; apprezzato il consiglio sulla birra, mi è piaciuta molto. Abbiamo mangiato gli gnocchi con la fonduta di formaggio (sia a pranzo che a cena: buonissimi), l’hamburger sans souci e lo stinco di maiale. Tutto davvero buono. Abbiamo concluso con la mousse al cioccolato bianco e marmellata di pesche: avevo paura potesse essere troppo dolce, e invece era davvero equilibrato! Ho apprezzato. Grazie per l’ottimo cibo! Ottima cena al Sans souci, vasta scelta di birre. Nel menù ogni pietanza ha una tipologia di birra consigliata e se vi trovate in difficoltà per la varietà di birre, il personale sa come farvi sentire a casa e consigliarvi nella scelta. Io ho preso un’ottima fonduta di fontina DOP e rosa di Aosta, un affettato che ricorda un mix tra prosciutto e speck, accompagnata da un ottima birra belga, che già conoscevo e di cui ne sono innamorata. Non prendono prenotazioni, per questo vi consiglio di non andare troppo tardi se volete cenare presto.
Tutto incredibilmente buono, abbiamo preso: Gnocchi con la fonduta di fontina dop, la fonduta fonduta era della consistenza, rimane attaccata agli gnocchi senza essere stopposa. Hamburger “il sans souci” anche questo fantastico, ingredienti perfettamente bilanciati, carne e pane fantastici. Mouse al cioccolato bianco, anche qui tutto perfetto. Ottime anche le birre e il servizio.
Birreria senza prenotazione. Oltre ai panini anche piatti della cucina. Un hamburger che avrei voluto provare era quello con carne di canguro e salsa di avocado , ma ho ripiegato sul tagliere misto di affettati e formaggi locali accompagnato da una marmellata di " grattacu", molto buono. Per una persona più che sufficiente, ma si poteva dividere in due. Un infinità di birre tra cui scegliere. Personale squisito e preparato su quello che offrivano. Possibilità di asporto. Anche i dolci spettacolari. Bagno al piano inferiore con possibilità di accesso per disabili. Se torno a Champoluc ritornerò sicuramente
Locale molto caratteristico con arredamento tutto in legno. Servizio veloce e curato. Hamburger di ottima fattura serviti con patatine fritte e buone e abbondante le insalatone.Giusto il rapporto qualità prezzo. Importante: non si prenota quindi regolarsi per arrivare magari in anticipo rispetto al proprio orario di cena.

Locale non molto ampio ma che offre molto. Personale cortese pronto a suggerire ottimi accoppiamenti tra le portate di cibo e le oltre 40 birre proposte. Buona la qualità del cibo e la selezione che include degli sfiziosi hamburger dalle dimensioni non esagerate. Di ottima fattura anche i dolci proposti.
Sono venuta alcune volte per una birra di sfuggita e già il posto mi è piaciuto. Poi per pura casualità il capodanno 2025! Che dire... Cibo sublime, vino delizioso tutto davvero speciale ! Nessuna sbavatura. E il punto di forza sicuramente la gestione e tutto il personale, che in una serata così "particolare" nonostante tutta la variegata umanità, ha dimostrato grande professionalità e soprattutto grande passione per un lavoro così nobile e speciale: quello della ristorazione. Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, con piatti abbondanti e di qualità. Servizio davvero top: staff gentile e veloce. In più, la posizione del locale è perfetta.
Nulla da dire, mangiato bene, ottime birre tempo d'attesa giusto conto allineato al mercato. Location molto calda e accogliente. Unica pecca 1 bagno solo, pazienza ho fatto un pò di fila. L'anno prossimo cmq tornerò.
Quando siamo ad Aosta, é la nostra tappa fissa. La loro selezione di birra é ampia e il cibo, dai panini ai taglieri,ai primi tutto ottimo.
Ate here a couple of times in our recent stay in Champoluc. Lovely reasonably priced food with friendly staff. If you like beer, you will love their huge selection of bottled beers from around the world.
Really cozy place, perfect to have an hamburger and a great beer with some friends after skiing. The waitresses are careful and kind and service is quick.

Tagliere misto super abbondante.I primi buoni.Gnocchi valdostana ottimi. Anche panini belli grossi. Menomale il cameriere ci ha consigliato di aspettare a prendere il secondo! Birre particolari consigliate ai piatti. Qualità prezzo ok!
Locale bello e accogliente, davvero fantastici sia i panini che i dolci ... che ci siamo letteralmente divorati. Tre soli difetti: non accettano prenotazioni, non hanno la Coca Cola alla spina e il servizio non è dei più veloci. Quattro stelle comunque pienamente meritate, resta uno dei migliori locali della zona.
È stata la salvezza della nostra vacanza! In una valle che offre prevalentemente vino, trovare questo posto con una buona offerta di Birre ha salvato le nostre giornate! Alla spina, oltre a qualche belga e qualche craft locale, anche 2 "benedette" tedesche (1 Helles e 1 weiss) ben spillate! Buona anche la proposta cocktail. Davvero molto buoni gli hamburger, ottima carne e buonissimo il pane. Staff simpatico e disponibile.

Great atmosphere. Nachos are the best. Burgers are good. Does not accept reservation. Closed during late autumn. Check their Facebook to see their opening time.
Good club sandwich (it looked like a burger though) but was really tasty and nice. The beer was nice as well and the service was as per normal Restuarant standards. 4 stars because there could be much more there like music, cosy ambiance etc.
Nice burgers with lots of variety for main courses, though the dessert menu could have more options and variety. Nice staff who understand and speak good English.
