Food may Be Ok, But When The Aptitude of the server Make me Think in Something disgusting Will Be Happened to my Food , Honestly I Don’t gonna Come back to this Place!! is it Hard To Be Nice when the Costumer is Nice and Educated?

I've purchased and order on the app for this location last night at 1:40 am when I got there the workers were dead sleep and I didn't even receive my order. But the app said I picked my order up and I didn't. This is a complete shame

I had to wait a long time for my order. When I finally got it, the food was disgusting. The cheese smelled like it was expired. I paid $35 for a terrible meal.

Manager needs to go back to training on how to be a good leader and lead by example. Was giving my husband attitude while taking his order, rushing us, and yelling at her employees. I’m surprised she still has anybody working for her. I would’ve quit if I was them. The lady working the drive thru is nice when I go get my coffee in the morning no matter what’s going on.

Avoid this location as much as possible stopped by here 5/25/25 at 2:40PM, the guy working the drive thru Hispanic male was very rude. I asked for 3 buttermilks he tried to charge me $0.25 each, as well as I asked for hot sauce he told me $0.10 each. I politely asked when have customers pay for condiments, when you all usually just put them in the bags with no hassle. He refused to answer my question with that being said don’t waste your money at this location.

I order 22 tacos i ask with no sauce they put sauce in all of them. I called to let them know a stupid kid answer and hang up on me. I called again and they didn't pick up. So yall service is bad and lazy. Keep on hiring lazy boys to work in a fast food service bad experience.

I got some tacos and egg rolls from there and they we're so greasy and taste old I tried calling them but like always they never answer the phone I was better off not eating there.

Every time the food is old or the bowl comes with half rice 4 pieces of chicken 2 broccoli literally just mixed it and I payed 10 for this and then no anwser on the phone and I’ve gotten the teriyaki bowl from other Jack-in-the-Box is it looks way better than this every time

Me and my wife went to get some tacos and the big guy didn't even have it fresh he even drenched the tacos In grease thinking I wasn't going to notice the whole bag was dripping grease I'm very disappointed. Won't be COMING BACK EVERY AGAIN.

They mess up orders all the time and the last time I went in there to order my food. I got my drink it was unsweetened tea. I told the lady at the front “This doesn’t have sugar in it” The Hispanic guy just said “Yeah because we don’t have any sugar” and walked away. I assume he was a manager because he wasn’t wearing a uniform like the rest of the employees. They need to let people know before making a purchase what they do and don’t have. And If that guy is a manager then he needs to be trained on how to speak to customers.

Ordered around 1 didn't get order until about 1:20, all I had ordered was egg rolls and mini tacos with 2drinks, the egg rolls were re-dropped, also not a single napkin to be found..
