This Establishment is amazing. They always welcome me and treat me like home. My food always comes in out on time. Cant forget to mention how spotless this location is. Th restrooms and the cleanest i've ever seen. I always recommend coming to this location. Even if they are busy, they always have my order out on time and is accurate. 10/10

Daniel was very quick and efficient taking my order, he greeted me on the way in and communicated flawlessly. Recommend coming here and i appreciate the experience Daniel provided.

First time at Wingstop, employees were nice and got the wings and tenders, both were good and the sauce for the mango habanero was actually spicy.

Staff was friendly and polite. I asked for ketchup and they gave me more than enough. Cons: I’m not sure if it’s a Wingstop thing but they put an alright amount of sauce in the wings. Really hope they could add a bit more. I’ve read the bad reviews. But honestly didn’t not experience any of that. Im going to come here often.

Great customer service. Food was okay, lemon pepper corn barely had seasoning and chicken sandwich the chicken was a little over done other wise good experience.

The food was really good. Everyone enjoyed it. We pre-ordered 150 wings though and they weren't ready on time. Only reason for the 4*.

The food and atmosphere was good but the cashier short and talked for about two minutes to her co workers before assisting her customer. Other than that the restaurant is clean and food was great.

Wouldn't give me a cup for water. Said they would only sale me a drink. How convenient for them. They also forced me to buy the 10 piece meal instead of the 6 peace because of the time of day or some bull. Again how convenient for them.

The last three times I placed a carryout order when I get to the store, my order is not ready, and I have to wait at least 5 more minutes even when I give an extra 10 more minutes of the time my order is supposed to be ready.

We usually eat here and we like it a lot but this time we were disappointed 😞 the wings were super dry with no sauce, they tasted horrible! Ruined our dinner time literally!

I had a terrible experience today. I simply ordered my food, and one of the staff members (a loud woman) called me a derogatory name. When I brought this issue to the attention of the district manager, Oscar, he seemed to have already made up his mind and barely considered my concerns. Instead, he banned me from the store without providing any valid reason, alleging that I’ve had prior issues, but he has yet to provide any evidence of those incidents. I have since contacted corporate headquarters to explain the situation. While I understand that people can have bad days, it's unacceptable for staff to use derogatory language, and for a manager to handle the situation with such a lack of customer service is absurd. I trust that corporate will resolve this appropriately.

I usually never have bad experiences here but recently an employee had a rude attitude. Her name is Guadalupe she is rude when you come in, throws the change at you, and aggressively gives you your food. Wingstop needs to do better and be careful with who they hire.

Everything was a complete pain to deal with this location I had to come back 3 times for them to get it right !!!!! Not once was I asked to get a refund and keep my money. Now I'm really hangry ! I had to bring the messed up food allllll the way back so they can throw it away and All I got for spending my whole tank of gas was a free brownie. What I want is the right order that I paid for ! Not to come back 3 times just to slap some hot sauce on and call it right .

Paid for food for office. A 6 piece combo was missing. Store did not care and corporate waited a month to contact me. My last 3 orders have been wrong and missing items. Orders were placed online so should have been correct. The lack of customer services speaks volumes for this store. Shop elsewhere.

When I entered the store, I asked the staff if they had already closed, and they just looked at me and didn't answer. I think it's disrespectful. If you're already closing or are closing, just be polite and tell me

Hit or miss I guess. Ordered wings online Friday night and it was super busy but my wings were ready when I got there they were absolutely perfect. Ordered the same exact thing on a Monday and waited a total of 46 minutes. My wings, were tiny, dry and mostly just salty. Would’ve canceled the order if the girl had told me they weren’t going to be ready anytime soon. Instead, when I asked she said they were being bagged up. 15 min later I asked why she told me the order was being bagged and she denied saying that. When they were finally ready, I asked the manager for 2 extra ranch for being inconvenienced (oh there was no ice and the fountain drinks were warm) she was like no you have to pay for them. I said well I just thought with us waiting all this time and not even having cold drinks , maybe to show good customer service and she went on to try and argue about how my order wasn’t even supposed to be ready yet( so I guess calling me a liar?). Then she looked at the time we made the order 8:56 pm and left there at 9:41. She then started saying how they were busy and super swamped and so it wasn’t their fault. So what was the difference between our order on Friday and Monday? Seemed like a completely different staff honestly. Lots of young men on Friday who were quick friendly and professional then on Monday, several females who were rude.

The fries were so stale and cold. If i had to come back i will not order fries here anymore. Was so dissapointed.

I picked up my food that I ordered and it was cold! I placed a order online for 6:15pm I arrived early and waited in my vehicle. Luckily I checked my order and realized my wings and fries were cold!! I walked back in and told the cashier and she said "your food was supposed to be picked up at 4." I said no 6:15 pm. When she looked at my receipt it stated the exact time I selected. This is my 1st time at this location and I'm highly disappointed! Too much of an inconvenience when I have to wait additional time. They need to read the p/u time closely.

We had high hopes for this new location since it is much closer to us, but the staff doesn't seem to have much attention to detail. We placed an online order and not only did we get all boneless (when we ordered half classic, half boneless as indicated on the receipt as well) but the majority of our garlic parmesan were merely tiny, greasy popcorn chicken bites...I couldn't believe they counted those little bits as an actual boneless wing...sadly we will have to drive further and stick with our usual locations on Normandy and Southmore (Pasadena)...

Everytime I come here it takes 10-25 minutes extra. They never get the order right. Tonight I went in, food was 20+ minutes behind, fries were not well done as requested. A man walked in because they didn't give him any ranch. I got home to find out that I was also skipped of my ranch. Went ahead and ate my wings without because the lady on the phone gave me attitude when I called back up. Wings tasted like dirty grease and seasoning. Will not being going back to this location, as I was already skeptical of ording there in the first place.

This is my first bad review and Im not trying to be ugly but that was gross. We stopped eating after the first wings. To be honest this was my buddies and I's first time eating wingstop so we don't know if this is how it was supposed to be. The wings had almost no sauce on them and were saturated in what I assumed was just plain grease. Disappointing considering we paid 25 a person for our meal. Maybe people like that but not us.

Ordered around 11pm unaware that they close at 12am. Omg never again i got the nastiest chicken i ever had and it had a taste to it that wasnt ok to eat. Would nevet go to the place again ughhh.

After ordering 15 wing group meals for my 30 min lunch. I only received 11 wings. I called Wing Stop, and the person told me to bring my wings back to get the wings I did not receive. This person wants me to leave work to prove that they can now count to 15. Ridiculous

Worst customer service ever, called in because I did the wrong mobile order at the wrong location, I asked for a full refund and they only give you half of what you wasted, when I called in to request my refund, the employee literally hung up on me while I was still talking, never going there again

They made me order food to use the restroom just to say it was closed. And refused to refund me and help me I only bought food bc I needed to use the restroom they exploited me

I ordered a sandwich thru uber eats asking for it to be well-done, an extra sauce and a brownie at around 4pm. It took over 40 minutes for it to be delivered, and when it arrived, I didnt get the extra cheese sauce I asked for, the brownie was about to expire and to to make it worse, the sandwich was very cold and the buns werent even toasted. You could feel that the person who made it didnt care about quality at all and just wanted to get rid of the doordash. This is unacceptable
