I was at another Dunkin donut where the service & coffee was horrendous. The girls didn’t want to make me the coffee again for the third time so I decided to head to this Dunkin and explain the mistreatment to Samondra and they made an exception and made me an iced caramel coffee at no cost. Thank you so much for your kindness and great attitude! Hopefully Dunkin donut corporate sees that they are an exceptional employee!

My first attempt was to speak to a manager, called but no answer. I ordered the 6.00 breakfast meal, but did not want the drink. At first they found it so difficult to do. Charge me 6.00 and exclude the drink!Or should I have gotten the coffee and thrown it away? I thought, maybe I could substitue with a bottle water, but was told that could not be done! Previously, I visited another dunkin, same order. They were extremely nice and offered me a bottle water or ice tea for my coffee substitution. Moving forward, I know where I should go!! By the way, my croissant sandwich bread was hard and not warm and my hash browns was cold. 🥴

I got off of work, and wanted some coffee before working out. So I stopped by this location, like I've done many times before. This time it was a woman working the drive-thru, and she gave me the worst service that I've ever received from any drive-thru. She asked me, "if I were going to say anything?" I told her, "normally you guys speak first." Then when placing the order, I asked about the price of an item, and she said, "the price should be there." I told her that, "if I'm asking you about a price, that means that I don't see it." After that discussion, I told her that she's rude and not to worry about it, I'll just go somewhere else.

I will NEVER NEVER go back here again. On Saturday the 16th, I arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the place was completely empty. I greeted the cashier, a young, short Latin girl, with “good morning,” and she completely ignored me. Instead of responding, she rudely gestured with her head for me to use the self-service ordering system, without saying a single word. While I was placing my order, she chose to help two other guests instead. After I finished ordering, I waited more than 15 minutes. When I went back to ask about my order, she again refused to speak and only used facial expressions to indicate that she didn’t have it. I showed her my receipt and order number, And my bank statement to prove the pay for,but she said she didn’t know anything about it and claimed she didn’t have the order. When I asked to speak to a manager, She said is no manager on duty at the moment And there’s nothing to do about it. This was beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I had paid a significant amount of money for an order for 15 people, and she showed zero interest in helping or resolving the issue. In the end, I wasted my time and money and had to leave and go to another place. This level of customer service is outrageous. Easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Came to Dunkin on 1/24/26 at 2:45pm to get a cappuccino the female worker told me they shut down the machine for cleaning and no espresso drinks will be made, they close at 7pm. How does a coffee shop not have coffee. Will be contacting corporate.

If you look at my review record it takes a LOT for me to give 1 star. But the woman who works here is EXTREMELY RUDE. I was nothing but nice, and she gave me really bad attitude, and messed up 3 things on my order. I never said a word and smiled the whole time, and she was still nasty. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me a plain bagel in a bag. I ordered 2 donuts and when she only gave me one of them she reprimanded me for (politely) asking for the other one and was pissed and sassy for no reason. Choose another Dunkin location.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Dublin Do was beyond frustrating. I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese, toasted. What I received was a soggy, untoasted bagel that barely had a lick of cream cheese on it. It felt like they didn’t even care. The service was just as disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested, making the whole experience even worse. For a place that should excel in something as simple as a bagel, this was a complete fail. Save your time and money—there are far better options out there. the donuts are stale.

Today, Monday, December 4th, I went to get a coffee and some donuts. I was served by such an agitated, rude, and ill-mannered woman. And when I told her I wanted a cappuccino, she transformed when she heard me speaking in Spanish. She almost broke the coffee machine from the blow she gave it. I didn't even wait for the coffee; it might give me a stomach ache. Maybe they don't receive training in customer service; working with the public is so delicate. 😔 How sad that even in this great power of a country, we're experiencing such unpleasant moments. It’s situations like this when I wish a zero star review existed. I went here with my gf to pick up a mobile order and wound up having a horrible experience. The drive thru crew this morning must’ve been failed comedians because those two were playing around like two toddlers in a play pen. The black guy taking our mobile order handled our food with so much disrespect and malice as well. We had our dog with us and our request for a pup cup was received with very unprofessional mannerism. Either his training was inadequate or most likely his intelligence was because we also got an obviously different muffin than what we had ordered (warmed coffee cake). All our food was handed to us very cold and it really ruined our morning. Despite all this, the lady up front was very kind and understanding. She made things right, but her kindness can’t rectify the barbaric experience we had with that clown in the drive thru.

I been here several times, it’s been horrible every time. Staff is rude, you have to wait over ten minutes when there’s no line. They charge you for A CUP OF WATER OR A CUP OF ICE?! it’s ridiculous. The employee and the MANAGER were so rude to us. For religious reasons we asked them kindly to change the hand gloves and she spazzed out and didn’t change it… So we didn’t order any food. We ordered a coffee and she didn’t make it right and put little to no cream. We asked her to fix it and she said “that’s what you said you wanted”. ??? Okay sis. They had no napkins out, no straws, no coffee mixing sticks. We asked for a straw to mix the coffee and they said they are out of everything. Both employee/manager were working super slow and walking like they had all of the time in the world when it’s Dunkin, breakfast time, everyone’s in a rush. I’m shocked because the store just opened not too long ago and it already has all of these red flags. Not going back.

Just left this store and I had to look at the reviews from this store and I totally agree how rude some of the staff is. First of all I placed an order for a pumpkin latte, light ice. Kind of Hispanic looking. Nice friendly. She was helpful but here comes this one that don't t even know whats going on and start saying , oh you can only use one coupon which I did. I told her I know, I've been coming here every day. You can't use two coupons at the same time. So we continue, I said light ice and apparently she wasn't sure how it should be made and I told her , just make it the way you usually make it with light ice. No extra, the other one comes back , oh she will have to pay extra for more expresso , I said I'm not paying extra, just make it the way you usually make it. And the same one that needs to mind her own business, kept saying, oh your gonna get in trouble, if she has a problem she needs to call customer service, I was then fed up. I said I never have a problem which usually the guys are helpful and no back and forth arguing but that particular female, oh no. But this is how I was arguing back and forth. Customer service with this new Dunkin' Donuts is horrible. Ok, the Hispanic girl still try to make it to my satisfaction even though I told her that I don't need any extra added to the pumpkin latte, guess just to make me happy but by then I was already annoyed by this girl btw she was doing the drive thru, that kept interrupting. So I walked out and I said thank you anyway, I here the girl that helped me telling me that I don't had to make the last comment 😳. I guess I should not be thanking them, as far that I know that was my last comment unless she heard wrong but I don't worry about that, it's just that Dunkin Donuts need to teach some of them a EMERGENCY customer service class, because not all of them are acting RUDE like this except the one that kept interrupting and kept assuming the wrong thing🙄...... This is coming from a lifelong devoted Dunkin’ Donuts fan. I have been to practically every Dunkin’ Donuts in South Florida over the last 25 years of my being here. This is a new Dunkin’ Donuts that they just opened over in North Miami Beach and I was in the area so I figured that I would just grab a coffee and continue with my day. I pull up to the drive-through there was no greeting. There was no nothing. What do you want??? Excuse me my response was ??? how can I help you?? I placed my order for a large coffee and then I inquired about donuts we don’t have that we don’t have that. with no recommendations of any other donuts that are available we don’t have that your order total is and that was it when I tell you just rude for no reason if you don’t wanna work there then don’t they’re 1000 other places that you can work. Your job is to provide service and I felt that you did not provide that service. I just left the store not even five minutes ago. It was propel to leave this raining because I have never been so rushed and nobody was in line and nobody was in the store. Dunkin’ Donuts you might want to check your training for management because she look like she might’ve been a manager.

Management needs to be managed differently here. I ordered the same iced coffee I order daily and for some reason the lady asked me to back up and pull back up. I knew something was wrong, I checked my account t while she charged me. She charged me not only my drink. But she also charged me someone else food after. THAT WAS NO MISTAKE. THAT WAS INTENTIONAL. If I could give a “0” I would. On December 25, 2024, I went through a drive-thru to order a cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my daughter. When I placed my order, I specifically requested that the cream cheese be spread on the bagel. However, when I received my order, I noticed the bagel was wrapped in clear plastic, and the cream cheese was packaged separately on the side. Confused, I asked the employee why the cream cheese wasn’t spread on the bagel as I had requested. The same person who had taken my order responded, saying, “We put a knife and the cream cheese in the bag.” I explained that this was not what I asked for when I placed my order. He repeated the same response, insisting that the knife and cream cheese were included in the bag. I didn’t have time to continue the conversation because I was in the process of dropping my son off somewhere. When I got home, I gave the bag to my daughter. She unwrapped the bagel and spread the cream cheese on it herself. As she began eating, I noticed she seemed to be struggling. When I asked what was wrong, she said the bagel was hard. At that point, I became upset. If the employee had simply followed my request instead of arguing with me, my daughter could have enjoyed her bagel without any issues. Frustrated, I returned to the same Dunkin’ location to address the situation. When I arrived, I spoke to the same employee, though I didn’t realize it was him at first. I began explaining the issue, but he interrupted me and asked what time I had ordered earlier. After I told him the time, he said, “Oh, you’re the one who wanted the spread on the bagel.” That’s when I recognized him as the same rude person from before. He then went on to explain that if I didn’t eat the bagel immediately after getting it from the drive-thru, it would become hard. Seriously? I’ve ordered bagels many times before, and I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous. I started to explain that I had been on the other side of town when I picked up the order, but I caught myself and asked why he was arguing with me again. I requested to speak with a manager, but he claimed there wasn’t one on site. I mentioned that other Dunkin’ locations had no problem spreading cream cheese on bagels, but he insisted it was against company policy. At this point, I asked him again why he felt the need to argue with me for a second time. Finally, he told me to drive around to the window. He begrudgingly prepared a new bagel, but he rudely shoved it out of the drive-thru window without a word. This experience left me incredibly disappointed. At the end of the day, if someone doesn’t want to work, they should quit. There’s no reason to ruin someone else’s day with a bad attitude and poor customer service.

Total disappointment. I don't know what happened to this DD. I work across the street, and I've been ordering from here for over a year. Ever since the new management took over, the food and service have been terrible. I mean, incorrect orders, the food tastes stale, and I even saw one of the cooks coughing into her gloved hands, and I had to tell her she needed to change them because she'd coughed in them. She looked at me confused. How come the manager, who was standing right next to her, didn't say anything? It disgusts me. They refunded my money, and you can be sure I'll never go back. Had to have had the WORST hash browns ever from this location. I placed a mobile order from my dentist office. 1 min walk. Get there..pick up my order taste them... they were cold, soggy and has a chemical after taste. I told the worker, because I thought they'd make them fresh. Nope..go to the back and in a split sec returned with another God awful order of HB. The tables were disgusting. Asked the girl if they had wet wipes. Nope. I was so over it. This dunkin is horrible. You order something and pay for it, then that’s when they tell you they don’t have it. There’s countless time I ordered from here and half of the menu is not even available and it was early in the morning.

How can a new location be so bad so fast?! I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a hot coffee. The bagel was not toasted and extremely stale, not edible at all. The coffee was also not done as I requested. Just a bad experience overall.

The staff here are terrible. One lady is always on her phone talking and cursing with someone.Then she gets angry when you ask her where your items are. My order was behind the counter. You really expect me to reach over and grab it. How about you get off the phone and do your job accordingly. My advice to management fire your weekday afternoon crew. Their ruining your business. As is clearly evident by the reviews.

2 mornings in a row this location has not had product. Yesterday they had no large cups. This morning I was told they did not have any cold brew as they for got to make it. It wolnt be ready till tomorrow. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else before wasting time going here.

Everything about this store is not good. They always don't have this, don't have that, n the staff are just having their sweet time making orders which they aren't really making it. Had to wait so long for the order when I just asked for 2 donuts n 2 drinks.

This morning I went to order a simple Iced caramel coffee and was waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10mins just to order then waited another 10 for the person infront to get receive their 1 drink. I understand they might’ve not had enough staff but then to wait another 7mins at a closed window and waiting almost 30mins for a small iced coffee is ridiculous.
