Good quality Chinese food. Good selection of dishes. You'll find some good seafood and specialty vegetables like snow pea tips and bitter melon. The chefs know what they are doing. The staff are friendly and attentive. It's not fancy but the food is better than most Miami "fine dining".
I was dinning at this restaurant since my girls were babies now the are 21and 18 and I move from miami to miramar and always have to come here to buy my food I try other Chinese around my area and they not the same keep up the good work KING PALACE
Consistent quality food! Great take out and staff is very friendly
The food always tastes fresh and delicious! I love that it is a family style restaurant where you order large entrees to share. When I go with just my husband we always take home leftovers. This last dinner it was 8 of us, and we ordered 2 types of fried rice and 7 meat varieties (some duplicated) and 3 of us took home ample leftovers.
Hands down the best Chinese Food I've had in my 20 years in Miami. Each item that everyone at the table ordered was the best version of that thing I have had since I left NY. Wait staff was very nice and attentive. We had a severely disabled child with us and the staff was very accommodating and aware. I will never go anywhere else for Chinese Food again.
I must say the consistent and ongoing positive surprises and wonder about this restaurant keeps me coming back for more, every time. They consistently deliver exceptional experiences. High standard, aiming for excellence in every aspect. King Palace strives for and achieves a remarkable level of quality across all their offerings. Tonight I've had the JOY of their Singapore rice noodles and the combination of flavors and textures was truly satisfying. Thank you!! Forever loyal customer
Authentic Chinese food, delicious duck and their fried chicken wings. Love their special fried rice and as well as their salt and pepper.
i’ve been coming here for years and will continue for many to come. always great food and service. one of my favorite places to eat in miami
Best Chinese food I’ve found in the area at a good price served by nice people.
Very good Chinese food, lots of Asian people eating in the next tables. Food is fresh and delicious
The food was authentic and absolutely delicious. The service was excellent. At 2pm the restaurant full of customers which is always a great sign. I am not one to post but today I am happy to share this experience with you. Would like to see this restaurant in sunny isles or Aventura or Bal harbor in the future.
The unassuming building was almost a reason for me to pass on this but my mom insisted we eat there. I got the seafood lo mein and my mom got the lobster—these meals were so big they were definitely a great option to share or to have leftovers for later or lunch the next day. The flavors are so robust, each bite was just so good! The service is great—servers are friendly and food came out quickly. Hot tea is complementary and stays hot your whole meal. All in all, a great place for some good Chinese food.
The crispy chicken with fried garlic was absolutely delicious--perfectly golden and crunchy on the outside, while still juicy and flavorful on the inside. The fried garlic added a savory, aromatic touch that really elevated the dish. It's one of those simple but well-executed meals that keeps you coming back for more. I also tried the crispy duck, which was just as impressive. The skin was beautifully crisped, and the meat was tender and rich with flavor. Both dishes were cooked with great attention to detail and seasoned just right. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in getting the texture and taste spot on. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu
Food and service great. Honest, traditional Chinese food, good ingredients, value for money. Very good Peking Duck and roast pork, much less expensive than in “fancy” places, but actually better. Lots of multi-ethnic family groups enjoying dinner. Free chinese tea and cookies. As said, very traditional. Had enough roasted pork left over to make a good fried rice at home. Will definitely return.
I’d say this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area—really. Excellent tasty food, friendly service and a nice atmosphere. The wanton soup was really good, so was the garlic bok choy and my favorite was the egg foo yung house special. We came for an early lunch on a Saturday and we cannot wait to come back!
A huge thumbs up to KING PALACE serving authentic Chinese food in the heart of North Miami. I enjoyed their salt and pepper 🌶️ Chicken, Shrimp and Pork dishes, their BBQ Pork, Jasmine tea, and well-seasoned Bok Choy are to die for! Definitely 10/10. 💯
As a girl from Hong Kong this restaurant makes me feel at home. First of all the menu is in traditional chinese and i can use cantonese to communicate with the stuff, plus the internal communications between the staff were in cantonese. Moreover the food is authentic and nice I ordered the 叉油雞飯 (BBQ Pork and Soy Sauce Chicken with Rice)and it is good for a restaurant outside of Hong Kong. Will come back if i have the chance
Been a favorite for years now, same wait staff that amazingly remember what you like to order. Even after moving up to Broward, still make the trek back down here for our favorites. All dishes are fresh and delicious, wish they were closer!
Walked in and we were Seated quickly with Hot Tea for the table. The server was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and had great table side manners. We ordered Spring rolls and egg rolls they came out quickly, they were fresh and crispy and the perfect appetizer. Shortly after eating our appetizer our main course was presented. We Ordered the roast duck and bbq pork combination (comes with steamed rice). Very good portion size (3 of us shared 2 orders and we also had a Togo plate. The bbq pork was tasty a little sweet with a little salty and slightly Smokey bbq flavors. Cut in strips, delicious on its own, i found myself wanting to eat it like popcorn. The roast duck had a full flavor with a savory sauce and crispy skin. The rice was perfect, light and fluffy a great complement to the rest of the meal. It was all well prepared and VERY TASTY!! Definitely a win thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! I definitely suggest you give it a try when you’re in the area.
We love going here for the wonton noodle soup and roast pork. Been coming here for many years and running across to the Beijing market to get snacks with the kids. The food is great, service is friendly and fast… after so many years the family still loves to go here and everything stays consistently good.
I give 5 star to the spicy fish. The way it smells is perfect, and very spicy. The garlic vegetable has a good balance between oil and sauce. The tastes is very close to my hometown in China. I have a good experience at this restaurant 👍!

Was impressed with the great service, everything came out really quick and super hot. They are very hospitable here. Definitely will come back some time.
Some of the tastiest Chinese in South Florida. The roasted (BBQ) dishes like the duck and ribs truly impress. I always bring out of town guests along with restaurant industry friends. I’ve been in F&B for 30 years and this place never ceases to amaze and delight. The staff are kind and genuine and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. My daughter loves Kelly and she always takes time to chat with us at the table. I would give the food 6 stars if I could. Just keep in mind the room is rustic but don’t judge a book by its cover.

Best Chinese BBQ in North Miami Beach My son knows Asian cuisine and he took us here to experience the best Chinese BBQ. I would have given this place 5 stars but the BBQ Pork was the 5 star, my Chicken Curry was really good but not the best I've ever had. What's awesome about King Palace BBQ is that you know you're in the right restaurant for Chinese food when you see so many Asian guests dining while you're there. It's a great place for taking food out from as well. The atmosphere is very casual and money was not put into making this place fancy so the prices are fair and the food is really good. The dishes I photographed make you want to order them. They looked as good as they tasted. I thank my son for taking us here and I'm sure we'll be back soon when we are in North Miami Beach.
The food at this restaurant is delicious everything is made nice and fresh food service is very fast you don’t have to wait a long time to get your food the reason I didn’t give them five stars is because of the service is to fast as if they want you to eat and leave. The prices are very high so be prepared. they were very pushy about the tip they prefer what’s on the receipt, not what you choose to leave based on food and service. Also glass had a chip on it not.
First time visiting! Location in north Miami area. We visited with friends who are of the culture, and it was an amazing experience with tasting foods we never would have thought to stop for dinner if it wasn't for being with friends. The building needs to be renovated, and that was the only thing we second guessed at first sight. My daughter's and I were somewhat skeptical of staying for dinner. But, so happy we did! The restroom was clean, and that made it even better for us. (I personally hate a filthy restroom in public) Very high traffic poured in the latter it got so I could tell it's a very popular location. The food is supposedly the most authentic still around. Buffet style was amazing with the friends and family. All in all, don't judge a book by its cover. Try it, you will not regret it!
I used to go many times in a month. It is not too far from my house and a good one of Chinese restaurant in South Florida. Once you take a seat, you get greeted with a pot of hot tea, or if you want a flower tea instead, you can ask them. Lots of parking on site in the back. Wonton Noodle soup is the best, similar to Thailand's soup. I always order this. I totally forgot to take the photo. Hot and sour soup is good too. It makes me fresh and wakes me up. Salt and pepper shrimp is very good and delicious. Shrimps are crispy crust without oily bed on shredded lecture and topped with fried garlic. If you are the garlic lover, I'd recommend it. Spinach garlic sauce is also my favorite item. Fresh and great. I almost forgot to recommend the BBQ roast pork. Must try it's the best ever. There is a voluminous Hong Kong style menu. The foods are not disappointed. The service was good enough, especially one waiter is very polite and always treat me with respectful. Overall, I am happy with the food here. Reasonable price.

As I entered this Palace through the front doors my first thought was how awful the entrance was. With its tanks filled with fish and lobster inside very cloudy dirty looking water tanks I figured how good could this cuisine be? Hmmm... was then seated as Michael took our order. He was pleasant enough but once the won ton soup was served with fried wonton strips on the side I was definitely blown away. The best ever wonton soup of my life!!! Freshest wontons inside! But then the pork fried rice while fresh and not greasy well it just didn’t have much flavor. Neither did the chicken lo mein. All in all food is fresh, over priced but no flavor . Next time I will try something else to see. Will keep you posted ☺️
UPDATE: a year after and this restaurant has left me disappointed. The crispy pork had no meat instead pure fat, thick cuts. Beef and eggs were extremely salty. Rethinking if I should ever comeback… from 5 stars to 3 stars honestly I was considering 2 stars but the service was ok. Excellent food and amazing staff. Amazing bbq. Definitely coming back!

We got here for the reviews and for a quick bite. Expectations where 5 stars, service was fast as a tornado. We had the everyday special, anything else in the menu was way up there. When the soup was served was amazing. But, the main course... not so much. That when they hit 2 stars.

I ordered food on Christmas Day at 3:00 PM and did not receive it until close to 6:00 PM. While I understand it was a holiday and the restaurant was busy, waiting nearly three hours is unacceptable—especially when multiple customers were experiencing the same delay. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication and transparency. No one was honest about the actual wait time, and the person at the front taking orders was rude and unapologetic when customers asked for updates. If you are going to accept orders during holidays, there needs to be better organization and clearer communication. Customers deserve honesty about wait times so they can decide whether to place an order or not. On a positive note, the food itself was delicious, which is the reason I’m hoping the service issues can be improved.

So, this is the most disappointing review I’ve had to make. Last time I visited this place it was a few years ago. Myyyyy how the quality has gone down! to start duck soup was flavorless and shrimp in I ordered was not fresh. Unfortunately, I will never eat here again.
$100 dollars for a bucket of rice and sides of orange chicken that was not orange with sesame seeds and tasted weird i swear it has to be rat or cat chopped up and breaded , they couldnt even include soda or a egg roll with our take out order- you know how you get the $40 family special that bring everything. Here everything is a la carte and not fresh! Ribs were $14 for 6 of them and old! Rice was reheated - wings were fresh- service was horrible i had to ask for fortune cookies 🥠 and soy sauce/duck sauce. They poured the sweet and sour sauce on the chicken instead of separating it.my whole family got sick from eating it and the restaurant really needs to be cleaned . how can they make money but not invest in hygiene and new floors thats filled and reeks of a smell of spilled food and roaches /old carpet. I see this establishment being shut down and being transformed to a retail store. The “orange chicken in question” the dark meat inside seems to be rat as i have ate rat in another chinese restaurant in Puerto Rico before and got food poisoning so when i bit into this one my body automatically knew .
Last weekend I went with my sisters to this Chinese restaurant because it had a lot of good reviews. When we got to the place, my first impression was 😵💫. I was not quite thrilled, the parking lot is kind of hideous and not exactly easy to park in. We walked into the restaurant and it was crowded which typically is a good sign for the food. The place’s outdated with an old carpet on the floor. We were seated and once we read the menu we ordered wonton soup, spring rolls, barbeque ribs, fried shrimp rice, beef with vegetables, and shrimp with cashews. Of all the plates the only tasty and fresh one was the wonton soup. The spring rolls were too garlic savor for me. The ribs were not fresh, and the shrimp with cashews were cashews with a hint of shrimp and other veggies, the beef was unsavory and so was the rice. Right after leaving, I decided to go to the bathroom ( I should have gone when I arrived) while washing my hands, I spotted a roach!! How disgusting and grossly, I wanted to throw up all the food!!! Do yourself a favor and never go to this restaurant.
My recent experience at King Palace left much to be desired. While the restaurant's ambiance and service were average, a concerning incident occurred that significantly impacted my perception. After requesting the check, my sister went to the restroom and spotted a ROACH on the floor. This unsettling encounter raised serious questions about the restaurant's hygiene standards. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed any positive aspects of the visit.

I ordered two dinner special and both of the containers they came in broke in half. Lost most of the food on the ground. They are being cheap and buy usable take out plates, and charging high prices for their meals.
