A Hidden Gem I Wish I Found Sooner! After living nearby for years and somehow never stopping in, my wife and I finally gave Pho Saigon 1 a try -after we moved further away. Funny enough, it's now become a regular spot for us, and we make the drive happily. The food is consistently excellent. My wife had the chicken noodle (Phở Gà) and loved the clean, comforting broth and generous portion of tender chicken. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế, and it hit every mark—rich, spicy, and full of flavor with perfectly cooked noodles and hearty slices of beef and pork. The staff is always welcoming, service is quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed but clean. It’s the kind of spot that feels like a local secret, even though it’s been there all along. Definitely one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. We’re just kicking ourselves for not trying it sooner!

So even though I have a pho place close by to my house. It's not the same. The pieces of brisket in the soup here are chunks or thicker cut pieces that are tender and just melt in your mouth. I usually get the XL 15 with no tendon or tripe. And extra brisket. Never disappoints. Beyond full. When I order through Uber it's usually $26 with the tip for the driver. Eating it here is only $16. But of course you're paying for delivery etc. They have a number of items besides soup on the menu such as seafood etc. The restaurant is nice big and clean. The waiters are attentive to your needs. This is my favorite spot to go when I'm in the area. Or at home ordering through the Uber app.

I really do love this local Pho house. Fast and Fresh always. Great place to bring the family. They have lots of seating. The menu is a complete Vietnamese menu but pho is their specialty.

Been going here for so long I assumed I had already reviewed it, but I guess not. Here goes. The pho here is super reliably good. Nothing over the top but will not disappoint. My favorite is the vermicelli with charbroiled pork with eggroll hits the spot everytime. Really good selection on the milk tea 🧋 offerings. Service is fast and efficient. Parking can be an issue during peak service, but a large seating area means you won't have to wait to get seated very often. Best pho offerings in this part of the San Fernando Valley particularly the Chatsworth area.

This place has officially become one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in the valley!! I personally am not a huge fan of Pho but this place has so many different items on the menu. The best part is they recently added cajon food and have crab, shrimp, mussels and more! I ordered the filet mignon with rice and the cream cheese wontons. With my friend group we also had the egg rolls and the spring rolls that are wrapped with rice paper. I also got the Thai tea which was one of the best ones I've ever had. The service here is amazing. They are so friendly and were able to explain many of their food options to me. There is lots of indoor dining tables insides and is good for small and large parties. They also have delivery service options if you can't make it in person to eat.

Great authentic food with a perfect and diverse menu. They have some of the best pho in the valley. Their curry chicken is amazing and is one of my favorite of their dishes. It's also a good spot if you want to eat something before or after hiking in the mountains around Chatsworth.

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. They have some outdoor seating right now and I believe the best way to enjoy their food is by dining there, right out of the kitchen still streaming hot. A lot of tasty drinks including some beer and wine.

It wouldn't hurt to add a call button for staff at each table. A button is placed in the corner of the table, and a light turns on for the staff to let them know the customer needs something. I saw this in Europe)

This place offers a cozy environment, the food is very authentic, lots of flavor and plenty of healthy options. Very affordable prices & friendly staff. You can pay cash or w/ card. Definitely coming back soon.

The Vietnamese food here is excellent. Cannot go wrong. They also have Sapporo and Asahi beer.

Went off a recommendation to try a new Pho place. Spring rolls with peanut sauce-4 stars. Vietnamese egg rolls-5 stars. Egg Noodle Soup With Wonton & BBQ Pork-4.5 stars. Service was quick and good. The ambiance was great! Love the big dramatic art of ingredients.

They’re known for having some of the best pho in the valley. Their broth is top-notch! A great place for Pho in the Chatsworth area. BBQ Pork Fresh Spring Rolls with a fantastic peanut sauce Bún Bò Hué (Spicy Hue’s Beef) had a very flavorful broth that wasn’t too spicy (Got medium spice level) It came with large rice vermicelli noodles. Cơm chiên sài gòn was a combination Saigon fried rice with shrimp, pork, Vietnamese sausage and mixed veggies. My absolute favorite!! It’s a simple dish with complex flavors!!

Ordered from a delivery service. Food arrived fairly fresh and still warm to the touch. The pho was different, but not in a bad way. I couldn't identify why that was until I bit into it, a piece of ginger. The ginger inedible though. This added flavor created something new, special even, to this particular rainy day in California. Also loved that they were able to accommodate our switch from rice noodles to ramen. Ordered their Tempura shrimp and was a bit disappointed. Shrimp had an ever so slight freezer burn taste to go along with it's stale flavor. I would definitely order their Pho again but steer clear from their fried shrimp.

The waiters pay attention and quick greeting customers and accommodating. The hot and sour soup is absolutely magnificent. Parking is little bit dicey given the location.

Their food is exceptional... It's great to find Pho that doesn't rely on salt content for flavor. Their broth is top-notch, and even though their prices have gone up, you get added value for your money as they don't skimp on the fixings or compromise flavor. I have been coming here more and more for my Pho fix, its worth it!
