Please open your doors! This Chipotle's standard practice has been to keep the front door locked at all times. It's frustrating, are they open, are they closed, is the door broken, ARE THEY IN AN EMERGENCY?!. I like you guys. You have an awesome crew. It's clean, food is always right. I'm here to support your guys, but open your door.... ....even the banks keep the front door open during business hours, even pharmacies... ...if the door thing changes, I'll change my review back to 5 stars.... -------- Edit: I received the same generic snowball response to my review by the owner just like everyone else. Edit: 11/1/2020 They unlocked their doors! +1 star Edit: 12/28/2020 They're friendly again! +1 star

Chipotle is my go-to for a quick, flavorful meal! The burrito bowls are always fresh, and I love that I can customize my order exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. Perfect for a fast, satisfying lunch!

Chipotle is my go-to for a quick, flavorful meal! The burrito bowls are always fresh, and I love that I can customize my order exactly how I want it. The staff is friendly, and the food is consistently delicious. Perfect for a fast, satisfying lunch!
I came in around 3:40 on April 3rd and ordered a bowl to go. The girl working the register was very nice and welcoming. However, the younger guy who was making the food was not nice and didn't speak to any of the customers. He looked like he was inconvenienced by being there. The customer before me, myself, and the customer behind me all said "hello" and he just stared at us, waiting to hear our orders. He was fast and that's always appreciated but the portions were way too small plus the chips I purchased were overcooked. I'm giving it 3/5 instead of 1/5 because the girl at the register was nice (name is Everett on the receipt) and the food was good, even though the portion was small compared to other locations I've been to.
This location consistently disappoints. They often are missing ingredients, and I've stopped in several times. They most often don't have roasted veggies .

It's a great place if you like cold burnt chips and black guacamole! This is not a one time thing!! Only had really good chips when they first opened. Now the meat is dry and well chard. My last visit ordered large chips and wanted guacamole but was very dark in color and the bag of chips were on the counter cold and you could smell that they were overcooked besides being very brown no offer of regular size no apology for the inconvenience. I hope not all Chipotle's have changed because they served great food and service!
I love Chipotle, however I have been to this location twice and both times has been wrong and I still have not gotten any compensation for it. Reached out to Chipotle about this and I have not gotten any response back. I don't like to sugarcoat things, so this might be a bit harsh. I will still go to Chipotle, but I don't think I will go to this location ever again. - 03/17/22 - I ordered a bowl with the red sauce on the side through the app. I went to pick it up and didn't open it til I got home. When I got home and opened the bag, I received the wrong order (the bag had my name, but different person's entree". Not only that, but the sauce cup opened, and made a mess in the bag. I drove back to get my ordered, and it was remade. I also work at a restaurant, so I was very understanding of this first incident. I decided to give this location a second chance. - 04/14/22 - Ordered 2 burrito bowls both with EXTRA steak and rice through the app again. First bowl, everything was correct, had the extra rice and steak I asked for. Second bowl, looked pretty disappointing. It did not have the extra steak and rice I had asked for. It even looked less. Was not worth the $14 i paid for. Maybe they could've ran out but I would've been fine with waiting if they were going to make more. I ordered through an app. I understand people make mistakes, but we make mistakes so we can learn and improve. My second time going there was a disaster. I felt like I wasted my money on my second burrito bowl that I paid extra to get extra steak and rice. Only to get little to no steak and rice. I reached out to customer service, and hope they reach back to me this time.

I almost decided to just leave, but against my better judgment got my toppings, paid and left. Got home and all the greasy liquid had ran through the bowl and bag covering my truck seat... what a disaster.
No white rice. Although annnoyed I almost purchased, but Honey Chicken price was more than regular chicken and the price was not shown in an obvious place. Left without my food..... ....

Ordered a quesadilla and I got no cheese in the tortilla, this place is the worst, aside from there terrible customer service, the food was cold, the place was dirty, & the order was wrong. I advise to you stay away. I also found roaches and flies in the restaurant.. 🤢
Ordered food through the app, carne asada bowl. $20 is total, they fill my bowl with no meat, just rice beans and lettuce. Never coming back, they took my money

Ordered online for pick up. I got a burrito so I couldn’t see inside when we picked up. I came home to eat and what they basically gave me was a bean bean and rice burrito! Paid almost $20 for beans and rice . It had like 4 pieces or meat. Complete BS. Chipotle isn’t what it was . Now it’s a rip off. They over charge for little to no meat! I should’ve gone to the corner street tacos man. Lesson learned , I won’t be ordering my food from here anymore .
The staff knew I was waiting for my order, but she ignored me and kept talking to her co-worker. I even asked if I could get my order since it was just sitting in the corner, but she continued to ignore me. By the time I finally received my food, it was already cold. Also, the person at the register kept going to the back, even though there was a long line. The staff taking orders were also very slow. I think the store needs more reliable employees who know what they’re doing and are more mindful of the customers.
Went in today and experienced an employee being so rude and disrespectful to a customer, we left and never going back to this location. Do better Chipotle employees. Wish I had gotten her name but she was wearing. A hat and had a ponytail. May 27th, 2025
Extremely disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. The customer service was non-existent; the associates were unhelpful and seemed like they didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, the portions were incredibly small—I felt like I barely got half a serving for the full price. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from this brand
Absolute Disaster of a Pickup Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars, but Google won’t let me. Ordered ahead through the app for a quick pickup, thinking it’d be easy. Nope! Arrived on time, and my food is just chilling on the back counter like it’s on vacation. I sat there like an idiot watching employees chat and ignore me. Finally, one of them glances my way and asks what I’m waiting for. I tell them my order name, and they casually say, “Oh yeah, we don’t put orders on the to-go rack anymore.” Excuse me?! Then WHY is that stupid rack even there, taking up space and mocking everyone? And don’t get me started on the app’s pickup instructions that SPECIFICALLY say to “grab your order from the pickup shelf.” What a joke!

I’ve given them multiple chances at different times throughout the day. And sadly each time I was disappointed.
