I am a recent customer and love del taco !! Cashier Ashely is amazing & very friendly always double make sure the order & have great customer service and smiles always ! She looks amazing all the time ! You need more employees like her she is awesome & I go there everyday

Ordered food and I totally screwed up my order. Eddie the drive thru cashier was so kind and patient. The manager Oscar was very understanding. I truly appreciate the wonderful customer service. They consistently get my order right here and service is quick and friendly. The drive thru kind of sucks and can back out into the parking lot where you block cars from getting by to the other stores in the strip mall. But that's only an issue sometimes. Otherwise a good spot.

The burritos are pretty good, packed with alot of meat and be sure to get the job done. The tacos are very crispy and packed with lost off meat and tons of cheese. Way more ingredients in the food other then taco bell so that's a huge plus. The customer service was great and fast.

My favorite at this del taco is the mini cheese quesadilla.

It’s ok if you need a fast food and you get stuck without any other option in your mind or don’t want to spend some extra money on a better lunch. The place is not that welcoming and the food is not that good.

They consistently get my order right here and service is quick and friendly. The drive thru kind of sucks and can back out into the parking lot where you block cars from getting by to the other stores in the strip mall. But that's only an issue sometimes. Otherwise a good spot.

Usually a nice place for a quick bite on my lunch. My last visit wasn't so pleasant. Didn't notice until later, but I was charged 4 times for my meal. Called to tell them and looks like they tried to fix it but ended charging me even more! So be careful! Look at my photo to see what I mean

I had a small order with 1 special request of no whipped cream on the strawberry shake. It did not happen. Everything else was straight off the menu. The strawberry shakes used to have pieces of strawberry in them and this also did not have any strawberry pieces in it. I had not been to Del Taco for some time and won't be returning anytime soon. Go at your own risk!

Cashier's here and other Del Taco's are among the worst of all fast food restaurants. I'm not sure why management at Del tacos are completely incapable of training their cashiers to be courteous, polite and friendly.

Still..I wouldn't make this a regular habit. Personally, I'd go for their Double Del burger.. It tastes overall fresher /of better quality. They have Tuesday and Thursday specials which are great deals. But it can get very busy on those days and the waiting time can get very long.

I just had a rather bizarre exchange at this location tonight. I was interested in trying the new Crispy chicken taco, so I went through the drive through. I saw it featured on the menu, so I ordered a CRISPY CHICKEN TACO. When I got to the window, I asked if it came with Chilula and she said that's on the taco only and you got the one with ranch. I at no time specified what TYPE, because all I knew was that they had one. She said, we'll change it for you THIS TIME, like it was my fault for not being specific, when I bought it up when she came back, she said we have 3 different kinds. Ok, so if you have 3, isn't up to you to determine which one I want, not knowing you have 3???? She said it's on the sign! Very snippy. She was a very poor example of the worst in customer service and clearly not trained well in that aspect. On a positive note, the new taco is great! The only reason why the 2 stars. Super spicy for a fast food taco. Fix your service!

We began coming to this location about 4 years ago, it was good and clean. About 1-2 years ago there was a bad change in staff and/or management -- it's no longer clean, the food is usually wrong, and the staff is questionable. We stopped going. We came back today, Nov. 07, 2020, for another try. The staffing is no better, and considering their supposed to be cleaner, my bag and food packaging was covered in gunk. See photo.

Uncooked fries and the Double Dell Cheeseburger had old dry patties on it. Tasted like cardboard. I know they are paying higher wages for fast food workers. But the general quality of the food has gone down.

This is the worst Del taco I have ever been to. It took forever to get my order taken. Getting my order took even longer. When I was done it took forever to get a stupid token to use for the bathroom. Of course the one I tried to use with supposedly an employee on the bathroom that was not marked as such that’s wasting my time and a token. LA businesses are not doing themselves any favors by not letting people use their bathroom when it works perfectly fine. I drive around all day and I’m constantly at the mercy of whether someone is going to let me use the bathroom or not. This restaurant is a fail. I am very tempted to call their headquarters because I am very unsatisfied.

This place sucks! Sometimes they don't have ice coffee and when they do they only serve 3/4 of your cup. Drive thru is extremely slow comparing to the Shoup location! Shoup location customer service is great and quick! They make great ice coffee's and all there orders are great! And they always smile!

This is by far the worst del taco I've ever been to. There is always a problem every time I go. One time, sitting at the drive thru speaker waiting for someone to answer. Another time, stuck in the drove thru for over 5 minutes. Sometimes I get up to the window and they ask me if I can back up while I wait for my food, I'm assuming they're trying to improve their order delivery numbers for internal reporting reasons but that's not the customers responsibility. Obviously if you're having to fudge your numbers at the end of the day, you're focused on saving your butt rather than improving your service. The food is often sloppy and not up to par with other del tacos in the valley. Really disappointing.

2 staff members rushing around taking care of the drive thru. When I mentioned that thebdining customers are just as important, they became defensive. I received no apologies. One started to take my order " One tostada " but was off again with me standing ready to order. I told the supervisor about this but she told me this doesn't happen on her shift. Again no apology! I left!

Asked for a refund after getting the order wrong TWICE! Paid with Apple Pay, got refunded with cash! Response: we don’t know how to do that. Waisted time and energy. Terrible! Service is as bad as the food. Junk food, junk service. Never again!

Ridiculous. I've been waiting for my food for 30 minutes. It's only a two-person order. The dining room and drive thru are empty! What on earth could be taking so long? I'm never coming to this Del Taco again. Finally got my food. Cold. Undercooked. Unbelievable.

Went through the drive thru on my lunch hour order a bean and cheese burrito, medium fries and cheese quesadillas. Got back to work I have no fries, a chicken quesadillas which I won’t eat because I don’t like chicken and my burrito was slapped together beans smeared on the outside of the burrito so you can’t pick it up to eat. Now I’m back at work with food I paid $14 for that I can’t eat and missing my fries and I can’t leave work to get more food so guess I’ll be hungry until I get home from work at 7pm. Now I remember why I stopped eating there.

The worst customer service we have ever received ever!!! Extremely rude and short with us from the moment we drove up to the drive through. Thank god we did not order food (would definitely have been unsanitary) so we just got coffee... older African American lady took order and gave us the coffee. I mean if you are so miserable working at del taco just quit instead of ruining their image.

I went to buy food from deltaco from the drive through with a coupon and the staff member had a very bad attitude and my coupon was two tacos but she gave me two snack tacos. after I realized i parked my car and went inside of the deltaco and explained that they got my food wrong and started blaming me because i had a coupon. then when she found out her mistake she was still blaming me for her own problem.

Went through drive thru to purchase a few items. Got to my room next door, as my family has three room for reunion/ Celebration of Juneteenth and my order was short a burrito, feeding my family of 4 with only 3 items...Asada Bfst Burrito was missing/ I ordered that as a meal. Walked over with my receipt, expecting no issues practice I rarely do because I know workers will do things to your food, I have a family to feed and choose this spot to get that done. I was basically called a lier...the cook and lead worker asured the " newly arriving" lead that they did make 3three burrito & quesdilla which was not at all true...Del Taco food is not the best as it is ...but this customer service was deplorable...the cook and the AM lead just straight Lied...I had all day I let them know. This moments always reminds me why my aunt would hold up the drive thru line and check for every item...SHM!

Del Taco used to be one of the best fast food restaurants to be a regular at when Del taco has compatible employees it’s one of the best places to eat at but it seems like the quality, service, and food has significantly gone downhill even though the prices has significantly increased.. especially at this Del taco today was my last time at this location and the ones nearby aren’t any better I’ve had a handful of negative experiences at this Del taco the employees are rude and do not care and a couple employees look like they just rolled out of bed and went straight to work those are the more rude ones as well but the food was horrible I ordered Del tacos and pretty much had meat less than a snack taco I also ordered a chocolate shake and it tasted nasty like vanilla but anyways most of the time the fries are soggy this Del taco literally needs to reassess and hire new employees… In my hometown in Santa Clarita the Del tacos are basically owned by one owner and are the best Del tacos in state I also worked for them in the past they take pride in their food and serve generous portions I would literally eat there everyday and never get tired of it and its pricey but worth it but I would never ever come here again after last encounter in surprise they get any business

To start, the employee cooking the food looked unkempt and there were at least two male children, ages between three and five, running around unsupervised in the employees only beyond this point section. Furthermore, the children's parents were also the employees working at the time, and neither one showed no signs of embarrassment or concern, which leads both of us to believe this was a regular habit of theirs. To continue on, one of the employees, the father, briefly left the building while still wearing his latex gloves, both my friend and I were watching when the same employee walked back in to see if he still had on the same pair of latex gloves, thankfully he didn't; this is an indication on how grossed out we both were at that point. In conclusion, both of us didn't even finish our food and have yet to go back to this establishment since; if the same employees still work there, please avoid.

The cashier that took my order, took my cash and made change, then went with the same gloves to handle food. The drive thru clerk that wasn't wearing gloves was handle fries with bare hands filling into container. This gross lack of proper food handling is unacceptable. I know it's hard to find good staff these days because people don't want to work. But hold them accountable if you are properly training them. And if you're not training them, then reevaluate running a business.

I decided to eat inside the restaurant which I almost never do. For the first 1/2 of the time I was there everything was fine. Staff was friendly, food arrived quickly the place was relatively clean. Then a woman entered the picture in a loud egressive way. I was sitting in the restaurant eating my meal and heard her badmouth her coworkers (not the ones that were there at that time) and supervisor. She was using profanity and made me feel uncomfortable and mad at myself for not telling her to keep it down myself. When I left the restaurant I asked for a refill (iced tea is only behind the counter) and she looked at me like was putting her out. Then goes to get some tea and pours it in my cup as if she didn't want to touch my cup with her silicone glove wearing hands. Then I asked for a small bag to put my leftover cheeseburger in and she got a bag and put it on the counter and walked away. The entire time she said no words to me. It was really disrespectful. I asked her name and if memory serves, she said Charmaine. This person should not be forward facing to clients even at Del Taco.

Went to buy food here today. The girl that works the drive thru was just nasty. She took my order at the speaker. (Kept saying ok yeah I got that) . Get to the window and she was rude as can be. As Im correcting her on MY ORDER her head bobs and facial expressions were disrespectful. I have always came regardless of the reviews. (Which Im sure its all about her. Even her pics are on the reviews). I hope shes not a manager. Her team sees no wrong as shes telling them I am accusing her of bad attitude. Its simple if you do not like your job don't work there. If customer service is not your thing thats a person problem. Customers dont have any fault if you have a bad day. I left. I dont need an order made with spit or bad vibes. To top it off i was the only person in drive thru.
