Panda Express

This is the best Panda Express I have been to. The cooks are great especially during lunch time. The white rice is moist and delicious. The Angus steak is soft. I can't tell you how many times I have had Panda in other locations and my food is either under or over cooked. This one is just right. Good job everyone! 😁👍

I wanted to take this time to say that the Cashier Alondra was very helpful and patient, I had a hard time loading my app to get my rewards and she helped me through it. The workers are nice and keep the place clean. They usually get through the line pretty quick. The food taste the same as any other Panda Express. The only thing is some of the cooks sometimes over cook some of the dishes and chow mein, not very often but it happens. That's why i gave this place a 4🌟!

This is the closest Panda Express to my house and I have no complaints. Service has been good every time I have come in. My favorite items are the Orange Chicken and Beijing Beef. They share the plaza with a few other businesses so at peak times you may not find parking right in front.

The food LOOKED great but could have tasted better. The orange chicken wasn't at all crispy but had good flavor. The walnut shrimp was great. The beef in the broccoli beef was pretty much inedible. The chow mein was fresh but didn't taste like anything. It definitely needed soy sauce. Overall, it was fine for a quick and filling meal.

I came to this Panda Express to get some chow Mein and orange chicken. They had spicy orange chicken so I got that instead and a fanta strawberry for my drink. I found parking just fine and customer service was alright. Portion size is still small here.

Unfortunately, I DID NOT receive a FULL SERVING of my SUPER GREENS. I received 5 pieces of broccoli, and minimal pieces of kale and cabbage. **This is the 3rd time in the row that I have been unhappy with the SUPER GREENS... One time there was hardly any of the yummy garlic sauce, and this is the 2ND TIME that I received less than a full serving of the super greens. I think I will not be going to Panda Express again for quite some time.

Panda Express at 20515 Devonshire St offers a decent dining experience. The friendly staff adds to the positive atmosphere, and the standard Chinese cuisine is enjoyable. However, the disposable tableware is disappointing. The beverage cups, in particular, have poorly closing lids, which can lead to spills. Despite this, the overall experience is still satisfactory.

I like this location but they seem to be tight on the meat portions. I got a small side if beef and broccoli and only had 2 pieces if beef in it. They redid it and gave me more beef so that was fine. I got 2 entrees of string beans chicken and there was very little chicken.

Good food but the restaurant was really dirty. I found the cleanest table. Other patrons had to use napkins to clean up themselves. That's a failure on the employees. The cashier should spend less time soliciting for donations and more time making sure the restaurant is clean.

The food was average for a Panda, but the worst part was waiting in line to choose my meal. The line was near enough to the bathroom that it just smelled like sewer gas escaping into the restaurant. This was not appetizing. The staff here could also be a little more friendly and outgoing.

Looks like the lady working here is new . Teriyaki chicken portion was less than a half of what supposed to be , didn't complain because the restaurant was busy. Was there 12/15 at 4:30

Ambience is good. Food is somewhat okay. Sometimes we got half cooked chicken dishes here. Most of the time, they serve very less quantity of food.

Stop asking for a tax deferrable donation. I want to offset my own tax liability. Quit typing my chow mien and rice into the pockets for my entrees. Be more cognizant about the chow mien and rice when you refill the large trays so you don't let them dry on the edges of the trays. It's annoying when you bite into what is supposed to be soft and it turns out to be crunchy hard dry and... Wipe the tables more frequently and mount that layer towel dispenser in the bathroom correctly. It's hanging.

Waited more than 15 minutes for string bean chicken. employees do not acknowledge customer is waiting and cook goes ahead and begins cooking different item that is STILL available. When I inquired about it, I overheard the cook say to " chill and calm down". Horrible experience! The place is always crowded .

They always skimp on the portions. I've been going to panda express for about 10 years and they always fill up the container. This is the only location I've been to that doesn't. Admittedly the staff is really nice but I spend $10+ and leave disappointed and hungry everytime. Today was my last visit. I'll stick to other locations...

Not a good location. Rice is always old, and dishes usually are. Location, esp drink counter is always a mess. Have to wait for food a lot of the time. Resturant needs to make less food more often to keep it fresh.

If here was an option to put one star, I would put it. I am a regular customer at Northridge/Reseda Panda Express, I decided to come here but I regret this decision. The food seems like a week old and not fresh. The chow mein's are all dried and the chicken is hard. Fix your meal quality

Bad attention, I placed an order for pickup When I got to the restaurant the cashier Steph charged me again, I told her I'd already paid but she ignored me, I thought something was wrong on the app but no actually she didn't want to help me in Spanish because she didn't pay attention what happened exactly with the payment. I got frustrated and angry because nobody resolved my problem. So bad 👎 I didn't find a phone number for makin a complain, I'd like somebody help me. Thank you all.

It's 7:14 pm, you have 4 entrees empty out and two chefs standing around. Last week you had 7 entrees out, dinner time.... I understand, but seriously why not cook? Are you sold out of food? Help us understand. The person in front and behind me in line remarked the same thing. For some reason your location only cooks to order. Every time we walk in it's always scraps. I hope corporate takes notice.

Reason I am rating this location with a 1 star is because the chow mein and rice weren't really seasoned right, they both tasted burnt. Even the eggroll ordered taste rotten. Great customer service but horribly seasoned food. I started throwing up so be careful.

My fault for trusting panda express over and over again expecting them to improve their food.They leave the food out for hours until it sells. I got 3 servings of the shrimp and I could tell they've been left out a while, not juicy they were dry and crusty. Still ate them, about 30 minutes later I threw up and had chest pain. Nasty how they let food sit out for that long, I should have asked them to make new shrimp and waited, so I accept some of the blame. I know when they make it fresh it goes down better.....But some of my shrimp tasted off, gross. Wish they were more fresh but that's panda for you, especially in california, even the panda express in mexico is probably more clean and cares more about the freshness of the food....

this is the worst Panda around. They have fewer selections, items are always almost out or look dried up in the bowl,, and the employees seem like they just don't care about anything. Plus don't go late because they won't make anything fresh. I usually go to one on topanga and bassett where the food tastes better, the service is better and even late they will make something they are out of

I have never seen so many staff members as confused as these people today @ 2:17pm. 1st they couldn't figure out what 3 orders of Rangoon were, then the cashier couldn't figure out what I meant when I said I need all the types of sauce. She literally only gave me soy sauce and chili sauce. There's like 4 more different sauces fool.

Similar complaint about availability of food. I came in around 8:55 and was told that teriyaki chicken is not available cause they turned off the oven, then why would you be open if you are already turned off your equipment 40 minutes before. I get it, you want to close on time and the pay is low but then put the disclaimers or something that after certain time nothing is available.

ZERO FOOD. This location does not actually make food... I'm pretty sure the employees are STEALING the meat. You can regularly visit this location if you want to see off the bowls empty. THIS PLACE FAILS EVERY NIGHT, TWICE ON SUNDAYS!

I like the food, but i really dislike the fact that they act like a PANHANDLERS asking for a $1 or your change every single time and to everyone, then they go and declare the money as a tax ride off . I want to be able to go buy food at any time and not being treated like cash easy fix . I usually donate , but everytime i go is just too much specially when i dont have much money other then for my dinner. They make me feel lile a bad person because i cant donate every single time.
