Opinions de Patxi's Pizza Los Angeles
The pizza was great. We came about an hour before closing and they offered us excellent service. Our server was very helpful. We ordered the pan pizza and loved it. Will definitely stop in again next time I am in Porter Ranch.
Mario was great, helped us order, and provided his expertise in selecting exactly what we wanted. We happened to arrive early and had our choice of table, and we're seated quickly. We shared an ample chopped Italian salad, and each chose a different sandwich. It was Sunday, and they had big screen TVs for anyone interested in the NFL. Nice people, and great Italian flavors. The Marinara there is real tomatoes.
We just visited Patxi’s Pizza in Porter Ranch. It is certainly the best Pizza in Porter Ranch and quite possibly in the valley. We had the 5meat Pizza Pie. It was stuffed with pure goodness. On top of that, meatballs were our appetizer, sooooooo good!
The food was delicious, we ordered the potato wedges, the 10’ Chicago pan pizza and the chocolate chip cookie and it was perfect for 2 people. The waiter was super nice, friendly and even offered to bring a little dough ball for our baby to play with. Will definitely be back!
I've tried many pizza places, but this is one of my favorite. Some may have good toppings but with burnt cardboard-like dough, and have super tangy sauce. Some are too greasy to the point where oil seeps through the pizza box, but not Patxi's. Their pizza is perfect compared to the many places I've tried-good cheese, dough, and just the right ratio of ingredients for a pizza. I can still eat the pizza crust because it is still soft and not burnt or overcooked like a biscuit. One time they did make one mistake when we ordered split toppings and some toppings got swapped. Try to remember your toppings when they show you the pizza before leaving. We usually order the thin crust, but we once accidentally ordered the pan crust and surprisingly it turned out pretty good, but personally I still prefer a thin crust. Not a fan of the sauce on top. They do take a bit longer to bring the food out so we usually order for pick up. Parking around there can be a bit tricky when you go during peek hours.
❤️❤️ this place! Always greeted & seated right away. Started off with the Sausage Roll (wlCalabrian dipping sauce) and Caesar Salad 🥗 (definitely recommend spending $ to add anchovies to the entree portion). We had to try both their Deep Dish (got The Favorite) and Thin Crust Pizzas 🍕🍕 (Funghi). Both delicious 😋😋. Their Red Sangria 🍷🍷 was light and refreshing. DIANA took great care of us. A bit pricier than other pizza places but feel it's worth the splurge.
It has both indoor and outdoor. I went with my friend without any expectations. Staffs are kind Reasonable prices and great pizzas and salads. The thick pizza dough was impressive and delicious. Perfect with a beer. I was happy to spend a great time.
Everything was fresh and soooo delicious! The staff were all so nice. Ambiance was chill and great for family dinner or catching up with friends. The meatballs were bomb 👌🏼 We tried both deep dish pizza and thin crust and both were reaaallyy gooood 🤤 The location itself was beautiful, you can stroll along the shops at The Vineyard after your meal. Highly recommend ✅ 🍕❤️
Oh man, the crust is SO yummy! Boys shared Three Meats pizza, 14", and I shared Margherita, also 14". They were so good we polished them both off. The crust was light and airy and the sauce was just right. Not too tangy or sweet. Then came dessert... we did the Apple one (I forgot the name of it but they only have 2, this one and a S'mores). OMG, it was so delicious. We shared one between the 4 of us and it came out nice and warm, not hot, so we could bite right into it. The caramel was perfect, not too thick and not too sweet. Honestly, next time maybe we will take one to go and throw a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Kids can't wait to go back.

My husband and I have been wanting deep dish pizza and we had errands in the area so we decided to try this place. Although I've had deep dish pizza before, I've not had original Chicago style deep dish so I have nothing to compare it to in that sense. However, I will say this was very good! Friendly and helpful staff as well. My husband and I got the Greek salad to share (you can add chicken if you like, we opted out), we probably could have each eaten our own. Splitting it was like 2 small side salads. Then we got the "5 Meats" deep dish pizza in a 12" which is 8 slices. It was absolutely delicious. Love the flavor of sauce, it was very fresh. The meats were full of flavor as well and not greasy. Plenty of cheese! The pizza didn't feel heavy even after eating 2 slices. The crust was great! Not too doughy or dry. They also offered us honey to put on the crust which I loved. I would definitely grab pizza here again.

This deep dish pizza meet my expectations. While it may seem pricier, the quality truly justifies the cost over quantity. The 14-inch pie is incredibly filling and easily serves three people. The addition of honey to the crust was a brilliant touch, providing a delisting sweet and fluffy treat.
Wonderful staff, exceptionally warm & friendly. Their meatball appetizer was soft, juicy, fresh and herby and just delicious (they come in a bread bowl!!) Pizza is probably my personal favorite deep dish style pizza - healthy amount of sauce that doesn't drown the fillings and the cheese was nice and gooey (they're definitely closer than Hollywood Pie, and the parking is 1000% nicer) Wings were okay, i definitely prefer extra crispy wings and these were not close, tasty buffalo sauce though. i tried a sangria on a whim and it was so tasty i ordered another. i do have to note that i am 100% not a wine person, lol
For this kind of pie, their isn't a whole lot of options in the SFValley. We had place that a perfect pizza pie right up until they changed owners... the new guys couldn't reproduce the Klymaxx pizza. White or Red with half Roma tomatoes and clumps of sausage. Thick crunchy chewy crust. Like I said perfection. So I went to Patxis to see how close I could get to the Klymaxx pizza using their process of making pizzas. Turns out not really close. A good tasty 🍕 pie but not what I was looking for. Still worth going back. I think next time I will try their signature 🍕 pies. My one harsh critique would be their Buffalo wings. They came out pale, spongy and hairy. Yes hairy... because they bake their wings the hairy gristle remained on the pieces where if they were deep fried wouldn't be an issue. Please find an alternate cooking method. Consider this an incomplete observation of this place. We also ordered the garlic bread appetizer... sooo good with the marinara dipping sauce. The service was excellent. Nice location in the Porter Ranch Vineyards.

Service was great, Atmosphere is beautiful. Sadly the items we got other than the Burrata Bruschetta were not good at all. Both the Buffalo Chicken pizza and Margarita were very unappetizing and for 72$ total honestly a complete ripoff. Their food looked amazing which heavily disappointed us both, possibly we chose the worse of the items on the menu. Would love to one day edit this review but sadly I can’t see myself dropping almost 100$ for pizza like that ever again. 4 customers and none of us were satisfied.
Arrived at 3:45pm on a Friday and there were plenty of seating available. We got seated right away and greeted at the table. After that the service was really slow. Took 40 minutes to get our pizza and it was a disappointing pizza. It was a pan Chicago style but very “soupy” & hard to eat. Ingredients were fresh but I wouldn’t go back and i didn’t take the left overs home. Prices are high in my opinion for what it is. It was a cold windy day out and they had the doors open, it was very cold inside.

I ordered the thin crust 3 meat pizza for delivery and this was probably the worst pizza I've ever had since my cafeteria days in elementary school. The crust was so hard like cardboard so my jaw got a good workout. I tried to just pick the toppings off but the sausage was like greasy shavings and not sure how to even explain the terrible cheese and pepperoni. Worst experience of my life and i so regret the calories!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came here Tuesday dec 30th, 2025 at 6pm . We were a group of 3 coworkers looking for a good dinner to exchange Christmas gifts. We work with kids so we were dressed in casual clothing. The first waiter was a man who profiled us and first thing he said was “we don’t take cash” and was not welcoming at all. The next interaction was with a woman waiter who did not let us order coffee or tea because it was too inconvenient for the machine to work. DO NOT GO HERE .
We had a very disappointing experience at Pixie’s Pizza. At Porter Rach location. Our order was placed at 5:09 PM, but the pizza was delivered only at 6:29 PM—over 1 hour and 15 minutes later. To make matters worse, our appetizer arrived after the pizza, which shows a complete lack of order management. Later, we found out that our order was not entered properly, yet there was no apology from the staff or management. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager, Mario, used misbehavior and inappropriate language, showed a rude attitude, and treated us disrespectfully. We felt he treated us differently because he assumed we were international, which was extremely uncomfortable and upsetting. At the end, the manager threw a “free dessert” at us with attitude, as if that would excuse the poor service and behavior. Without any reason, he even threatened to call security, which felt intimidating and insulting. He even yelled on waitresses poor lady. Such a rude manner. This experience completely ruined our happy evening. No customer should ever be made to feel biased against or disrespected. Very poor service, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable behavior from management. We will not be returning.
We really wanted to like Patxi's and we really like the Caesar salad and the chicken soup, but when you go to a pizza place you want great pizza and Patxi's just isn't it for me. The Chicken Tikka Masala pan pizza didn't taste like chicken Tikka Masala, just chunks of chicken in tomato sauce with cheese and crust underneath. The crust was tasteless and not a good texture. They appropriately took it away and offered us another choice so we ordered the Napolitano vegetable pizza but it was somewhat below average for a pizzeria. The kids cheese pizza is a good deal but the kids macc and cheese portion is quite small and has a flavor that our kid didn't like.
We had dinner today at this place. We felt like they judge people here based on clothes. We were wearing nice casual clothes. We were greeted with “we do not take cash”. We entered restaurant around 8:15 pm service was fast , food was ok not over the top. But we felt the person who was serving us rushed us and kind of disrespectful in passive way. He did not give us time to order in peaceful way instead kept on checking too much. We do not drink alcoholic beverages, upon asking if you have any virgin drinks or Heineken 0 kind of drink the person said no rather that giving us any option of juice or any other . Biased, racial people serving this place. We were planning to have dessert and he did not even ask for dessert and straight brought us bill. Time of closing was 11 pm. WE WOULD NEVER GO THIS PLACE.
I had a very disappointing experience at Pixie Pizza. We went there yesterday for dinner with my family to celebrate my birthday before I had to fly out of town for a work trip. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple family dinner turned into a frustrating 2.5-hour ordeal. We placed our order at 5:09 PM. For the first 45 minutes, nothing arrived—not even a starter. I had to check in with the manager to ask what was going on. Our starter finally arrived almost an hour after ordering, and the explanation we received was simply that they were “busy,” even though we felt completely ignored by both the waiter and the manager. Our pizzas didn’t arrive until 1 hour and 15 minutes after the order time. By then, the kids were hungry and upset. To “make up for it,” they threw in a pre-appetizer and dessert, which together were worth no more than $14, especially since we arrived during happy hour. This did not come close to compensating for the excessive delay. When I raised concerns with the manager, Mario, he was extremely rude and dismissive. His response was essentially, “Yeah, we gave you a free appetizer and dessert,” as if that justified the situation—on my birthday, no less. Because the service took so long, we were stuck at the restaurant for 2.5 hours, and I ended up missing my flight. A dinner that should have taken 45 minutes completely derailed my evening and travel plans. While the pizza itself was decent, good food does not make up for poor service and rude management. There are many other great pizza places in this area that respect their customers’ time. I will never return to this restaurant.
