First time here. Really good experience (Shout Out to Faith our server). Plenty of Beers 🍻🍻 on tap. Tried Finney's Blood Orange beer and it was very refreshing. Shared Bacon Deviled Eggs 🥚, Buffalo Cauliflower, Cheeseburger Sliders 🍔, Sausage & Garlic Pizza 🍕, Kahlua Pork Carnitas Tacos 🌮🌮. Tacos were my favorite (dressing/sauce is 😋😋). Inside & outside seating.
I usually go to their location in westlake and it was my first time in Porter ranch, but they are just as delicious here. I’m not really much of a burger person but that all changes when I’m here, especially their jalapeño egg burger. They also have great cocktails and appetizers (Bavarian pretzel is a favorite of mine).
Best service I ever had. We've been there multiple times and I took my boys last night and we had the type of service you hope for. Melissa was our waitress and checked on us often enough that if something we needed occurred to us she just appeared. When my son finished his sprite and asked for another she appeared right behind him with another. She even asked our names. The rest of the staff helped to bringing us things so that we never felt we had to wait more than expected. We felt like V.I.P.'s the whole time. Melissa had the whole big patio area with seven or eight tables but managed it like an air traffic controller. We'll be back.
Always pass by and see lots of people here, finally stopped by to see what all the fuss is about. Checked out the menu they had outside first to see if it was even something we would like. Once walking in the I loved the vibe immediately! The decore was nice and simple and I loved the exposed brick walls. We were seated right away (we were the early lunch crowd so not many people yet). The menu is small and simple yet has a good variety to chose from. The prices were extremely reasonable, I thought we would be paying more from the looks of the place. The onion ring tower was good, they were nice and crispy but not oily, the hint of Parmesan was a great addition! I got a Finneys burger but substituted rhe pickled onions for grilled onions, the white cheddar for Gouda, and added grilled mushrooms. It was delicious! Ordered well done (because I'm pregnant and that's what's Dr's recommend) and to my surprise it was still a nice and juicy burger! Had a great flavor and just the right size! The pastrami Ruben was also very good, comes with homemade chips that are tasty. I will definitely return to try out more of what they had to offer. The staff was very nice and on top of everything.
First visit to Finny’s and I was happily surprised at how delicious the new A5 Wagyu burger was prepared. The bacon was slightly overcooked. However, the burger was succulent and full of flavor. Every bite to the end was scrumptious. The carnitas tacos were a little less appetizing. The pickled ingredients were overbearing and took away from the carnitas flavor. I’d recommend the A5 Wagyu! Enjoy!!
Finney’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an American gastropub that’s family friendly and offers quality food and drinks. I’ve been to at least four locations and they’re all pretty great. The only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is that the food portions are a bit on the smaller side. For example, if you’re an active adult male (like my hubby) and you order shrimp tacos as your entree, you’ll likely need to add a salad with protein or an appetizer. Aside from that minor note, highly recommend!
Went there for a beer. Didn't know they had 30 on tap. Great selection and then my friend wanted a certain beer that they didn't have. Lauren the shift leader mixed beers and made a perfect beer for my friend. The whole staff is friendly and amazing people. Even the cheaper happy hour food was amazing. There's a bar there's also what we call German seating where everyone sits down and one big long table even if you don't know each other and then there's also personal tables. This was in the middle afternoon it gets full quick it was a 30 minute wait for a table but if you don't mind sending them next to people you don't know it's first come first serve on the German seating. We had lots of fun the staff made it even more fun Lauren made it even better. Thank you guys
First time here and it won’t be my last! I met up with a girlfriend for dinner and we shared the Pretzel Appetizer which came with three sauces which were all amazing. I can’t even remember what they were but one was a mustard and one was more like a jelly. It was delicious and I would get again. They have a large variety of flat bread pizzas as well. We went with the sausage and garlic pizza, but they all looked good. They have a large selection or beers and cocktails, which I can’t have now because I’m pregnant but I’ll go in the future and try! Our waitress Camryn was wonderful and the ambiance inside is nice. They have indoor and outdoor seating. We went on a Tuesday evening and had to wait about 20 minutes but it went by fast. Shared parking lot with the AMC movie theater and other restaurants.
I've been wanting to go to the Finneys by my place, and as far as American food chain restaurants, this is probably one of my favorites. The food is quite tasty but also not smothered with grease. They just don't feel too heavy. I took my dad and we split the Bavarian Pretzel, and we both ordered our own Bison Burger, grilled medium. The Bavarian Pretzel was large and easily shareable. It had a great balance of softness, chewiness, and salted flavor. While you can easily eat it plain, the 3 sauces took it up another level. Between the cheese, sweet mustard, and caramel, I mostly love mixing the sweet mustard and caramel in order to get that tanginess with the sweet. The Bison Burger, while presentation wise may look a little sparse, it made it up with excellent, savory flavor. I had the mustard aioli on the side so I can taste the Bison patty by itself, and it is well-seasoned and not dry, which is great to have considering it is a leaner meat compared to beef. The mustard aioli was a great compliment to the burger and it is a must have. The smoked gouda, bacon jam, and cherry peppers added some flair without overshadowing the Bison patty. They all just worked well together. Lastly, Veronica was super attentive and friendly. Great service all around and great ambience to boot! I'll definitely come back here to explore more of their menu!
Great service, Diana seated us. The Menu is a perfect selection of "bar food" and I mean that as great praise. Seating is fast and customized to your preference. Acoustics are surprisingly conducive to conversion. Background music not overpowering or offensive. I have to say that the staff really worked well together and we're all very attentive.
I came here for lunch last week on Friday. We were seated upon arrival. The manager (Staci) who took us to our table was very sweet and made us feel very much welcomed. During our meal she came back to check up on our table. Exceptional service!!! There was plenty of lighting, great atmosphere and there is a full bar with lots of seating area to enjoy and watch sports for those sports enthusiasts. There’s also outdoor seating with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors while enjoying your meal, or drinks. I ordered the Blackened Ahi tuna sandwich and OMG!! it was delicious!! Made to perfection. If you love Ahi you will love this one. It came with potatoes chips, and they tasted fresh and just that right crisp to them. My mother ordered the Chicken chipotle sandwich and she loved it so much she would normally eat only half, but this time she couldn’t resist herself and didn’t take any in a box. As we were leaving, we noticed people waiting to be seated and the restaurant was full. This place gets packed very quickly. Will definitely be back again.
Came here with my friends. My servers name was Steven. He was super nice :) !! He attended us when we needed him and we were seated right away. This place gave the best service ever !! Highly recommend the wings and drinks. Thank you sm for making this a great experience Steven !
Pretty amazing happy hour! It was packed but we found two seats at the bar luckily since this couple was leaving. I recommend arriving early. Craft beers were $6 and a generous pour, doesn’t get any better than that. Loaded fries are an absolute must. Pretty small portion but surprisingly filling.
Another awesome place! Great staff and lively atmosphere. Good drink selection too. Hungry? Get the Nashville sliders and cheese steak rolls, both are delicious. The Nashville sliders have some good heat. I got both and could not finish. Best old-fashioned I’ve ever had! Picture taken of food leftover when I was done.
This place has quickly become a favorite of ours. We first visited the one in Ventura and we're thrilled when they opened one near us. While you may wait a bit (depending on when you go) the wait is worth it. Service is always good (especially if you get Ant as your server) and the food is always fresh and good. Great atmosphere and on a nice day the patio is great even though it is a bit small. Overall, we love this place and will continue to go back.
Excellent and friendly service at this brew pub that features many interesting local beers. The pretzel was well browned and slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The wide selection of brews is well curated and had something for everyone - Belgians, IPAs, and wheats.

We had amazing service by Elsy. Thank you so much Elsy! Our first time here and food was great. Manager came to check up on us very friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and fam. Try the Peggy's Chicken Sandwich, chef's kiss 😙🤌
Nick was our server. He was so fun and had such a big personality. He was super great and quick with food recommendations and service. It was our first time and definitely won’t be our last!
This spot is amazing! Especially before a movie or just for a family/friend meetup. I can't say enough how much Finneys fits into our 'must-go' spots especially when AMC is next door. Great food, beers, and cocktails! Plus sports and the atmosphere just hit right. Don't ask questions and try it out.
Finney's happy hour rocks, in spite of it going 3-5 Monday-Friday. I got the burger and craft beer for $16. They have drink specials for beer, wine and some of their cocktails. Their Old Fashioned made with Old Forester bourbon was solid and was $8. Their pepperoni flatbread looked very good and I think that was $9. One of my buddies ordered the nachos instead. We sat on the patio but they had heat lamps hanging from the ceiling so it was very warm. California is way expensive but the happy hour is first rate. I meet my friends there every Christmas when I am in town. The service was GREAT so we tipped her 20%. It was well deserved. The electronic device for payment made it easy to split the tab.

I had never been to Finney's before, but it's a terrific place to try something new. One of the menu's favorites, Peggy's Chicken Sandwich, was excellent. For the complete experience, I suggest serving it with fries. Although it could have been a little crispier, the pizza was still enjoyable. The appetizers were particularly noteworthy; the loaded tater tots and avocado egg rolls were particularly tasty.
The food is ok. Not spectacular. We had loaded tator tots and Chicken sandwich. My grandson liked his kids pizza.
This was my third time having lunch at Finney’s Crafthouse. The food has been good and consistent, and the location is convenient, especially if you are already shopping nearby. That said, I cannot help but feel the place was stronger when it first opened. Each visit has felt a bit different, largely because the staff seems to change constantly. Everyone has been young, polite, and well intentioned, but also very transient, which gives the impression of limited continuity or oversight. What really stood out happened recently when I accidentally left my glasses on the table. I tried calling the restaurant several times on Saturday, 12/13, during normal business hours. No one answered. The phone rang endlessly before routing to a voicemail that was full and instructed callers to try again during business hours, even though it was, in fact, business hours. I tried another option on the phone system, including ordering, with the same result. It was genuinely surprising. That experience reinforced a feeling I have had for a while. It seems like a business that may be prioritizing expansion over quality and operational details. When something as basic as a full voicemail or unanswered phones goes unresolved, it suggests management may be stretched too thin or disconnected from day to day realities. Finney’s is still a decent spot for food, but the polish and attentiveness that once made it stand out feel diminished. Regarding reply below, it wasn't as much that nobody answered, (yea that was odd) it was the fact that the voicemail was full... that is a sign.
The deviled eggs were delicious. Atmosphere is super noisy. Hard to talk to others in the group but service is fantastic. Wish they had a better variety of food with no spicy sauce.
Gastropub with (6) CA locations, I visited the Porter Ranch location. Open layout good for socializing and ample TVs' for sporting events. I started with the Mini Ahi Poke Tacos, which were good and as small as advertised. They were good, but I expected a little more for the price. Once I saw the Onion Rings stack, I had to have it and they were very, very good, beer battered topped with parmesian and with dipping sauces of sirachi ketchup & ranch. I ordered the Smoked Tri-Tip sandwich which was tasty, but a bit chewey for smoked meat. Great selection of local brews sorted on the board by type. Service was a bit off, wrong order brought once as server took wrong order from the kitchen and servers not sure what tables they are delivering to. Was looking for our waiter for some time when ready to pay. Taste **** Quality/Freshness **** Presentation/Uniqueness *** Service ** Atmosphere *** Bar **** Cleanliness *** Value ***
Finney's Porter Ranch is located inside of the Vineyards at Porter Ranch, Calif. Today, Friday, we had to wait for 55 minutes to get two seats. If you are a beer lover, this is the place for you to enjoy with a variety of beers. The cocktail I had is average with massive ice cubic. Waiters and waitresses are outstanding and friendly. But, it is a very noisy place to dine.
Definitely recommend the coconut shrimp. I ordered the bison burger because it was a crowd favorite but to me honest it was too gamey. I could not finish it, it was gross. The best part about this place was definitely the drinks. The passion fruit mojito and Strawberry Field drink was delicious and very strong. Just went back and had the margarita flight, OMG bomb. Just tried their Hibiscus margarita which is 🔥. Had their flat bread pizza, totally for got what it's called and it was quite delicious but made me sick to my tummy, could be because I was lactose.
Decent new restraunt, great covid protocols and above and beyond service. The 4 stars is because i wasn't a fan of the food. We tried lots of different options and nothing was OMG good and most was mediocre good. If you want good drinks, fantastic service and okay food this is your place. Now to review the food.. The bacon tater tots are okay a bit under cooked and mushy. The parmesean garlic wings were saucy but not very flavorful. The Buffalo wings are very mild and again not too much flavor. The carnitas nachos were good but the portion if actual carnitas was very small as you can see in the photo. As much as I wanted to love the chicken and waffles they were terrible the waffle itself was hard, and the chicken tasted like garlic which made the dish a not balanced sweet and savory flavor. I'm not sure I'd come here again unless it was to have a drink.
Nice atmosphere! The food is really good, you have to start with one of their great appetizers. My friend and I had the cauliflower buffalo wings with blue cheese crumble and a really great creamy sauce on the plate, we have the hot sauce on the side. I have the Moroccan salad with salmon which was so full of flavor very delicious highly recommend. My friend had the prosciutto and arugula flatbread pizza which was amazing! The beers are the way to go! I decided to have one of their cocktails which I thought was tasty but not enough alcohol in it for the price, tasted more like flavored lemonade. But overall I recommend it for a nice evening with great food and the help are all very friendly. Went here again the following weekend ordered a couple starters like the coconut shrimp which was very tasty. Also had the roasted brussel sprouts with bacon and figs, it was amazing! Had the same Pizza but with cauliflower crust which was delicious! Justin waited on us and he was very attentive and so nice, all of the employees here are very upbeat and love their job. They accommodate if you are gluten free.
We had an early dinner here the other day and just waited about 15 mins for a table for 2. We had outdoor seating which was not bad because the area was covered. Staff were very friendly and they checked up on us quite frequently. The selection of local craft beer was extensive and our server made great recommendations. We tried their mini lobster rolls and chicken quesadillas and both are highly recommended. We also had the garlic parmesan wings which was not to our liking. Not to say that they were bad. It was good, but our preference for chicken wings were not how they prepared it. Hence the 4 star rating. Other than that, we highly recommend this place. Grab a bite and some beers. Then go watch a movie right next door. We’ll be coming back to try their burgers and other beers. Oh and one more thing…It’s not found in the menu, but we were told that they do offer beer flights! We’ll do that next time.
Their Cheesesteak Egg Roll was probably my prefer dish but their Yuzu Buffalo Wings was not my favorite. My friend and I finally got to try this place tonight. They don't take reservation so it's first come first serve. When I checked in around 5pm, I was told the wait would be about 30 minutes and you give them your number so when your table is ready, they'll text you. I started out with the chessesteak egg rolls and they were okay but I didn't not like their Yuzu Buffalo Wings. They don't tell you how many pieces you get, they say it's by weight but I got 8 pieces. The wings didn't have a lot of meat and the overall texture with the sauce was not tasty to me. I was told that was their popular dish but it just wasn't my favorite. The service was good, the only annoying thing was the flies flying around since they had the door open.
Very lively bar-vibe place. Food was just alright, but this is a good place to order some appetizers and drinks and chill and chat and watch sports. Sliders and wings were the best things we ordered. Chicken was well fried. Wouldn’t recommend the Parmesan garlic flavor but the texture is great. Moroccan salad also has a really tasty dressing but was dragged down by the unchewable steak add on. They offer a nice ice cream sandwich birthday special. The wait is usually very long at peak meal times, but they have a bar area with a long table that is first come first serve.
We arrived on a week night at around 4:15 p.m. and had to wait for a table. I do have to say that it was worth the wait! They have happy hour specials which were all fantastic the ahituna tacos, the garlic and sausage pizza , and the pretzel were all absolutely delicious.. $5 craft beer during happy hour was a welcome sight.. We also had a chicken club sandwich, a jalapeno Burger, and a truffle Burger, all were very good. We wish we had some room for dessert, maybe next time. Our server Nina Is professional, upbeat, and fun. She kept the waters coming just as we requested! Thank you Nina.
The food is good, not great. I feel like this is a place I would enjoy a lot more if I was also drinking. The carnitas tacos are okay, but the wasabi aioli is a strange choice for sauce. The pizza is edible, but not noteworthy.

Diana seated us, and the service was excellent. I have nothing but appreciation for the menu's flawless "bar food" selection. Seating is quick and personalized to your tastes. Conversion is surprisingly aided by acoustics. No rude or overbearing background music. We're all really attentive, and I have to admit that the crew worked incredibly well together.

This place was a hidden GEM. I was looking for a.place to watch my favorite NFL team 49ers. I went to TGIF and nothing. But then a customer at the bar told me about Finneys. I called to see if they had the game on, and they did. I left TGIF and went here. I have not been to this restaurant before. Even tho there was an 1.5 hour wait to get in. I spoke to t g e manager Troy, and he assisted. Then Avery at the front door host was nice friendly and kind. I sat down and Madie was my server. I get to eat and watch my 49ers. What a AMAZING Place. I will be back to try more items on the menu, and so will you.
We have been here 2 times and while the service was great and staff friendly and attentive. The kitchen was slow and some of the same dishes were overcooked the second time. It seems as though they are working thru the struggles of covid 19. Hopefully the service will stay and the kitchen will be able to keep up. Right now it's iffy.
Finney’s seemed to be decent the last couple times I went. But when I’ve gone, I usually just take beer to go. This time we got some food to go and it didn’t look that great when we got it back home. not to mention the two girls in the picture chitchatting we’re just standing there while my bag, in the background, was getting cold. I had to go up to them and ask if that bag was mine. Some of the negative reviews that I’ve seen are talking about this kind of service. Hey,manager have a talk with your employees. Sorry girls to expose you but this place was pretty crowded so you really need to stay on top of it. We just ordered the mini lobster rolls, mini Ahi poke tacos, and the avocado egg rolls. These were all starters so the serving was small. While driving back to our place, the food must’ve rolled around a little so that’s why the non-appetizing look of the photos is obvious. The flavors weren’t bad but I keep going back to those two girls at the front counter not paying attention. This area in Porter Ranch is really nice but very crowded, parking can be hard to find, but there are a lot of other choices as well for food and shopping.

Inside the restaurant was so loud I could barely hear my party talk. Probably better on the patio. Food was just okay: We had burgers, fries and onion rings. Really liked the Blueberry Lemonade and Cobb Salad.
This place was crowded. They don’t reserve a table when you call them, and you must wait at least 30 min to get a table on weekends. The servers are kind of annoying, they want you to order quickly, eat drink quickly, pay and go, because they are fully loaded. But this act is making the guests uncomfortable. On top of all these, if you want to get an internet access, no one helps, even if its urgent for you. They just reply by saying, the problem is from your cellphone. In order to be fair I can say that draft beer was acceptable.
Well I guess the public's expectations are pretty low because it was crowded. We're told it's a 20' wait....it was 45' & the waitress took another 20' to get our order. Why? Cuz she liked to yap with customers. The food was really average if not below. Not going back

But I'm really upset with the customer service.Alexis, give us is not the first time or the second time, so me and my family. We decided to look for another place where We feel welcome Every time we go, she's working.we get there at 8:10 We order our Food by 8:50 she just come to us And she goes, I'm sorry, are you guys done? Terrible restaurant. Service was slow, the margarita was so sweet, the soda water had a very bad taste and the Happy Hour carnitas nachos were so dry & tasteless. Nothing about this place is worth going back to.
