The newer Starbucks always have the best ambience for being productive and getting work done, and this location is no exception. The windows let plenty of light in, and the comfortable seating and ample charging outlets make this a great place to stay for over an hour. My drink was also great, and the bathroom was clean.

Lara and aileen we’re actually good customer service felt like VIP access when I entered the room gave me a complimentary drink and a very welcoming customer service. I would definitely come by. They have really good service really good atmosphere and also good food. Definitely dig the environment and I will definitely come here again just off the customer service alone.

I was with my 8 friends today. We ordered mocha cookie frappuccinos & a coffee. Lara was so kind that she offered to take a picture. It was on 04/28/24 Lara was at 8232 De Soto Avenue when she offered to take a group picture. Thanks so much for the nice drinks (coffee, etc.) and for the great customer service from Lara, Janny, Chelsea, Mercedes, Jam, Priscilla, Aileen. Thank you so much.
Esparada was absolutely great! She acknowledged us immediately as we walked up, although she was working on the customer’s request ahead of us! She was very attentive and made us aware of where the napkins were located around the corner of the counter, while handing us our order. Friendly, professional, fast service w/positive energy!😀🫶🏽
I stopped by this Starbucks today after picking up food for my wife at a place in the same plaza. I wanted my mango Dragonfruit so after I got her food, I walked to this Starbucks. Their drive thru line was busy so good thing I went inside. There was no one in line so I was able to place my order right away. It took like maybe a minute or two for my drink to be ready. It's pretty nice inside and some people were just working in there. They also have a outdoor seating area as well. My drink was delicious and they put less ice like I asked.
I love this location. Everyone is nice and actually seems to care about the customers. Even the staff are nice even though I change my order a lot.. Highly recommend.

Fast drive through and extremely friendly staff inside. Very fast to help and get your order in so your time waiting is minimal. Parking 🅿️ is easy and the outside area is nice to enjoy your beverage.

They are extremely busy but the Employees are VERY efficient and friendly. Chelsea is obviously in charge, and I can't wait to come back and spend money.

Their services is always great but this time my drink was literally 5 sips and done.
And I didn’t order a cup of ice .... this is insane how am I going to pay for a refresher and get this? It’s not worth going in to complain, but are you serious? Most of the employees are nice though (:

I am sorry but this morning my two coffees were bad coffee we can take. I will say , just provide more training to the employees to improve product. In years…. For buying coffee with your organization this is the first time I reported a bad feedback.

I like the coffee, but the staff is definitely not nice at all, they help you with an angry face, I wonder why this coffee is so bitter, yes, it's supposed to be customer service? I hate having to go... (one of the rude ones is a tall girl who looks Asian, what a horrible way to serve, I'm paying, I'm not asking for free =@
Don’t order for pick up here. I paid extra $2.50 for cold foam and they didn’t give me any at all. I paid $7.70 for a drink that tastes horrible. Pay attention to your order notes.
I went in for a coffee and wanted to go to the toilet before ordering. The toilets have combination locks. I kindly asked the girl at the checkout for the code and she said she would only give me the code after I ordered. It was so humiliating. I will never set foot in Starbucks again.
I had the worst experience today 2/23/2025 at this location. I am a regular customer of this store I have never had an experience like today. I asked to use the bathroom and despite being a regular customer they would not let me use it because I did not have my wallet to buy something. I let them know that I was a regular customer I told them it was an emergency but they did not care. I think treating a regular customer like this seems terrible to me and therefore I will never return because I will spend my money where they treat me well. Thank you for treating me like this.
Cold brew has a sweetened flavor which it shouldn't be. I don't know if the container has been reused or what. When i brought this up, they said they made it normally. They didn't have a taste to see how much sweetened flavor it had acquired. If the process they made cold brew was normal, then they need to check their containers or something where they brew the coffee

Every time I ordered at this location a Latte, it’s like pure milk and although i get charged for oatmilk , they always put regular milk

The store is filthy crumbs on the counter where you pick up your order and on the tables where you sit to enjoy your food. The staff were also extremely rude very bad customer service skills.
