This is seriously the best Chipotle location I have ever been to! Mind you, I've been to many locations which I am not to proud to admit -__- lol Ryan is always on top of everything and the staff is always so friendly! I'm not sure what it is but my food always tastes so much better from this location.. Love it and will stay a Loyal Customer to them :P

Chipotle is great. They always make fresh and delicious food. I love their steak or carnitas bowl with black beans, rice, pico de gallo, corn, cheese, sour cream and some lettuce. Their chips and guacamole are so good 😍 those tortilla chips are so addicting 🤭 yummy 🤤

This is one of my favorite locations. I order lunch here a lot and just use the app, my food is ready for me once I get in so I don't need to wait in line. They once messed up an order of mine but made up for it with a free meal on my next visit. Brandy has always helped me out and even gives me follow up calls to make sure my order was just as expected, which is really cool. Kudos to Brandy and the rest of the Chipotle team here!

Used to order in person. Staff was always friendly and patient with my tedious orders for 4 people (e.g., light this, extra that, half of this and that). Now I order through the app and I'm equally satisfied. The app allows me to favorite orders and make edits if someone wants to change it up. The online orders offer increased speed of the ordering process without sacrificing accuracy. They even remember the forks too.

Love this Chipotle restaurant. It's convenient, right by the mall and the customer service is beyond amazing. Not only do they actually listen to your requests, they don't hassle you making you constantly ask for more of a certain ingredient, and they are quick. Most of my visits here have been 10-15 mins or less depending on how busy it gets.

Pretty decent chicken bowls. I love the corn salsa. I only order them because the burritos are too messy. My kids love them tho. I usually get my bowl with everything and extra corn salsa. On Halloween they have an amazing deal where if you come in your costume your bowl or burrito is $3.

Update - after contacting support and showing proof of purchase, they rectified the issue. Thank you This has been one of my go-to chipotles over the years and it’s usually fine. Today, around 2pm, all the employees were busy working on other tasks, so one of them told me they’d be right with me. I was the only one waiting. Waited for about 4-5 minutes for someone to come take my order. Food tasted alright, the guac was bright green and looked fresh. Once I started eating, I noticed the guac tasted a little funky. I looked inside the guac container and saw some nasty looking, stringy brown stuff. Don’t know what that was but it immediately grossed me out (see photo) and ended my lunch prematurely. By the time I come back to this chipotle they’ll probably have a whole new staff.

Chipotle is always a good spot to go. This location Is decent but doesn't seem like they have it "all" together. Just an observation, but I don't go to Chipotle for the service... it's the healthy lunch choice.

So, I love chipotle food. And the employees here are friendly. The reason I am giving this three stars is because it was crowded inside (good food, of course) and there were many men in line with masks dangling under their noses. I've started to see this as a management issue. Managers need to better protect their employees and other clients. When they don't or can't, you get people who don't care about others breaking cdc guidelines.

I had the chicken burrito bowl. It was good. The chicken was a little spicier than I would have liked. The thing I didn't like was they don't tell you how much spice is used. I've only been there one other time and that was 2-3 years ago. Their website is ridiculous. Everytime I initially tried to order the Postmates app cut me off to try and get me to place the order through them. I have had horrible, let me say that again, I have had horrible experiences with them. If the only way to place an online order with Chipotle, or any other metchant, is through Postmates. I will never do business with that metchant. I will go to their competition every time. Basically try at your own risk and if you're going to try placing your order online lookout for postmates. Good luck!

Ok location. I only say this because although polite, the staff was kind of preoccupied. Seemed to be discussing a lot of whatever was important to tasks, etc., while myself and others were trying to be rung up for our food. When I paid cash they had to go to another register behind them, which seemed to slow the process down, especially when I asked for my receipt, which they gladly gave me, but had to return back behind them to the other POS station. Burrito was made kind of loose so all the ingredients kept falling out even though I cut it in half, but the food was consistent with other locations, which made it alright.

Very clean store but takes way too long to fill your order and not very friendly. Just ok. U can tell these employees r just going through the motions. Not like some other fast food places where they focus on cs and a friendly and curtious attitude.

I just feel this Chipotle needs to be retrained the portions here are still super small didn't Chipotle train there staff to ease up on the portion control? , Other spot up the street is better for what you pay for, fresher too.

Ordered a quesadilla at the same time as someone else and he switched our orders. So I ended up getting the wrong one and I didn't notice until I got home. Otherwise, you already know Chipotle is great and keeps it consistent.

On my most recent trip - they got both the customer infront of me and my order wrong. They tried to charge me nearly double for what I ordered. If your total seems high, I would double check with them on what you ordered. They were kind enough to just let me through without throwing away my bowl and making a new one, which saved me lots of time. I also believe there was someone new working at the front. Overall - kind and courteous staff. Might get your order wrong - double check before paying if you feel something was incorrect.

It was a bit of a mess. They must not have anticipated the number of orders and ran out of white and brown rice, so it was just a small delay, but the white rice was undercooked when I finally got my order (which is what has always happened when you have to wait for rice at Chipotle). The kitchen looked to be a bit of a mess and the (young) employees were running a muck trying to keep up with the orders (good for business, bad for customer service), but they were trying. And as has, also, always happened when Chipotle employees are taxed, they are very cheap on the portions. So disappointed with this visit, and probably won't to back to this Chipotle, there are 3 within a few miles of each other and the one I normally go to is cleaner, quicker, and better organized/managed. Other than the rice being a little crunchy, and the meat being sparse, it was ok.

It's a great place if you like cold burnt chips and black guacamole! This is not a one time thing!! Only had really good chips when they first opened. Now the meat is dry and well chard. My last visit ordered large chips and wanted guacamole but was very dark in color and the bag of chips were on the counter cold and you could smell that they were overcooked besides being very brown no offer of regular size no apology for the inconvenience. I hope not all Chipotle's have changed because they served great food and service!

However, the younger guy who was making the food was not nice and didn't speak to any of the customers. He looked like he was inconvenienced by being there. The customer before me, myself, and the customer behind me all said "hello" and he just stared at us, waiting to hear our orders. He was fast and that's always appreciated but the portions were way too small plus the chips I purchased were overcooked. I'm giving it 3/5 instead of 1/5 because the girl at the register was nice (name is Everett on the receipt) and the food was good, even though the portion was small compared to other locations I've been to.

They have the worst service. I faxed an order and said that I would pick up my order at 11:30. I get there at 11:40 and wait 5 minutes for somebody just to acknowledge me and ask the name on the order. My order was not ready so I had to still wait. This is the 2nd time that I have faxed an order and have had to wait more then 5 minutes to get my order. They did not apologize at all for being late and waiting. I understand that they get busy but if they are that busy, they should have more then 2 people making the fax orders. I will not be going back to this Chipotle! Also, their chicken is burnt! I would not eat the chicken unless you liked blackened chicken

Quality has definitely gone down at the Chatsworth Chipotle. Very slow service, food is either overcooked or doesn't taste fresh. Staff is slow and seem to not have much experience. This Chipotle needs inspection by the corporate office. Travel a little farther to both Northridge Chipotle restaurants instead.

Going to be honest I've noticed that when you go around 7pm or later the workers begin to become a little more stingier with the portions and you have to ask them to give you the normal amount. To me this just sucks and the reason why they do this is so they don't have to go to back in order to restock because they know there going to close soon. Sucks but thats what happens when theres pure teenagers at this buisness and no manager to supervise.

This has to be one of the worst locations I've been to. Very lazy staff and you can see why when you meet the manager. Just seems like no one cares a bunch of hipsters just trying to do the bear minimum. Also some of the worst burrito wrappers I've ever seen. Your food doesn't even stay inside the burrito when you get home and eat it. Went in the other night at like 9:10pm (they close at 10) and they had no food left they said. No chicken, no rice, no beans etc. They claimed they were waiting for corporate to send them more food. I think they didn't wanna make more food, so they could close up and go home as soon as the time hit 10pm.

A gentleman before saying anything to me, said they were out of chicken & if a wanted chicken I would have to wait, I responded I don’t want chicken. I wanted steak. My servers customer service was good, she was polite. they had no protein ready, only Barbacoa. Everything else was empty. I don’t like barbacoa so I opted for just a veggie burrito. The grilled veggies were also empty… very unorganized establishment.

What's the point of letting me place a pickup order and telling me it will be ready on the shelf if when I get there it's A) not on the shelf and B)I still have to wait in line to ask the register girl to find my order in the back and hand it to me??? I order ahead so I don't have to wait and deal with people. If you're so concerned about people stealing pick up orders, then don't offer it at all

I love Chipotle, however I have been to this location twice and both times has been wrong and I still have not gotten any compensation for it. Reached out to Chipotle about this and I have not gotten any response back. I don't like to sugarcoat things, so this might be a bit harsh. I will still go to Chipotle, but I don't think I will go to this location ever again. - 03/17/22 - I ordered a bowl with the red sauce on the side through the app. I went to pick it up and didn't open it til I got home. When I got home and opened the bag, I received the wrong order (the bag had my name, but different person's entree". Not only that, but the sauce cup opened, and made a mess in the bag. I drove back to get my ordered, and it was remade. I also work at a restaurant, so I was very understanding of this first incident. I decided to give this location a second chance. - 04/14/22 - Ordered 2 burrito bowls both with EXTRA steak and rice through the app again. First bowl, everything was correct, had the extra rice and steak I asked for. Second bowl, looked pretty disappointing. It did not have the extra steak and rice I had asked for. It even looked less. Was not worth the $14 i paid for. Maybe they could've ran out but I would've been fine with waiting if they were going to make more. I ordered through an app. I understand people make mistakes, but we make mistakes so we can learn and improve. My second time going there was a disaster. I felt like I wasted my money on my second burrito bowl that I paid extra to get extra steak and rice. Only to get little to no steak and rice. I reached out to customer service, and hope they reach back to me this time.

This location is terrible. There are always super long lines but like 1 or 2 people working. They are always out of ingredients and very stingy on the portion sizes of their meats. I had to ask for them to give a proper amount for how much they are charging!!!

The service, with the exception of the one girl who was actually working while the managers and a few other people gossiped, was sad. The carne asada was almost empty so I took what little was left. It tasted bad. I didnt get any dressing for a salad I ordered and the aide if chips and salsa which I had to pay for was almost non existent. It took three times longer to wait to be rung up than it did for the girl working to make it. So sad. I use to lole Chipotle.

Definitely the worst chipotle location in the Valley. Always adding less food than they should be giving. Always takes forever, very slow. They never tell you what items they do not have before you order. Every time I come to this location, it’s an unpleasant experience.

Don’t come to this location. They are very rude & there burritos are half the size of any other chipotle I have ever gotten for my son. When I complained they just ignored me. Ridiculous!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS LOCATION. I’d rather drive further for better customer service.

This place is really bad with online orders. Both times I ordered from the app, I came in at the pick up time and it wasn’t ready. They didn’t start my order until I asked them to and then still had to wait because they were taking the orders of people in line first. What’s the point of doing online ordering if I have to wait longer than if I would’ve just came in and gotten in line. Waste of time.

So today I asked my daughter to get me a burrito on de soto in Chatsworth, little rice, little bean, chicken , bell pepper, instead guess what rice and more rice and no chicken - its why they always ask you - what rice you like? They want to super stuff you with rice it's the cheapest filler for them , what a scam, watch it or their load you up!!

Every time I come here during reasonable hours they are missing steak or guacamole or something else... God forbid I come an hour or two before closing or after opening almost guaranteed to be missing something.... good food, run by idiots.

Very unprofessional management, we received 7 burritos, not a single one had a name on it, given the pandemic nobody want's to try to open burritos and see the content and realize they're touching someone else's food. The manager offered a refund on one burrito which I have yet to see and today I received a burrito so small that should belong to the kids menu. I've never had any issues in the many years I've been a customer with other locations, not once.

This guy's are teenagers workers nobody knows what this guy's doing in this business only the cashier have more experience but all others are lost! Poor quality in my barbacoa burrito the beans was hard even the rice completely halfway cooked, the child make my burrito was fishing the meat on the container. 3 people was working on 1 customer, and the line was busy with 9 person's was a bad experience. I just eat half burrito!!!!

Not happy you know its bad when you are telling a new hire to lie to the customer that after 9 o'clock they won't make certain items and to lie and tell the customer that they don't have anymore. Ridiculous but thats laziness at its finest they don't want to clean it. All good make your way to the Nordoff location.

June 26,22 Around 12:30 afternoon there was an older man working up front taking my order. Instead of him worrying about my Oder he was busy looking around for his cashier. While I’m trying to order. He was so rude I almost just left the building. He ignored half my order. First time at this location. And the LAST. POOR SERVICE 😡

This chipotle is very poorly managed. I don’t blame the employees for being dejected. The stations are very messy, there are less workers to manage the lines, the tables are rarely wiped down. Overall, a very grimy chipotle lol

Asked for double chicken, kid gives me literally a quarter of a scoop more of chicken. Ask him if he’s serious and he laughs. Tell him he can remove the extra chicken because I’m not paying for double chicken if that’s all he adding. Tells me not to worry about it and then proceeds to try and charge me for double chicken. Do better.

This Chipotle team has and continues to be poorly managed. 7 people at the counter and when I approach, no greeting and everyone scatters to back of store. This happens often. Not once have I seen an improvement with management. Time to move to another food service.

I don’t typically waste time writing reviews on chain restaurants. But this chipotle is consistently understaffed, slow, food is always worse than other chipotles down the street. Save your money. Go to the one in porter ranch or the one near northridge.

2 people running the line while 5 people are in lunch sitting in lobby loud Laughing with each other while there is more than 10 people in line waiting during rush hour at 11:30 am, walked in at 11:30 got out at 11:55 while i was the 3rd person in line. Two beautiful women in front of me got the most overfilled bowls I've ever seen. Mine, barely half full. I asked for extra lettuce and the guy just sprinkled a few pieces on. Maybe if I were a woman I would get better service.

The worst chipotle by MILES. THe manager is the rudest lady who has zero clue of what she's doing. They re-did my online order - twice - both failed. DO NOT go to this spot, drive a little further and get what you actually want. In addition, i had the pleasure of avocado peels in my guac - DISGUSTING.

if you can just go to any other location in the area. They charge extra for salad dressing, which no other location does, and their portions are so tiny. They literally will put two pieces of meat and barely scoop anything with any of the portions. Some of the staff are beyond rude and act, entitled.

UNSANITARY!! Avoid this specific Chipotle. There are so many others around that are better food and service wise. 1. RED FLAG. This place is unsanitary. Witnessed an employee touch money and then touch food with her bare hands without washing them. HELLO???? Needs to be reported for health violations. 2. They skimp so hard on the portions. I got a chicken bowl and only got maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my whole bowl. The next closest chipotle is less than a mile. Go there instead. STOP COMING HERE. 3. Customer service? We don't know her. These are some of the most rude Chipotle employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Had to yell to get someone's attention to pick up my order when they were all standing around in a circle gossiping.

We were hungry and decided on Chipotle. They had a sign that their "press" was down - so NO Burritos and a few other items. Two managers and an employee were sitting at a table. We asked, can you just make the burrito and use a spatula to "press" it on the grill? NOPE - they couldn't do that. We left and looked for other options. Discovered Tacos El Tijuanense. They were delicious and did not disappoint. We'll head back to El Tijuanense where they can cook delicious food.

This location is the worst. Not only have they screwed up my orders multiple times, refused to make more fajita at 8pm when they close at 10pm saying its too late to make more or to get more lettuce out and each time i have tried to be patient and understanding about it. However, this last time I ordered 3hrs in advance only to be told at pick up that they don't have my order and I'll have to call customer service to resolve the issue myself. I ask if they can check the confirmation code or just make the food now as I have proof of the order/purchase and they tell me no, I'll just have to call customer service for a refund. I am so frustrated about this. I will never trust the online ordering nor will i be returning to this location ever again. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere if you actually want to get what you paid for.

Today 11/03/23 around 11:45am i went to get my food as i was in line the person next to me order 5-6 items and employee that was serving food not intentionally but dropped carne asada ( beef) in chickens almost 10-15 little chunks of beef in chicken. When my turn came I requested the employee if he can give me chicken from the back where they make online order as I don’t eat beef at all due to my allergies. He refused and said in rude way that their is no chicken in the back and mix the whole chicken with big spoon so technically beef got mixed in chicken ( SO WHOEVER GOT CHICKEN MEAL HAVE chances to find beef in their meal) . I eventually refused to complete my order as i get really bad allergies from beef because of that i have to leave the restaurant without any food. I been eating chipotle from last couple years from this location it never happened the employees before were so friendly and always made sure the standards are set and good customer service and it never happened but this act today was really upsetting and i have to leave without any food. It is really serious and upset because what if no one sees it what if someone else who have same allergies or maybe don’t eat beef because of their religious purpose’s because that employee mixed it fully into chicken rather then replacing it or something. That’s really unprofessional and not upto the standards

I came here to get something to eat and the two men working inside of the store were doing other things besides taking orders and serving food. They kept going to the back without taking orders. It was a line of people I had to end up leaving. Waiting thirty minutes just take an order is ridiculous.

Wouldn't recommend this place, been here twice now. First time the burrito fell apart on the first bite and the bottom of the burrito was soggy, the second time I was hoping to get a better experience but the workers don't really care. They just throw your topping onand wrap the burrito. Nothing is nicely placed and folded properly. I would drive a bit further or go to a burrito truck or stand. The workers have bad attitudes also, stop taking it out on customers and do something about your life..

However no body check in with the standing person by the counter to ask if I was there to pick up. Once our pick up time came up I finally had to spoke up because the place was getting busy. I ordered delivery, I understand food won't be as hot when doing delivery but this food taste like it came out the refrigerator, do you even heat the food up? I can tell I got yesterday guac as it's all brown already. On top of all that they didn't even put rice in my bowl. How do you miss the rice!

I usually like Chipotle and restaurants typically are clean but this one was gross. We walked in and our shoes were sticking to the floor, you’d assume maybe too much floor cleaner but the floor was dirty. The good didn’t taste as good at this location either. Bad experience overall.

Ordered ahead of time to minimize my time spent inside during covid. Food was not ready for another 15 minutes after my pickup time (walk-ins were getting their food faster than the 7 or so people waiting for their online orders) and when I got back to my office I discovered they'd given me a completely different order. Came back and calmly asked that they fulfill my order. Another 15 minutes, no apology, nothing. Only have so much time to waste on my lunch break. Won't be coming back again.

I had been buying at this location since they open. today I request a steak bowl, asked to please cook the meat a little bit more because I can't eat it if I see that is raw, the girl helping me insisted that it was cooked and I told her that I could see that had blood on it. The girl when inside to talk to someone and came back and she told me that could not be done. I told her that this was done many times before and she told me that not in that location. I may be crazy because I got it there before 8 / I could understand if it was busy but I was the only one at that time. Covid,..? not a chance they all were gloves. ?? I go there to pay for my food not to ask for something free. at the end I got a chicken bowl. Very disappointed not coming back to this location. That's how I solve my problem. Remember Chipotle Mexican Grill you are there because of customer like me. I just want my steak well done.

Next time put a sign that says use the other door and dnt argue with the customer when he tells u that u have no sign , this is the entrance door so out a sign next time, alot of people waited outside and if it wasent for me telling them use the other door they wouldve left , be smart

Guy came out and cleared his throat right in front of the open food .. no covering his mouth or anything just directly onto the food… and then he just slop poured everything into my bowl, there was food on my lid and around OUTSIDE my bowl like bro, it’s not that hard to just put it in the bowl. I was on my lunch break and unfortunately only have 30 min to grab something and go and Idk why I keep coming back to this one (other then it being close to work) but I’ll go to other chipotles and they’re on it, food is good, customer service is good but this one… every time I come in there’s something and today was definitely the last time.

I even asked if I could get my order since it was just sitting in the corner, but she continued to ignore me. By the time I finally received my food, it was already cold. Also, the person at the register kept going to the back, even though there was a long line. The staff taking orders were also very slow. I think the store needs more reliable employees who know what they’re doing and are more mindful of the customers.

Extremely disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. The customer service was non-existent; the associates were unhelpful and seemed like they didn't want to be there. To make matters worse, the portions were incredibly small—I felt like I barely got half a serving for the full price. Definitely not the quality or service I expect from this brand

Absolute Disaster of a Pickup Experience – Avoid at All Costs! I wish I could give zero stars, but Google won’t let me. Ordered ahead through the app for a quick pickup, thinking it’d be easy. Nope! Arrived on time, and my food is just chilling on the back counter like it’s on vacation. I sat there like an idiot watching employees chat and ignore me. Finally, one of them glances my way and asks what I’m waiting for. I tell them my order name, and they casually say, “Oh yeah, we don’t put orders on the to-go rack anymore.” Excuse me?! Then WHY is that stupid rack even there, taking up space and mocking everyone? And don’t get me started on the app’s pickup instructions that SPECIFICALLY say to “grab your order from the pickup shelf.” What a joke!
