The night time lady the light skin one with the headset very very very rude it was distasteful. Everyone is not aware of how each Starbucks operates so doing the part of customer service is important. Her being salty I don’t know the lobby is closed and ignoring me while I’m asking for assistance cause I already ordered and I’m on foot is wild rude. The Savior of the night was the Beautiful and Kind Drive through woman she explained everything to me politely didn’t want me standing in the cold got me my items quickly apologized and more she did not need to do I wish I could of tipped her directly next time I see her I will! She was phenomenal the only reason I gave 4 stars it would of been 2 omm the other lady working the lobby can EAD and go meditate

I bought 2 carmel frappes and they tasted like water and milk and the whipped cream was melted and the Carmel was fine I guess but the weird thing is I got there on time and they still remade and it still tasted the same the quality isn't good

Too slow service for a coffeee they take 30 mints drive in . I have a question like if I come drive thru they take 1 hr for a coffeee ? Food atmosphere even they talk all so good but service like as patient 😑

I ordered two coffees from the Starbucks app and went to get them when it said they were ready 4 minutes later, but I still had to wait 40 minutes because they only made one. When I got the other coffee, it was already cold. Bad service.

So I went here and ordered a chai latte with extra chai and they gave me a cup of Hot soul cream with a hint of chai so I figured it’s early and maybe they’re just still trying to get it together so I went back and Politely ask them to remake my drink. They were so apologetic, and they remain my drink without an issue, and they even threw it in a cake pop for the mishap so I left and started drinking my drink and this time it was a cup of hot milk with no foam and no chai and the cake pop was not cake at all as you can see in the Picture I have tried to give this location so many chances and every single time I have been disappointed the other times that they made my drink wrong. I didn’t complain because at least I could taste the chai in it but this time I want chai and I got milk. Someone please do something about this. This is the closest Starbucks to my job and I need Starbucks every morning and this is Not that this place is a joke a joke that’s not funny

I order 4 grandes white chocolate mocha all of them were half way ! I called back the store and I told them what happen and the girl put me on hold and then click! . Worst location ever!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I ordered on UberEats and ordered 5 drinks (Pumpkin chai, Ice brown sugar, Caramel Frappe, and 2 Mocha Cookie Crumbles) they took up to 40-50 minutes and they only brought me 3 of the drinks I ordered! This is like the 2nd to 3rd time they messed up (messed up orders, wrong items, and now missing items) like I said I DONT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM HERE!!!!

Changing my rating from a 3 to a 1 star. I’m not sure if it’s being lazy or in a rush. But I ordered a honey citrus mint tea ( medicine ball) at this location and had the tag attached to the tea bag instead of it hanging on the outside of the cup like other establishments do. Who wants to sip paper particles while drinking their drinks. This is the second time I had this happen at this location. I had to pull over and take it out myself. If I wasn’t in a rush to go to work I would’ve returned and asked for my money back. Not a satisfied customer. I probably won’t be coming to this one again. If it isn’t one thing it’s another thing at this location.

It's not the first time they have got my order wrong. This was supposed to be a dragon fruit drink with foam, taste like nothing. The foam was the best and I don't know what this white drink is that taste like nothing. I do not recommend on going again.

Came through the drive thru and they handed my 3 drinks. 2 fell all over me and my car, aside from that the lady closed the window and pretended she didn't see anything. I asked her napkins and I let her know my drinks fell, she offered to make the frappe again but all they did was put whipcream at the bottom and put the original drink back in the cup. My coffee frappe is also filled with strawberries which I wont be able to drink cause I'm allergic. Thanks Starbucks.

Ordered to pick up a travelers by 8am and not ready by 830am. The bottom of the travel box became so soggy that the coffee bag fell out while I was carrying it. The plastic coffee bag was hot, so I had to put it in a shopping bag. I'm not sure how the bottom of the box got so wet, especially since the traveler was placed on the passenger seat the entire time on my 15-minute drive to the office.
