I'm never gonna say "I didn't love those hot wings" because hot wings are perfect, no matter what. But I feel like the sauces have become slightly less spicy over the years. The mango habanero used to SLAP... y'all just need more sauces in general. You're the only (strictly) wing place in town... Step it up.

The server was great. The food is good, the wings are with good amount of sauce. Parking is easy the root beer has a very good taste. Just the appetizer is a little bit small for the price.

The boneless wings were absolutely terrible, dry and small. The waitress was aware of this before we could even complain she said they were making more because she saw they were tiny. Other than that there was nothing crazy great about the service, the actual food was expensive and subpar at best. The only thing they had going for them was the sports on televisions and their onion rings.. and I'm not a sports person. 🙄

Their food is always decent but for some reason our family keeps torturing ourselves by ordering here. They never give us our order correctly. Forgotten sides, apps, and sauce. It's like gambling with your food, so at least that part is fun. I hope you love the idea of the fried pickles more than the taste.

First time coming to this place, ordered the original wings mild, chicken is overcooked over priced and not that good to be honest. The take out server was professional and nice, but that’s about it.. I’ll stick to round table wings from here on out.

Meh. It's the best way to describe this place. The wings were o.k. I ordered the mango habanero wings as a meal, and as you can see, no fries and the slaw I had to ask for. The wings were lacking in sauce, so much so that the waiter mentioned it and anticipated this deficiency so he brought a side of sauce with the meal. Price is a little steep too. The tall glass of Sierra Nevada on tap cost more than a six pack of the same beer. My wife ordered the burger and the beef was over cooked, dry, and terribly bland. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because of the exceptional service. The waiter was attentive without being a nuisance. This is one of those establishments you come to with a specific items you like in mind. Anyway, not the best place in town for American comfort food.

Cooks need to be trained! Food was extremely salty burger and wings were hard an extremely salty. Everyone in our group got sick, Waiter was chill but otherwise then that EXTREMELY OVER PRICED for the food we got. Never going back!

Went there last night for dinner ordered a 20 wing piece to go Got home they were pretty much Overcooked to a crisp They would splinter if you wanted to eat them they, were so dry And they were small obviously they get the lowest grade Of chicken wings from their supplier The potato wedges weren’t even crispy. They were soggy and for the dollar amount it was a crummy deal. I suggest you save your money and go to Buffalo, New York the anchor bar and get the real deal Don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings inChico, l certainly will never go again

The food was so cold that the buffalo cheese dip allowed a tortilla chip to stand up on its own the food was of boneless wings and cheese sticks were Luke warm i didnt even try the pretzels thair was no point. If I wanted 7-11 quality I would have gone their. I won't be eating there again. Though the building inside was nice.

I love buffalo wild wings but I went to this location twice and the wings were dryer than the dessert the two times..

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but today I have to. I was excited to try this place for the first time. We walked in and the restaurant was empty but it took 10 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we got drinks. We waited and waited for our food order to be taken. We watch many people that were sat and server before we were. We ended up asking for the bill for the drinks 30 minutes later and walked away and didn’t get to eat. I left hungry and sad.

Well you can't leave a 0 review... but they deserve one! Here is a rundown of the chico wild wings experience. Neida was our waitress She did not know the menu and did not know what a mudslide was. After we showed her the picture in the menu with the description she then said that the drink was non-alcoholic lol. There was some craft beers on the specialty menu, and something called not your father's Mountain Brew (an alcoholic version of a Mountain Dew soda) our waitress did not know what I was talking about and again I had to point out a picture in the menu. Funny thing is when I received the drink it was not what I had ordered even though I showed her a picture of it and read the description to her. Server then knocked my napkin off our table onto the floor and then put it back on the tabt to us, as if that was ok thought that was acceptable. That is very unsanitary! We ordered 19 min after being seated because they forgot about us. The serve took our order (2x $14 pulled pork sandwiches and side order of mac and cheese. However neida said my girlfriend cannot get mac and cheese with the order? Then she said the same thing to me! (I'm not worried about extra changes miss...still said no you cant get that with your order??? Bring me some damn mac and cheese and upsell your products! Who trained you neida? What a horror show so far... but wait it was only just beginning. Appetizer came out 13 min after ordering and before the drinks. Still no new napkin or silverware also ... lmao! Drinks came 18 min after ordering and she forgot the two waters, the new napkin, the silverware for the table, Oh... and the drink I received was not what I ordered! I received a alcoholic rootbeer instead of the mountain dew brew hahahaha. Food finnaly came 37 min after ordering and it tasted very bad. I believe this pulled pork was cooked about a week ago and tossed to the back of the walk in freezer for a while. Their pulled pork tasted like it had been frozen and then microwaved. The meat was rubbery , flavorless, burned, and looked a little skimpy for a $14 pulled pork sandwich on the special menu. This is not worth 14$. The chef obviously doesn't take any pride in the presentation of their food as my sandwich was halfway off of the bread when it arrived at my table. I took a picture and posted it in this review. The two pictures I posted are exactly what my food looked like when it arrived at my table. I did not move anything on my plate except for the picture of the open-faced sandwich showing the disgusting contents inside. This was not edible. My girlfriend and I walked out of the restaurant and did not pay anything for our meal because of how poor the service was and how disgusting the food was. It's funny because the pulled pork sandwich was on the special menu and recommended by the employee. This is the second time this has happened!! Shame on me for giving them a second chance! I will not set foot in this place again! The first time I went here I ordered a draft beer that had particles of mold floating in it. You can clearly smell the mildew and taste it in the draft beer lines! This is why I ordered a bottle of beer the second time I went here to eat but they couldn't even bring me what I ordered. The restaurant was not even busy as the students are not in town because it's summer. I think our waitress must've started happy hour little bit early that day because I don't think she was present or coherent. I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings... in the Bay Area and Sac! Usually corporate chains have very high standards but the chico location lacks basic management slills,( and they obviously need to train their employees a lot better or get rid of the ones that drink on the job. Get it together Chico BWW! Have some pride in your work people. It will show and it will go a long way. Success is not a destination but rather a journey. Don't worry Chico Wild Wings you might make it there one day. Practice makes perfect, just don't practice with my money or time please ; )
