Every month we travel from Amarillo to Dallas for medical and back. We stop here every time because their drinks are the best from Amarillo to Dallas. Service is great. It's our favorite
Melissa the Barista was so kind and personable, and service was fast and efficient!!! I would definitely come back to this specific Starbucks!!!
Best Starbucks I've been to! The baristas are awesome and will add their personal touches to the drinks. Got a hot and cold Matcha, and LOVED BOTH. One of the baristas with dark hair in a bun gave us a complimentary Caramel Apple Sauce drink that tasted delicious. They deserve better stars!!!
Clean store Fast service Bathroom very clean, no password needed, has paper towels. Parking lot good condition. Wifi fast can get work done.
Thank you! to one your staff advise me to don’t park in the middle of the street? (semi truck) Otherwise city cop would of giving me a ticket. The moment I park in the parking in a hotel the cop pass by. Uffff that was close… 👍👍 Thank you again to that person for advise me.
I look forward to my coffee every morning at my local Starbucks and my favorite barista, Destiny, always gets my order perfect and ready to go. She's friendly and always greets me by name and with a smile on her face.
More varieties of bread are available there. The store was neatly maintained. The staff is nice and friendly.

Stopped by driving through town in a Saturday morning. Shocked that it was empty! Lots of parking and plenty places to sit. Good service . Definitely worth stopping by or waiting to stop at on your drive through town

Our drinks came out made to perfection, and the drive-thru service lady was nice. The only thing that was noticeable was lack of expression of emotion. It was almost monotonous. But it could have been a rough day. So, not too many worries it was still an amazing visit.
Love this location as they are always extremely friendly, but they were all out of creamer. Used half and half, which wasn't very good.
Our drinks came out made to perfection, and the drive-thru service lady was nice. The only thing that was noticeable was lack of expression of emotion. It was almost monotonous. But it could have been a rough day. So, not too many worries it was still an amazing visit.
The barista handed over the food and one drink, then proceeded to make three more drinks for people behind us before realizing our second drink was completely forgotten. When it finally came out, there was no apology or acknowledgment that it had been missed. It made us feel forgotten and honestly a little embarrassed waiting at the hand-off area that whole time. I love Starbucks and visit almost daily, but this lack of basic courtesy really stood out. I’d appreciate it if the team could be reminded to double-check orders and communicate when something is delayed or missed. Thank you!
You step up to place your order and everyone’s your bestie. Smiles, upbeat energy, full kumbaya mode. “What’s your name?” You even leave a tip, which gets zero acknowledgment, but whatever. You're determined to keep the warmth flowing. Then you ask if you can get a stirrer. The smiles instantly vanish. You get that “Umm, okay… seriously?” look, like you just asked them to comp your rent for the month. Meanwhile there is sugar everywhere, but actually mixing it is apparently the line you are not allowed to cross. The coffee is decent, but the mood swings have an almost Coraline feel to them. Bring your own stirrer and do not expect a thank you for the tip.
I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I go to Starbucks the drink is mostly ice and even when I say light ice they still put a whole bunch of ice. There is no way I pay 6-7 dollars for a drink full of ice

The person taking the order did not understand how to address allergies. After refusing to add oatmilk to our coffee and sending us to the lobby carafe, only to find it empty, no one in the store seemed to care or have any sense of urgency in simply putting oatmilk in our coffee. We finally gave up and left and were unable to drink the drink.
Stopped by on my way thru Childress TX. I had to go inside for service as my Van is to tall for drive up. I stood at the counter for approx 10 minutes. Two employees with head sets on were working making drinks. NO ONE even said Hello or We will be with you in a moment, they just kept their heads down and would not make eye contact. I left WITH OUT service or a drink. This was on 6/16/25 approx 1 pm

Did my order ahead on the app, waited 30+ minutes and never received my order. Several people ahead of me waiting as well. People that placed their order in the store were getting their orders immediately. When I asked the barista to cancel my order she said I needed to call the customer service number. I did so and got my money back immediately, however left coffee-less and that’s the saddest part of all! The building was very pretty but the management needs some work on flow of order completion.
The store manager just made 2/3 of the cup when I bought. And when I told her, she have the bad attitude and shame to me. So bad for the loyal customer like me.
