The place is quite nice. There are outdoor animals, pools, paintball, bounce houses, and ATVs. Admission is $90 for adults and $70 for children. They also offer packages that include a buffet. It's a place to disconnect from the outside world because there's no phone service. It's important to bring mosquito repellent, as mosquitoes can get bad when exposed to nature.

A beautiful place, super cool to spend the day. 50 pesos entry fee, you can bring your own drinks and/or food, or get it there. The entrance is via the highway, and you have to cross the Mayan train tracks. The bathrooms aren't very well-equipped, but everything else is great.

It's a beautiful ecotourism park, with abundant vegetation supporting the ecosystem. It has a restaurant, three cabins, a hostel, four public and two private pools, palapas, ATVs, a temazcal, a camping area, and paintball. This park is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM. Admission is 60 pesos per person, which includes a palapa and pool.

A beautiful place to escape the noise and truly enjoy time with family. Since there's no cell phone reception, those addicted to it can finally take some time to appreciate nature and spend quality time with their loved ones. Ideal for teenagers, adults, and young children. They have pools of varying depths and a wading pool, mini-golf, ATVs, a small outdoor cinema, and more. The food is delicious, well-served, and reasonably priced. The cabins are clean and very attractive.

I liked it, although I didn't like that they don't let you bring drinks or even water, but the place is very nice. I rented a private pool and I really liked it, it wasn't expensive.

An excellent place for a family getaway. Everything is beautiful. The pools are super fun. The slide is great. The horses, ATVs, and paintball add a unique touch to the place. The only things that could be improved are the restaurant food and the receptionist's service. But the place is highly recommended.

Está muy bonito pero me entristece ver basura entre los árboles. De ahí en general, todo bien. ACTUALIZACIÓN: Mejoraron sus servicios. Al llegar puedes encontrar un restaurante con buen precio, el menú no es muy amplio pero la comida está bien. El área de cabañas se ve un poco descuidada pero funcional. Hay varias buenas actividades recreativas para realizar como andar en cuatrimoto, gotcha, nadar. Las albercas están muy bien, bastante lindo y limpias. Puedes compartir la alberca pública o rentar tu palapa con una pequeña alberca para tus acompañantes. Había ahí dentro otros servicios de alimentos, independiente del restaurante.

The place is really nice, awesome. But I'm giving it 3 stars because of the service, the limited hours, and the small portions. They're not worth the price. I recommend it for a day trip, but only if you bring your own food, drinks, and beer. Staying overnight leaves much to be desired. We arrived at 4:30 PM, without having eaten, thinking we could eat comfortably there, but no. When we arrived, they told us the kitchen, the shop, and the reception close at 6 PM, so they practically forced us to buy our food, drinks, and dinner by 6 PM. Obviously, we were going to eat it cold anyway, since it seems like they have everything ready and just serve it. They don't even heat it up; I don't think they have a microwave. The only thing that was hot was the beans. We ordered a mixed grill for two people for $370, and it was seriously the smallest thing I've ever seen; it was meant for one person. They cut the long strips of meat and sausage to make it look bigger. It was way too little for the price; the equivalent was easily $50 or $100 worth of food, and for the minimum price, you'd expect at least half a kilo. Anyway, we started testing the waters. Then there was the pizza we ordered at 6:00, since if you wanted anything after that time, you were out of luck. There aren't even any stores or other places nearby to buy anything. So we adapted to their schedule, and we ate the pizza hours later, and surprise, the crust was burnt and raw, and they didn't even care. They didn't even cut it. Another thing: we arrived at our cabin and they forgot to turn on the water. I had to go ask, and surprise, the reception was already closed, so I had to look for someone from maintenance all over the park. The cabins are fine! The next morning we bought a package that includes breakfast. They tell you what options to choose, but they don't tell you that the food is cold. It looked like they'd had the scrambled eggs ready since 6 am, and by 10 am they were freezing cold and awful. You had to practically beg them to bring what you ordered about three times because both guys working there had terrible customer service. And to top it all off, we ordered from the breakfast menu, and surprise, surprise, the guy told us the restaurant wouldn't open until 1 pm, that it was all buffet only. Another condition: either you ordered from the three options or you had to pay an extra $140 to be at the buffet. And the buffet was just rice, potato soufflé, scrambled eggs, cereal, and French toast. It wasn't even breakfast, and seriously, a rice buffet? For that price, you'd expect something decent for breakfast. Anyway, it was 10 am, and we had to wait again until 1 pm, but honestly, we were starving and didn't want to order from the menu anymore. In short, don't eat there. The quality and quantity are mediocre, the food is cold, the prices are high, and if you're thinking of ordering the mixed grill, it's just marinated pork cutlets chopped into small pieces to make it look bigger. I see they sell ribeye and New York strip steak, but I doubt those are the cuts. It might be flank steak, and they're trying to make you believe that, but I didn't try that. Oh, and a six-pack of Tecate Light is $250. You won't find it for that price at the corner store after hours, or even during a dry law.

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. They treated us like we were doing them a favor. The guy running the paintball booth made us wait over 15 minutes just to chat with his coworkers. We had high expectations, which were completely disregarded.
