The service was immaculate. The waiters checked in a timely matter and made sure that we had refills on our beverages. However, as a long time patron of BWW, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of wings they served. I could literally taste the freezer off the wings. Very dissatisfied and will be only going there for beers from now on if ever again.

Dine in. Was seated right away on a sat night at 6pm. Waiter was asking to take order and we replied wait til we are done with appetizers. Note, drinks had not yet arrived. Had drinks which were good, ate appetizers which were good. Waited for waiter to return, found manager asked for 2nd drinks and waited for waiter so we could order food. Waiter arrived to take order but earlier ordered drinks had not arrived. Asked him to check on drinks. Drinks arrived from manager, asked to put in food order. At this time 1.5 hours have gone by we've had 2 drinks, an order of appetizers and just put in food order. Waiter comes by, we ask for drinks and have been waiting for food. We are now at nearly 2 hours since arriving, 3rd round has not arrived, food has not arrived. We walk to front pay for what we drank (plus 1 that never arrived) and appetizers. My primary complaint is that if they were in a hurry for us to order so we can turn around and leave then why not keep checking on the table? If they were too short staffed to manage orders then why not tell people? It was too long between waiting for food, drinks, and service.

Service was good, the staff anticipated our needs on the refills. The tables themselves were a little dirty. Seems to attempt to cater to the sports watching crowd but the reality is that it's families that are in the are; so it misses the mark on the bar concept. The flavor was a bit salty on the beef cheesesteak sandwich I had and the flavoring wasn't pronounced at all. Biggest complaint would have to be the pricing I mean for 6 wings that were not that big nor that flavorful at all for $13 that's kind of outrageous. Imagine how many other options we could have had for better quality food and experience; live an learn I suppose.

Wings are solid but overall for the prices, the food is not great. Got the nachos appetizer with added brisket but there was barely any brisket... The flavors weren't bad but the toppings were rather sad. I don't recommend getting their burgers. There aren't a lot of people and not a lot of servers or employees either.

Be careful check your receipts here. A couple days after my visit, I noticed an extra $20 tip was added to my card that I never authorized. I went back and spoke with the manager, Renzo. After taking his time to find the receipt, he eventually saw that the extra tip had been added. He told me he would talk to the bartender and “most likely” refund it. Later he even reached out and said I would be getting my money back. The refund never came through. Pretty frustrating situation. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down their own money after being charged something they didn’t approve. Always double-check your receipts here.

I've been here a several times and have had good experiences. However, whenever I sit at the bar there is a particular server that does not serve well. He takes his time putting in orders and takes a while to come back & check on us. Food also takes a while to come out. All despite it NOT being packed. This time I walked out.

Went in yesterday which I come to this location a lot but this time it was the most horrible experience ever. Waiting 30 minutes to be seated After 2 guests went before. The hostess said he was cleaning a table for us but never came back to us. Finally got seating now we’re waiting another 40 minutes for our order to be taken. Then when our food arrived it was cold. Since we been waiting and haven’t eaten that day we just turf it out to eat it. But this was a horrible experience To the staff to the food. Then when asked for a manager. No one never came to me. Went there 10/22 which was a Wednesday afternoon around 6pm to celebrate my sons birthday. It was 5 of us and there was no wait. The restaurant was practically empty besides the bar area seating. We were seated and told out waitress would be with us. We sat for over 20min without being acknowledged or takingbour drink order. There were about 3 staff members just standing around talking amongst each other. I tried to waive them down but they just gave me a hold on sign. We knew this wasn't gonna be a pleasant experience after that so we decided to get up and leave after about 25min of just sitting there. I told the host as we were walking out, that no one ever came to our table. All he simply said was "ok sorry for that". We went down the way to Red Robin and recieved excellent service even tho the were quite busy! We've also had similar situation happen to us at the BWW in Montclair. Idk what's going on with BWW but seems to be going down hill. From now on will just order pick up from these 2 locations.

While sitting at the bar I had an issue with an employee changing a Dodgers playoff game to a Monday night football game without asking if it was going to be an inconvenience for me and my group nor did they offer to compensate. The person was not accommodating and rude with his response when I asked to have it changed back. My group and I had to change seats to have a better view of the game on a different screen. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager was a no show. My server, Breanna, did comp me a soft drink but had no response for the manager not showing up. What a coward. This is my worst experience at any BWW restaurant. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Came here on a Friday evening at 6:20pm. The restaurant is less than half full. We were seated immediately but waited for 20 minutes and no waiter bothered to stop by for a greeting or take order. The staff obviously are not well trained and the manager is no where to be found. I walked out after waiting more than 20 minutes after being completely ignored. To be fair, I didn’t get a chance to try their food, which is why I give it 3 stars. Service should be a zero but the lowest option is 1 star, which I don’t believe they deserve. Avoid this place unless you have no other plan for the night.

Wow! Never again! That’s what I get for letting my curiosity wonder! Do not come to this location they will treat you horribly with super slow service on top of that. Making people wait longer because you are understaff or super busy is not a customer problem! Do better !! Was so surprised how many customers they lost in the first few mins of walking in!

Ouch! I went in to get dinner, I can walk here and see it from my house almost, but, when I went in they said there was a fight playing that night and I had to pay for the fight, I told them I did not care about the fight and I was hungry and just wanted to eat. They said too bad must pay. I told them I would not eat there, even though they were so close, it’s been over 10 years and still have not gone there.

Ordered wings to go at 6:15 pm. on a Friday evening. Advised that it would be available for pick up at 6:40. They handed it to me at 6:55. The wings were overcooked, dry and tasteless. It was easily the worst take out food I have ever had in my 25 years of living in Chino Hills. The entryway is crowded and just not built for take out orders when busy on a weekend night. I think the girl handling the desk and take out orders was trying hard but just too much going on for her to handle. Had I been eating in the restaurant I would have sent it back.

Honestly I forgot why I stopped coming to this location until I went again recently, we waited to get seated for a table for 2 which took about 25 minutes even though the restaurant only had 3 other tables being used in thr whole building while the servers were by the bar talking, when we finally got seated our server didn't even take our drink order for yet another 15 minutes while she was talking to her friend, when we finally got some help our server didn't even wait for us to finish ordering our food instead she just walked away as soon as she got our drink order which she forgot about for another 10 or so minutes, we finally ordered and my partners meal was the wrong flavor for half of them and my order was missing the fries entirely, by the time I got my fries it had been a good 45 minutes passed and the fries were somehow cold when they claimed they "just came out", finally when I was ready to pay our server took yet another 25 minutes to get us our bill. Honestly im surprised this place is even still open with how terrible the service is.

Service is always terrible here. 15 minute greet, can’t ever get a refill, forgot my fries, forgot my entire meal. I’ve been here a few times and each server tends to be the same. I’ve only ever seen a manager once. Place needs serious help

Ordered at 4:06pm for pickup Thursday 4:30pm. Not busy at all. Didn’t get my order until 4:50pm. The 2 ladies at the front kept talking in front instead of checking on my order. Then when I received my order by tenders were plain even though the order says Sweet BBQ. I then tell them and they didn’t give me a side sauce of bbq. They barely smeared them. Horrible customer service and no reason for my order to be late. Will never come again.
