Love this location, been here many times, parking can be hard on busy night, small lot, weekdays are great, didn’t wait at all for a table for 6, staff here is always amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. Very clean, great atmosphere, great food and fair prices. Will return and highly recommend.

American chain with eclectic range of food. Ate here with my family as it’s one of my mom’s favorite places to eat (she loves the lobster garlic noodles). I tried to be healthy and ordered the gardien bowl (vegan). Potions are generous. We split an order of wings (buffalo sauce and the dry rub) and those were nicely fried. Our waitress Kashmir was super sweet and a great server. You can join the waitlist online in advance but when we arrived there around 11:30am on a Sunday, we were able to be seated immediately.

It’s been awhile since I’ve visited and I was looking forward to trying a burger today. The food came out quick and was tasty. The pretzel was delicious and the burger was good but not great. The sweet potato fries were amazing though. Our server was top notch and super friendly. I’ll be coming back to try the drinks and new items.

This place is always a great spot for a good bite and convo! Wait wasn't too bad, but we did get there early. Table was nice, and atmosphere wasn't too loud so you could hear each other (which is a plus). Food was soooo good, and presentation was on point. Our server was lacing in the customer service skills slightly, but it could have just been an odd night for her. Ordering our food and paying the bill was a challenge bc the computer stopped working for us.

I love the Yard House Franchise because their menu has so many choices of dinners you wish you could make at home or make at home if you have the time 😊 Walking in Yard House we were not greeted by Emma 😐 (that is why there is only 3 stars) we were waiting to give our name to be seated. Standing in line there was someone who Emma helped seat before us and when she returned she didn’t say anything to us and immediately started to help the next person who walked through the door. I interrupted because it’s been a long drive from Las Vegas and I was starving! I said “hello, we’re right here” to let her know we were waiting to be seated, then her demeanor changed and she got an attitude and still never said hello or welcome in and asked us if we wanted to sit at a table or a booth, we did not care where we sat. So we followed her to a table. Then we were greeted by Tatiana. She had a great attitude! She answered all our questions and our food was hot and tasty! I’ll come back again because I like Yard House. I hope they get better hostesses! That job is super important!

I always come here for their happy hour and for their regular items and I always have a good time here. The happy hour menu offers a variety of delicious appetizers that are also very cheap. The happy hour menu is from Monday to Friday from 3-6pm and most of the appetizers and pizza are half off. However, their non-happy hour menu is also very delicious and pretty reasonable priced. However, it’s in the Shoppes so it’s pretty packed on weekends and at night. But overall it’s an amazing place to enjoy some tasty food for not too expensive.

5 STARS FOR PHILIP!!! Big fat ZERO for the manager who was too busy flirting with the hostesses to care that guests who were told the wait was 20 minutes were still waiting after 50 minutes and we would have gone elsewhere if they gave a crap and told us it would be a long wait. So... Once we finally got seated after almost an hour's wait, Philip saved the night with great service and attentiveness. (It was a birthday for my friend, and I told the hoelstesses, but the front desk didn't tell the server about the birthday so no birthday dessert for my friend) 😞 The hostess service and manager really could have been better. At one point there was a group of 5 or 6 employees (including the manager) at the front hostess station with a CROWD of waiting guests. It was not a good look because it looked like they were loafing around while guests were waiting and waiting and waiting. They didn't offer us an alternative seating location (outside) after we had been waiting double the time they said the wait was. Not sure I'll be back for a little while ... They wasted my time and I didn't like the lack of care or communication.

Came here on a Saturday, Dec 18, 2021 to celebrate my winter commencement! Party of 10, arrived around 12:35pm. No wait - we immediately were seated even though my family and I were trickling in (we arrived in 3 different cars haha). I mention this to say your entire party doesn't have to be there to be seated, which was nice! This is definitely not the case when I went to Yard House back in Santana Row (Bay Area, San Jose where I am from haha). Our waiter was great! I was happy with the service, even with our large group! You know how it goes with large groups... the service can be awful sometimes. As a vegetarian, I ordered their Beyond Burger ($16.49) that included vegan mozzarella, crushed avocado, arugula, onion, tomato, pickles on brioche bun with sesame seeds. I asked for fries as my side. It was really yummy!! I was so hungry I ate it ALL. Yes, that entire 1000 calories! I was also starving but it was VERY filling. What's so funny is that the burger looked so much like a "real" meat burger that my grandma thought that I was no longer vegetarian anymore (haha). I explained to her it was a vegan burger and it was definitely not meat. She was bummed out but that's another story. I have also included pictures of what my cousins ordered... sorry I can't remember what they got but they really enjoyed it! My dad and uncle also enjoyed their beers. Even my Asian grandparents loved their food (they ordered some steak dish) and they are SUPER PICKY but they really enjoyed it! Very happy with my experience. What a wonderful way to celebrate me finally finishing school! Highly recommend giving this place a visit if you are celebrating a big day like I was or for a delicious meal! Sounds like you should visit for lunch though if you can... based on the reviews here, it sounds like the wait and experience is different if you come for dinner. Anyway, thank you Yard House!

Big Fish Dive Club

We haven’t been here for years and decided to watch some football at this place. The Happy Hour menu was the same as the other Yard House that we normally go to, but the food tasted not nearly as good as the other one. The sliders were dry and hardened, the artichoke dip was much smaller in serving size and this place served much less poke in the poke chips platter. It sure looked like this operator was taking some serious steps to cut its operating costs. The service on the other hand was really friendly and good. We observed how hard our server, David, was working and yet still took care all of his guests. Another sign that this operator was trying to cut costs by not hiring enough servers.

Ordered the wings and watched some Thursday night football. The set up is great for sports, but it just doesn’t feel like a sports bar. The wings were ok, too greasy for me and the service just didn’t meet my expectations. I hope everyone else has a better experience.

Our First time visiting a Yard House restaurant. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good especially the Buffalo wings. We were happy till they brought my food, my plate was so very dirty from the bottom (dried old food and sauce) it was disgusting. Before bringing that dirty plate out 3 people the dishwasher, cook and food runner touched it and didn't pay enough attention to see it. It was so noticeable not to see it or feel the chunks of sauce and food on the bottom of the plate. The server did apologize but I feel like should have been done about it for the inconvenience.

The food was good but I was very disappointed with the portion they gave out. For the amount of money you pay your stomach should be satisfied and not wanting more in order to be filled. The burger was small and the fries were like kids size. My wife dish was also small. It’s better to cook your own meals and eat home if this is what the restaurant and fast food industry is coming too. We want to support and help them but they must provide better service overall. I doubt at this moment I will ever go back there again.

What happened to the size of the portions. It’s downright ridiculous what they are charging and how small they have become. Recently went here for company Xmas party and spent almost $500 Ordered some apps Chicken wraps were $15. Literally there was a spoonful of chicken. They gave us 20 pieces of lettuce and I would be lucky to be able to get two wraps from this. What’s joke Calamari minus the squid Small portion and even worse it was all bread and no squid. Worse calamari I’ve ever had Salmon portion appears to be a six oz portion now bs an 8 I order a $22 poke salad. Amount of poke was small but I would’ve been ok with that if it included the rest of the salad. At $22 it’s an entree salad. There were two bites worth of arugula and two bites worth of seaweed salad. Salad is cheap add enough greens to make it an entree. I don’t have unrealistic Cheesecake Factory portion size expectations. The ones here are stupid small Don’t waste your money at this place. Save it for somewhere that cares
