**EDIT** 7/27/21 Received an apology for the burnt crust. Thank you! I'm sure it will be made up to us next time. We ordered two customized pizzas. The cauliflower crust was crispy and part of it tasted good, although it was burnt on one side. The toppings we chose were fine. The wait time was longer than usual and the staff didn't seem to be moving very quickly. We like this restaurant so I hope it gets better.

Can never go wrong with piology. Always great service and food.

Great pizza but the choice of TV programs were not appropriate for my kids. I should have talked to the manager. Next time I will. Very nice staff, food was perfect. We'll be back. I'd love some coupons to be put on line or a Groupon deal!

Its a nice quite place, you may also eat outside. Its so good, you can get a pizza as how ever you want but its only one size. The have "agua frescas" and soda aswell or maybe you feel like having a slurpee or other drinks. They do have a bit of dessert too.

So much fun to creat your own pizza!!! I thought it would be a fun experience for my kids and they seemed to enjoy the process and the fact that they got their own pizza’s:) it is a bit pricy when you are feeding more than two people, but for a experience rather than just pizza it was worth the extra. Not something I would do every weekend but definitely will go again!! Plus when you sign up for rewards you get gooey cheese bread!

Pizza is always great, but we got there about 8 and sat outside. The problem is the workers came out picking up chairs an hour and half before they close, making noise and being rude while we sat and ate. Sad, no respect for the people sitting eating and relaxing with their meals. Revisited, Pizza's have been made much smaller to cut cost of pizza and keep profit up. Inside the facility is dirty, dusty and almost nasty. There is a massive cleaning needed, heating and air conditioning vents ARE filthy. The ducts have dust and dirt covering them, owners are or must be more concerned over profit than doing any regular cleaning. Lazy, cheap. people SAD. WE WILL NOT RETURN!!

First time on this location and the place is pretty small. So when it gets really busy, it gets so packed. But it has outside seating to accommodate a crowd. The servers are very nice and helpful. If you need more info on the type of crusts that they serve, they explain it to you nicely that you won't feel embarrassed for being so crust-ignorant...lol. They have a vast selection of toppings. But sad that they don't have anchovies. Love their artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. The pie-rise crust is chewy and crunchy for a dollar more and it's all worth the upgrade. Pizza not drenched with garlic butter or grease like its competitor. Nice that their pizza can be customized however way you want it. It's priced ONE for how little or how overwhelming amount of toppings you prefer. Highly recommended. A+ service. Will be oir favorite Pieology branch from now on.

For a fast food pizza I think it was delicious and very tasty. I got their deal 2 pizzas 3 toppings for $15. Ingredients were fresh. I didn’t feel thirsty after eating this pizza so the amount of salt is not crazy like the other fast food stores. I will definitely come back.

One of the better pizza places around, especially for individual pizzas. As many toppings as you want for one flat rate. I always make the same pizza, they have fairly fresh ingredients. Can get really busy, but moves along (unless line is out the door). Limited indoor and outdoor seating when busy. Good for takeout

My wife and enjoy the fresh tasting pizza on our cheat day. We love the options and the reasonable prices. My only gripe is the limited seating. A popular place gets crowded really fast. Also they should figure out how to to take more than 1 order at a time to cut line time down.

Girlfriend loves the healthier options here, especially the cauliflower crust and the bigger assortment of vegetables. Meanwhile I get my picky, plain pepperoni pizza and it still tastes great. Better than most of the major pizza chains, the only downside is how expensive it is. Otherwise delicious, always friendly service too!

Not at the best. This place was so vibrant when opened. Seems like it's basically loosing grip. Not so cleaned place to eat.

For those of you who don't know, Pieology is one of those build your own pizza type places similar to Blaze Pizza, Artist Pizza, Project Pie, etc. You basically choose the ingredients you want then they make the pizza for you. This specific location is pretty average. Ingredients are relatively fresh and I like the fact that they offer a wheat dough option for those trying to eat a bit healthier. The baking process however, is a bit inconsistent so sometimes you'll get a perfectly done pizza and sometimes it's just terrible. I think the main issue stems from the fact that gets pretty busy for lunch and dinner (expect to wait 15-30 minutes to get your pizza made at those times) and quality drops significantly. Prices are average at about $9 a pizza, but it's a flat price for as many toppings as you want. There's also outdoor seating as well for the dog owners among you.

I got there pretty close to closing time and entire team was more focused on getting off than dealing with customers. I was waiting for my pizza at table nearest the counter with no one else sitting anywhere in dining room employee decides to come to my table and ask it ok to put chairs up. Really you have rest of dining room and you want to start at the only table that has anyone sitting in it.

Pizza is good, pizza maker was working very hard but other three employees were just standing around while every table was dirty. The cashier even saw me get napkins and wipe off table and she did nothing but stand there talking with her co-worker.

I hate to give a pizza place less than five stars but I couldn't give this place 5. The customer service was great! First time here and did it threw the app. With that said. Since I got it from the app got a free cheese bread. But the crust tasted like cinnamon.. I don't know if that's how they make it. But my opinion cheese and cinnamon wasn't that great together. Than on both pizzas they forgot the "after bake" one pizza no basil and the other didn't have the ranch and pesto. I know people have off days. And the pizza did have a good taste. So I might try it again

Foods are the same everywhere; but the pizza is not round. They don't have a machine that press the doe into a round pizza. Visually, it is not pretty. The restroom is too close to your dining space because this place is too small. And everything is falling apart and dirty.

I don’t like toppings so I ordered a cheese pie but charged me for 1 topping because what they have in their menu. I like the deep dish too but they don’t put a lot of cheese either. Pizza tastes good.

There was a roach in the kitchen I told one of the employees and she said we clean pretty often we don’t have a lot then I asked her to tell her manager and she ignored me not coming here again

Over charged us advertising clearly states 17.99 for 2 -pie rise 3 topping pizzas they charge me 21.90 plus $3 for pie rise crust. Ordered 2 other pizzas on top of that. To top it off they gave away my pizza to someone else and had to wait to remake it. Jason's customer service is really bad BTW. 👎 I called to fix this and Jason hung up on me. I called back he issued no apology nor did he care to make it right. Horrible service.

I am not saying that this is the worst place I have ever eaten, but I would have to think very hard to remember one. The atmosphere stinks, music too loud, people that take orders are in too big of a hurry and talk so fast that it would take an interpreter to figure out what they are saying. The pizza is half cooked and tasted like dog food I think. Be assured that I have had my fill of Pieology. I had to give it one star or the program would not let me post. In my book they get a minus 3 stars.

Horrible service. Employees are half-paying attention. Took the "team" 40 minutes to make one of my pizzas, and when I went in to ask what was taking so long, it was sitting there and the team members were all in the back "smoking and joking". Also, this is possibly the last place in a 5 mile radius that requires a 0.5 oz piece of cloth to be worn on all customers. Ridiculous. Blaze is 1000x better.

I ordered a pizza to go and ask for pesto sauce to be added after the pizza cooked. The pizza was covered in pesto sauce to the point the toppings couldn’t be seen. I discovered they added bbq or some sauce and tried to cover it with pesto sauce instead of offering to make a new pizza. Our family has eaten at this location several times and it feel unorganized, and is often not really clean.

I called & no one picked up. I then drove 15 minutes & got their vegan crust & began to make my vegan pizza. I then noticed a piece of cheese on the tray my pizza was on touching my pizza. I made it clear that it was bothering me & they didn’t take it off until my boyfriend asked them too. Wait there’s more . As I began to put veggies on my Pizza I noticed there was chicken in the garlic!! I asked the lady if I could add garlic to my pizza but to avoid the chicken in the garlic. She was kind & then I noticed a piece of chicken fall onto my pizza !! She quickly took it off I was literally in disbelief as I noticed that they had cheese going into their vegan garlic / vinegar options & they had accidentally dropped different products into other products . It was all a mess & I don’t recommend Vegans to go here or atleast the one I went to. It was my first and last time at this pieology pizzeria .

It was a curious decision to eliminate all recommended combinations; this seems to slow the whole ordering process. The restaurant also feels pretty worn and dingy now. Edit: Dropped to one star. I accidentally went in here again after I forgot about my previous experience. It got even worse. The staff is completely clueless.

OMG I don’t think I’ve ever had service from people who hated there job so bad before! This all female staff was completely miserable! How is that even possible I don’t know but wow they hated there jobs. No one smiled or even remotely seemed happy at all. Its amazing how disgruntled and utterly terrible they were. No lids or straws were available and I’m sure at any moment someone will slip n fall near the register because the floor was very slippery. Good luck

Took 50 mins from an online order to get , and when we got to the car the order was wrong , and... they burnt the desert , today was just not the day to buy from here not happy at all waste of money and time

I called & no one picked up. I then drove 15 minutes & got their vegan crust & began to make my vegan pizza. I then noticed a piece of cheese on the tray my pizza was on touching my pizza. I made it clear that it was bothering me & they didn’t take it off until my boyfriend asked them too. Wait there’s more . Slow service especially for take out 1 girl cutting another with pizzas but yapping away when she can help to cut pizzas too when you have people waiting for dine in and take out
