Firehouse Subs

Sandwiches usually taste best if you order near opening time. I get my usual Pastrami and the mayonnaise and Provolone cheese they use is this layer of delightful goodness. Will definitely order regularly.

These subs are no joke, and are an absolute unit. They are stuffed to the brim with goodies inside and after eating half, I was left with the dilemma of having a half eaten sandwich leftover. No way I could do that to this beautiful medium of yumminess. I went to their sauce bar and added a punch of flavor and finished this bad boy immediately. Only docked one star off of service because the front lady wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem to want to answer our questions. Oh well, I came for the foooood.

Just purchased myself A medium Italian sandwich. The best thing yet. I highly recommend that you bring extra money because you will need an additional sandwich. With the new added hot sauce bar paired with the sizzling scorpion and the gator hammock sauce with an ice cold Coke and a side of chips and you will not be left unsatisfied. I will be coming back here again and again. The hot sauce bar paired with a beautiful Italian sandwich definitely makes for a good trip. Thank you to all the first responders. Love this place. The quality of meats is top notch. I had a chicken breast sandwich today with provolone cheese, mustard, onions, and avocado. It was superb. Chips and cookies are good too.

I was told by a coworker that their sandwiches were top-tier when compared to their fellow sandwich shops. I took a glimpse at their menu and I was immediately drawn to the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket Sandwich. The bread, meat, cheese, and sauce were a perfect balance. I went with a medium sandwich just to be safe, but I definitely will want a large sandwich the next time I dine with them. I recently moved to chino and I never heard of this place until my roommate pointed it out to me. My father and I decided to give it a chance and my god they have some good subs. The smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket is my personal fav. But tbh they’re all good. 👌🏽

Food tastes good but really how hard is it to follow directions? I asked for no tomato and I had a half cup of chopped tomato on my salad. Asked for the sandwich cold, sandwich came warm and no additives that we asked for on it. It was good when it first opened and within the last year and a half, it has sucked, not the first time they haven't followed the order. Last time got the completely wrong order. Sad because I find their food way better than most other sandwiches but we will probably not go for a while.

Sandwiches are great but workers were slow and indifferent to complete orders as fast as possible. Next time you're there just watch them make your sandwich from the side and notice how slow they are to put on the ingredients and compare that to other places such as Subway or Jimmy John's. They just don't move fast as they could and looked confused when reading tickets.

My family loves Firehouse and we order it often from this location online. The sandwiches are always delicious but I'm not sure if there is a problem with their system printing instructions, or the staff alway ignores them, because I always select their *no pickles* option, and every single time, for months, they have still included one on my sandwich. Anyone else who has an aversion to pickles will understand the flavor will still linger when they place it in the box, even through the paper. They still placed a pickle once while ordering in their store. It is wasteful to give food that was was not wanted, and to have the option to remove items just for them to still be placed is either neglect of the employees or of their ordering system. I hope that it can be resolved soon.

Sandwich was good but Sodas are horribly watered down. Even Coca-Cola Cola with no ice tasted more like water than Coke. I found out talking to people that this particular firehouse always have badly watered down Sodas and no one likesthem.

Have been to Firehouse Subs in the past, actually it's been a few years and have been pleased with the service and the selection of sandwiches. I recently visited this establishment a couple of days ago (10/29/23) and was very disappointed with the sandwiches I ordered (two New York Steamers) and to my dismay when I returned home, I found the sandwiches to only have meat and nothing else when I thought lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc. were included nor was I asked if I would like those items to be added to the sandwiches. In hindsight, I regret not checking my order before leaving but things happen. Hopefully this post will at least help others in the future to not assume, ask questions and check their order before leaving.

The employees will not acknowledge you. No welcome or how can I help you I mean nothing. When the women came to the register she was obviously not pleased. The place is quite dirty I didn't see any cleaning or sweeping from the time I was there. I even saw some customers cleaning the tables themselves. That should have been my warning sign. When I was waiting by the register I noticed a young employee dropped a bag of meat on the floor and just picked the bag up and put it on the table where they were preparing the sandwiches...I mean what? How unsanitary. But I should have not been surpised the drinking area was also unsanitary and sticky. After that I just wanted to leave and make my own sandwich at home. As I waited for my sandwich a young girl was looking at me constantly but how was I to know that my sandwich is ready when you don't communicate. Next time I'll go home and make my own sandwich at least I know that I don't have to deal with people like that.

Food was good but the service wasn't. The cashier seemed to have a problem like he hated his job and I was bugging him. I always try to be nice because I've been on the other side and I believe in treating others like you like to be treated. But the guy with ponytail was in bad mood or hes new or something. The lady that took my phone order was nice and helpful. I think people are desperate for workers so they take whatever they can get... and the workers know it so they take advantage. Service used to be good here... but it's getting like this everywhere.

Good sandwiches but terrible at speed of service. Ordered on the app an hour ahead and when I show up they are still an hour behind. I really think they should have the option to pause app orders on short staffed days. They were offering refunds and turning customers away with long wait times.

Firehouse is my favorite sandwich shop ever! Normally this location is great, but today horrific! There were only 3 types of chips to choose from and my New York Steamer sandwich looked pathetic! The cheese was mostly out of the sandwich, there was no corned beef and only three strips of pastrami, no other way to describe it, PATHETIC! This location has lost my business!!

This place absolutely sucks when it comes to service, they are rude, don't know hospitality and the atmosphere felt very hostile between the employees. We came at 830pm they close at 9pm and you'd think we walked in right at 8:59pm because of the way they rushed us while ordering. We've never been here so we were asking simple quick questions and looking over the menu but the women at the register kept answering for my partner everytime I asked him a question about his order. While waiting for our food, the same employee rudely told her colleague to hurry up when mopping and while she swept she kept aggressively moving rhe chairs. I couldn't even have a conversation with my partner because i couldn't here him due to her being blatantly disrespectful towards us, the guest. We won't be back, be mindful, if this is the way the manager watches her employees work, which she was watching us the whole time, then I can't imagine the service would be any better at any point. They obviously don't care.

The customer experience is terrible. This curly-haired woman was wearing headphones while working. She pretended not to see the customer when I came. I called her several times but she pretended didn't hear me. In the end, the straight-haired lady served me…Terrible working attitude！

Where do I start my pregnant co worker went to get a sandwich, the cook refused to remake the incorrect order she made even tho the other employees said they could remake it. She wasn’t going to say anything and take the sandwich but it had dressing and being pregnant it not something she can’t or will make her sick, she looked over and the cook smirked at her I don’t understand how someone can be so rude just wow the cashier felt bad and gave her a refund because she refused the sandwich. I hope that cook get fired treating someone pregnant like that my co worker is the sweetest person she never rude that cook is lucky I didn’t go over there and yell at her she needs to be fired

This place is the worst. Their rewards don't scan at the register and the employee says it happens a lot but instead of honoring it she said she couldn't do anything nor get a manager to help. Even when she sees it on our phone app. There were no customers waiting at the counter when we walked in and only 3 people sitting at a table in the restaurant. The chips were not stocked and for the slow time it didn't appear that they were doing much. Worse customer service for my handicapped husband. We ended up walking out and they lost a customer over a free sandwich that they did not want to honor. The place did not look very clean so they probably did us a favor.

Horrible, service and Horrible owners . I can't believe they are still in business. I ordered a sandwich for a child and when they messed up had me repay to make it instead of taking responsibility for their employer who got the order wrong . This is not the first time . The sandwich are always soggy and cold , lunch meat taste like it's old and sitting out . I would never recommend this place to anyone

I go here about twice a week and the owners work super hard so I go back but the staff doesn't understand no pickles. It's like a sick joke. I tip 5 bucks every time the get my order right and I've tipped twice. Pickle juice soaked meatball sandwiches are great, not. Part 2! They now have a call center that tells you to modify your order at the store when you get there. After hoping for a change after a year it's still hopeless there.

After entering the facility, an employee advised "we will be with you shortly." Two additional customers entered. The employee immediately began taking the order of the two customers who entered after us. We were ignored. When we spoke up, there was immediate attitude by the employee. Our order was taken. The other orders were processed and the customers received their sandwiches. Additional customers entered and ordered. They also received their sandwiches. When I began to ask the status of my order, I was told it was being processed. We ordered two small sandwiches. We finally received our order, with continual attitude. Sandwiches are very good, employee's are rude, unprofessional and will cause a decline in business.

I placed my order online at 4:45 and the order was given the time of 5pm to be ready. I arrived after 5 and the order was not ready till after 5:50. I was told that they were busy and that they push back order in online to prioritize other orders. So my order was not even started to 535 after I asked and they had dig for the order and said they'll start it now. The whole time the what I believed manager said it was gonna be late and was relatively rude the whole time I understand the situation was stressful because of all their orders but she was ruder then needed. A man walked in for a pick up order and was given his order in less then 15 mins and when asked by a fellow angered customer why he was served so fast she yelled he was priority and said nothing else. I was finally given my sandwich with a simple sorry its late. This is how you lose customers.

First time I went and the little Hispanic kid that was doing nothing had me wait just to say someone will help me. I ended up getting helped by an older Asian woman (who I believe is the manager/owner). I'm assuming because I'm covered in tattoos, she was not cordial. The only highlight was that the young white woman behind the counter greeted wryly smile and made a killer sandwich. The tables were not cleaned, had to clean my own. Against my better judgment, I went back and was greeted by the same white girl behind the counter (who still made an amazing sandwich), ignored by the same Hispanic kid and ignored by the same Asian manager. I waited and said they would be with me shortly, even though they were just talking about personal things. The manager helped, still with a look of irritation. I paid in cash and she was hesitant to take it. She looked at it through light and went on to even use a counterfeit marker on it. I am only stating race, so that you are aware of who you are dealing with. I will not be returning.

Poor service, the manager is the worst and very rude. She treats her workers like trash. I won't be eating here no more, this treatment tells me alot about this working environment. I give this 1 star because she is very unprofessional and immature jersey mikes and subway is WAY better.
