Got the pistachio frappe and it was great. I could tell that they used the actual pistachio in the drink and it was $6.50 for large, which I think is a great price. The place was crowded and there's a bathroom in the back which you have to walk for a bit. Great service and great flavors to try.

Nice boba cafe with a good variety of hot and cold drinks and your usual boba shop toppings to add to the drinks. Had their mixed grain latte and it was a great new flavor I hadn't tasted in coffee before.

Can't even start to explain how delicious the hot milk tea latte was!!after some spicy Korean barbecue food this is the perfect drink to wash down that warm meal! It was really hard to make a decision every single thing sounded delicious so I went with the very first one on the list she also said it was the most popular one and gave me more than enough helpful information.all the other drinks and ice t's look delicious too but I had to go with something hot and I'm glad I make that choice I'll definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone especially if you like boba!

Still the best boba Thai tea I've ever had. The pearls are always super soft, and the tea is perfectly sweet!!! The strawberry banana smoothie with popping strawberry is equally as delicious, as is the House Milk Tea!! The staff is always friendly, the place although chaotic busy at times it's always clean, and the service is fast!!

Although it is a bit far from my residence, we do make the effort to drive here for their boba drinks because it is that good!!! In my opinion, it is one of my favorite boba places. I've been to several It's Boba Time places but being that they're all individually owned, this one certainly raised my standards in terms of quality drinks and service. And they also support Veterans which is a biggggg plus, unlike many of the other It's Boba Time stores. My addiction: Dirty Matcha w boba 50% sugar

Fresh boba and delicious coffee, too! They make boba so fresh: I have been to LA locations many times and now I LOVE its here too. Their mango smoothie is my sons favorite and I like their strawberry cream cheese macarons with my coffee. Ill come here for my moms favorite watermelon slush and mocha frappe!

I came last minute because I had to get change from the gas station but it was like literally 2min before closing and they made a drink for my daughter so sweet and it was delicious she got the #12 peach strawberry with strawberry pop boba

The taro milk tea 🧋 is great, the house milk tea boba is great, the hibiscus berry is refreshing... you can also ask for ice water and they will place it on a cup and seal it for you at no extra cost... tip for the summer ☀️!!

They always make super tasty drinks as i've tried their house milk tea and jasmine green milk tea with boba. I have also ordered their popcorn chicken. i'll be back soon. Easy plaza parking provided.

Another boba stop for me. Grabbed a peach lychee with boba (regular size). The tea itself was ok and there were added toppings besides my boba - I believe it may have been chunks of peach and lychee. These unexpected fruit chunks were a nice addition, but I would have liked to know ahead of time what was going to be in my tea. I would not have added boba because it was a little chunkier than I would have liked. I would still go back to try another tea and maybe grab a snack or dessert from the macaroon case. Pros: the space is nice, modern, clean, and fun (at the time it was decorated for the holidays). The service was fast and friendly.

Idk if I was just hot or what but I guzzled it down and the brain freeze was worth it 😅. It was a treat cuz I don't drink orange juice often in fact I rarely do even tho i love juices ,cuz of the sugar content so it was a treat. The mango green was ok. Maybe cuz u got it less sweet idk. And I got the large too cuz mango is my favorite tea flavor ironic because I don't care much for the actual fruit . May try the apple slush next time too cuz I was originally going to get that but picked the orange instead .

Their chicken pad thai is so good. They don't have dine in for pandemic. Otherwise they have nice cozy sitting area.

And after tasting it we smelled it and it also smelled like rotten milk! If I could give this boba time 0 stars I would. I was really excited to get boba because I was in the area. I have frequented this location many times when I lived closer but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was extremely lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and didn’t greet me when I walked in. When I asked about the menu, the response was short and unhelpful. They made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply placing an order. To top it off, my drink took way longer than expected, and when I finally got it, it wasn’t even what I had asked for. No apologies or explanations from anyone. It’s a shame because the drinks might be good, but the customer service made it such a negative experience that I won’t be coming back.

A male employee (tattoos on both arms, black shirt, black hat worn backward) stating, 'I don't take the order at this moment,' and directed me to the kiosk without any further explanation. I complied and went to the kiosk. However, just moments later, I watched a female staff member approach a woman waiting at the same cashier and proceed to take her order. When I looked on in disbelief at this blatant inconsistency, the same male employee who had just refused me came out and asked if I wanted to order—only after I had already finished ordering at the kiosk. The entire incident took place within a span of 2-3 minutes. It is absurd that I was refused service at the register while another customer was helped immediately after. The arbitrary refusal and lack of standard service protocols were incredibly offensive. This specific employee is in serious need of retraining on both customer service and consistency.

I come in and order a pistachio frappe with extra pistachio and get finely crushed probably blended pistachio that I couldn’t even taste in the drink. The lady gives me attitude for trying to get my drink fixed that they clearly didn’t make correctly, I came in at 7:20 she was a light skin lady with makeup(not the girl that’s been working there for awhile) it’s ridiculous I come to different itsbobatime locations and this one always can’t get it right, I wish I would’ve got her name but they weren’t wearing name tags.

The worst experience ever! We stopped for two açaí bowls! The store was completely empty and It took them 30 min to prepare 2 bowls, the base was very watery and the fruits were not fresh, they didn't even add the shredded coconut at the top. When we said the coconut is missing, they said they added! it's in there! NOT recommended
