Always swell, sandwiches always great , staff is great , friendly. On this particular day a rude Karen went out of her way to ruin everyone's day. As hard as she tried , staff prevailed and was extra friendly to said Karen who than got on her phone and proceeded to speak loudly for all patrons to hear about how annoyed she was for whatever reason, she probably was on the phone with multiple managers. I typed in my shore points and high tailed it out of there. Will be back!

KETO FRIENDLY. Just get the sub in a tub. They food at Jersey mikes is fast and reasonably priced. They have a bit of a higher quality than your average sandwich place. They have a great new look since the remodel and I have probably eaten my weight in deli meat over the years.

Tyler and Paulina were amazing! Immediately walking in we were greeted and felt comfortable enough to start a conversation. I've been a Jersey mikes customer for years, and I have never felt so comfortable and welcome. I will definitely make this store location the main location. We will be back soon!!!

Ordered the California club sub with no modifications via the delivery option in the app, which was executed by Door Dash. No avocado on my sandwich. First mistake I can recall from this location, I was charged the full amount for my sandwich, I’m disappointed it didn’t have the avo.

Great staff and I always enjoy the food at Jersey Mike's. However it appears that this location doesn't have the powdery/cornmeal/sandy base on the bottom of the bread - I personally like this base and the other location I usually go to has this at the bottom of the sandwich.

what can i say except I am hooked on Jersey Mikes. Something was a little different about this place when I had it Mike's way, not enough oil and vinegar maybe? Either way, like goto a Jersey Mike's like every week where ever I travel and even at my home state of Oklahoma.

Pros: Bloody Fantastic as usual! My goodness how I love the Turkey Provolone with Jersey Juice or the Southwest Chicken w/Ranch also... They are simply to die for! I do think a couple more slices of meat & cheese needs to be added, considering this is thee most expensive sandwich shop out there on the standard Fast Food Chain. We don't go anywhere else for a great sandwich...but its pricey. A good whole grain bread choice would also be appreciated. The stores clean, but behind the counter isn't. On a "Con" note: We stood there and watched a young lady load these small white frozen pieces of something...maybe bread, onto a baking sheet in the back of the store, and placed them in the oven. The tray fell out, as did the product, all over that filthy floor. She gathered them up, put them back on that baking sheet and back into the oven. Well, it fell out again, and again she did the same thing. Tried to grab my phone camera but the cashier came to check us out. We were floored tho! Seriously?! What in the hell is going on there? That freaked us out and lets just say we're taking a break from JM for awhile.

Place is bomb but almost every time we go....they are out of the main ingredient ! It's either bacon or avacado....always out of at least one of those, but tonite was BOTH! Need to stock up better....

Very clearly stated what I wanted on my sandwich. They confirmed and still put things on I specifically said NO to. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. I could understand if they were busy mistakes happen but there was only 1 other person in the store and employee standing there watching.

I was just in there about 40 min ago before closing. A young petite fair complected lady took my order. It seems like I interrupted her convo with a male worker there. I just ordered simple and to the point, one sandwich. I wanted to make it fast for her as they're closing. As I was paying, I typed in my phone number and realized they had my old one. I hadn't been in there for awhile. I quickly asked young lady if they transfer points. She was short with me and said she had no idea. I was fine with that. However, I was not fine when she counter flung the sandwich to me and walked away as if she was upset to service me. WOW! I was beside myself for a second in disbelief thinking like did she just do that? She hurried off to the back with no care about what she just did. I was sorry I even tipped! If it was earlier in the day and that happened, I would have immediately asked to see a manager. Needless to say, I will not be returning there. I have been to many Jersey Mike's Stores that have pretty good customer service. This was not one of them. If you're tired and you want to go home. I totally get it. Please, just have somebody else help the customer. Don't take your frustrations out on them. Not cool. We're all grownups.
