I'm a beach person and I really love the decor of this restaurant. The outside grounds are just as beautiful tropical tropical style planting. I love that they list calories in the menu, and they have plenty of healthier, lighter calorie choices so that one could choose those options that taste phenomenal. Today, I had the beach bowl with teriyaki grilled chicken, and of course, I had to have plenty of refills of the passion iced tea. My server today was very attentive and efficient. Food came out quickly. I got here around 2:30 and it was not busy at all. 🤩

It all started with the hostess wiping down my lunch table right in front of me without me asking. He did it was such passion. Restaurant is clean. Bathrooms are clean. This is a deal breaker for me and I appreciate clean bathrooms. Brittany was my waitress and she was such a sweetheart. I actually meet a new friend in her and because of her service I will go back again/again. thank-you! for creating my lunch experience so wonderful. I have had to wash my blouse 3 times as I got sauce all over it which is so hilarious. I ordered the pineapple hamburger and it’s a must when you visit this location. the employees @ Islands have always been so remarkable and when you see customer service like that not only do you go back but you highly recommended to everyone you know.

This island's is really good. My friend and I went to dinner he had the special off menu item with chicken, onion rings and bbq sauce and I had the chicken sandwich with grilled mushrooms and Swiss. They were both outstanding and the waitress was very friendly and always checking on us.

Their food quality is very consistent. I ordered the Hula bunless lettuce wrap with a fried egg and it was delicious! Service was excellent. They mixed up our drinks but were quick to fix it and always with a smile on their face.

A well above average burger restaurant. Nice burgers and fries, great service, and nice atmosphere. It's island themed hence the name and it looks nice on the interior. A nice place to eat at before or after the movies for sure. Friendly staff and not too shabby of a burger.

This place is a classic . Sad to see a lot of them closing down . They have decent burgers . I usually get the veggie burger because it has a great taste and it’s thick ! But this time we opted for the impossible patty and I was a little disappointed. Couldn’t really taste it and it was super thin . I’ll stick to the veggie patty . The sweet potato fries were pretty soggy. I would not get those just regular fries next time. The ranch for some reason it’s super watery. I think they dilute it with water- it was dripping all over the place !!! The service was good, however and it’s always chill vibes.

Their burgers are delicious and their kids meals are ok as well, but on a slow night you may have a hard time catching the attention of the servers. At least they have nice new tv's for when you are waiting for someone to look in your direction.

Slow service. Took over 20 minutes before we were able to order drinks. Only 5 parties in the place.

5 stars for service snd 3 stars for food. The servers and service here is awesome. I still remember the first time I came here 3-4 months ago and the hostess was just on top of it as well as the servers and bussers. I had the Big Wave burger a few times and the beef patty didn’t taste fresh to me. Once I could actually taste and smell the blood that it had been sitting in which was a major turn off. My partner also started to feel sick from the deep fried food the first time we were here, which may have meant the deep fryer oil wasn’t good anymore. I tried the Moa Crisp this last time I went and it was decent. Nothing to write home about. If I were to try it again, I would probably ask for some extra condiments to enhance the flavor of the sandwich.

Islands is one of our usual go-to's after church on Sunday. However, this Sunday was the worst experience I've ever had. We ate at the bar like normal and we didn't have the normal bartender. We had a different girl. She was incredibly rude. She spent most of her time socializing in the back kitchen with the staff touching and hugging on all the male staff and then there was a sweet old man who came in and was eating dinner by himself and he asked for a margarita. You could totally tell it was a treat for himself and he was trying to strike up casual conversation with her and her made a little flower rose for her to which she proceeded to go over to the table where other staff members were taking their lunch break and say all kinds of unpleasant things about the elderly gentleman which you could tell by his face he could hear her. I ordered a drink when she brought it to our table. She slid it across the table and it almost spilled you could tell she did not want to be waiting on us. She spent her time with people that she knew even though we are regulars there. It was such a disappointment. She didn't need to treat that man that way. Definitely need to work on manners.

Service seriously needs help. 5 p.m. today waited at the podium , five minutes for someone to appear to seat us. Once we did we sat at the table for another ten minutes no one came by. Finally at waitress was passed we called out to her asked her if we had a waitress she said yeah it's me and kept going SMH. We just left i haven't been here in years and now I know why. Won't make the effort to try it again. Glad to go across the street to Applebee's.
