Very tasty Chinese food. I had the teriyaki chicken with rice and it was the bomb. Also the inside is pretty cool.

Serving staff always kind. Food good quality. Super Green is choice I always order to replace fried rice or chowmein, as my healtier diets. Ftom time to time i also order fried rice and chowmein separately to indulge myselfsince they are so tastful.

The way this staff carried themselves during a busy dinner rush was unlike anything I've seen before. They all kept a professional demeanor and made sure everyone got taken care of. Shout out to Zack, Daniel, Brianna and Alan! Ill definitely be coming back.

I was so glad that I had chose this particular location. Upon arrival I appreciated the other shoppers in the area that spoke to me first showing human kindness. Panda Express food was know doubt than healthy and delicious 😋

Food is typical Panda and atmosphere is clean and nice. The only issue I had the seating arrangement are mostly group seating high chair environment on larger hall, otherwise, you have to seat along the window and lines of people which is little bothersome.

This should have been a five star review all the way around, the staff was very friendly. I place my order to go however they forgot the utensils. I get back to work running late since Panda Express was extremely busy, Lunch Hours & I can't eat my Food 😶😬😔😭

If you like vegan orange chicken with healthy fried rice, this is the correct location. I am not vegan but my orange chicken has no chicken but fried dough. And fried rice is so clean taste. No salt, no oily at all. 🤣

We love the food, service is not to great online order was going to be ready at 4:44 … my wife showed up and stood in line to pick up order and for 10 min Jess helped other customer that was behind her in line. So I stood in place for my wife But Mariah took care of me order was still not ready but she was quick and got it taken care of, and in the time I was there no acknowledgment from Jess at any point . But over all it’s good star fast but it happens.

The food tase is great. But the broccoli I ordered a few weeks ago tase a bit old and their was a hair in my food. I needed to throw away my food when the plate was almost full because as soon as I started eating my food their was a hair on the food.The last time I went there their was a Latina woman that attended me and she had an aggressive bad attitude with me and I didn't give her motive to treat me like that at all. I also payed full price for a plate and she gave me half a plate that a scam. She was the one that served me food. So when I ordered two plates of food she served me half of that the plate looked a bit empty do to that.When I came home and looked at my receipt they charged me twice for something I didn't ordered.

The staff do not care enough to give you sauce when you specifically ask for it I've ordered my food 3 times and asked them to please give me some soy sauce and every time there's none in the bag. Incredibly lazy staff do better.

Like coming to this location because it's down the street from my business in chino hills but this time the portion of food was bad. I literally got 6 pieces of orange chicken and the mushroom chicken I got 1 piece of mushroom and 7 pieces of small chicken and no squash. When I usually come here there's always Latina girls serving today it was a young man. Very nice guy but not enough food for what I paid and the donation I left. He literally counts the pieces.

Ran out of food during lunch. Long wait and service just ok.

Today, my family was starving so we went to Panda Express. We had ordered two entry plates. When we had gotten home, I had never seen weaker portion of food in my life. In the future, please be more generous with your servings, especially because of the price raise of $8.50 to $9.50. Thank You

The food is good and fresh. But this is the third time in the last 60 days they get my orders wrong. It is so frustrating, and I shouldn't have to check their work all the time. It's just frustrating.

I like this type of fast food, but by 5 pm you eating not fresh food, I think daytime it more fresh here .

Mobile order take around 30 mins to ready. Not only once. I ordered in this place 3 times. No matter how many people on the line. It always takes 30 mins. Even only one or two person. Update, getting less and less food. Only getting 1-2 shrimp in shrimp and beef entree.

They started to steal on the quantity. Gave me half the quantity.

Food portions are so skimpy! Hardly any chicken maybe 3 pieces.

Dried out food. I had to go home and basically re-cook my food that’s how cold and dry it was. This Panda Express used to be good, I don’t know what happened. Not to mention the price value is through the roof. Save your money and go someplace else. Gross

Went to try the family Deal . It was awful rice was Soggy with no vegetables whatsoever . Didn't even tast like frie rice . Were more worry about Donnated your change then the food . I went to the Panda Express in the Chino Spectrum tonight. I don't know if the staff were new tonight because the food was terrible. The Chow Mein was dry and flavorless. The Orange Chicken was fried batter with little or no Chicken. If I had eaten onsite instead of doing takeout, I would have demanded a refund. While I wouldn't expect to get a James Beard award winning meal, I was shocked to experience Food prepared so poorly, that I wouldn't feed it to my dog!

Ordered beef broccoli & orange chicken to go. I was so surprised! The beef broccoli was watery & mostly broccoli. There was hardly any beef. The orange chicken was soggy & doughy, NOT crispy at all. I was so disappointed. I've had these two dishes from other locations of Panda Express & they were really good. What happened at this location? Idk, don't go to this location with high expectations or you'll be disappointed.

I come to do Uber eats here to pick up and half the time you guys do good and the other half you ignore me after asking what order I’m picking up and continue making new peoples orders that walk in the building. That’s not how you conduct business. I expect myself to be dealt with first considering I not only got there first but I’m also picking up an order. Come on now stop wasting my and others time. Employees are nice but it doesn’t excuse literally ignoring me and the customers online order.

We have been to many panda expresses before, but I have to say, this one was the worst ever. They must’ve changed the noodles and recipe because the noodles we had were dry, tasteless and inedible. The shrimp we could tell was frozen and the broccoli was not fresh. All in all, a waste of money and horrible meal. We won’t be back to this one.

There was so much noise coming out of the kitchen. It was the worst Panda Express I've ever been. Not to mention the chairs scraping on the tile floor was like somebody running their fingernails down a blackboard! I will never return to this Panda Express again! This restaurant does not serve eggplant and tofu!

We got there at 9:30 as soon as we walked up to order they told us this is all we have left for the night, not the best start. So I ordered a 2 item half and half combo with what they had left wasn't paying attention cause was trying to see my options , the lady gave me a small portion of orange chicken and only chowmein no rice. This place has been worse almost every time we came.

Today 7-30-23 @ 6:53 not happy at all with the very small amount of food we got for the amount of money we paid for. Not fair because they charge you a lot. The food was great but very stingy servers. I wish I had taken a picture but just didn’t think about it

Well this location has to be the worst of the worst with lying sack of **** staff saying that I had received the right order when I reported this restaurant to the upper management I’m guessing they called the restaurant to see if they gave me the right order and what you know I guess they sided with the liars when they didn’t even fully investigate the situation just by their employees saying they did gave me the right order was enough for them to finish investigating. But that’s fine I’ll have my bank do its own investigation and i also reported this place to osha and consumers affairs. I have no idea how this place is still open it’s ridiculous.

I placed an order online. It was 2- 2 item plate, both with shrimp almond and Mongolian beef. Both those plates where very small portions and. They were not worth the value. When I picked up the item no one gretted or assisted me with my pick up. Looks now I will have t stay with my neighborhood Chinese place than order from a franchise. Especially the on at Chino Hills.

Don’t come here worse service cold food

Very disappointed at Panda Express. The noodles were all broken and it was mostly cabbage, almost like leftover scraps from the bottom of the pan. Honestly, this was the worst meal I’ve ever had from Panda Express. I only picked out a little for my child to eat and ended up throwing the rest away.

However, they are still on the clock, and they need to pay attention to detail. I ordered a plate with two entrees. The worker told me to wait 5-10 minutes to make more. I didn’t mind that. After waiting more than 20 minutes, the worker finally all the orders that were pending. Anyway, after getting home and opening the box, the worker didn’t add the second entree that I waited for. At this point, the location was already closed. I know, I should’ve check before leaving the location, but I was just trying to get home. This location lost a customer.

We were basically the last ones in line, and instead of offering any kind of solution — like at least giving the food that was clearly going to end up wasted — all they said was “sorry.” I’ve worked in the hospitality industry before and this is not the way you go about things.

Got food poisoning here! My friend and I ordered the chow mein, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. Sadly, I can't go back to Panda after this experience.
