I am from North Carolina so my fist in and out Burger stop. Small menu but what was in it was great. Staff very friendly. Location a little small for volume of customers it everything moved along well thanks to great staff.

In N Out is always consistent in their food quality and customer service. I'm not even sure if I have a favorite because they're that consistent in their company standards. Love the simplicity of the menu and the ease of ordering from the secret menu. Their lemonade is so incredibly good and their shakes are the best and cheaper than anyone around. Flawless experience always.

As someone from the East Coast, I had always heard the hype about In-N-Out, but honestly, I wasn’t prepared for just how good it really is. The burgers are on another level. What struck me most was how perfectly put together they are. Every single burger looks like it was handcrafted with care, not slapped together in a rush like you sometimes get elsewhere. The presentation is flawless, the bun, cheese, lettuce, and tomato all stacked just right, and the flavor matches the appearance: fresh, balanced, and absolutely delicious. It’s rare that fast food feels this well thought out, but In-N-Out nails it. From the first bite, I could tell why people are so loyal. Honestly, I wish we had these back home on the East Coast because I’d be a regular. Until then, I’ll be looking forward to my next trip out west for another perfectly built burger.

Newer, spacious, clean, never crowded, and delicious. I always get a double-double with grilled and raw onions, ketchup and mustard instead of spread (takes off 90 calories) with chopped chilies although lately I've been opting for the extra patty ordering it in a triple triple style. 🍔 And an order of fries. 🍟 I opt for water. 💦 #nomnomnom 🌭 I always ask for one packet of mustard because every good meal needs some acid and ketchup is mostly red tomatoey sugar (but damn it's good though). #saltfatacidheat

Every outlet of InnOut is great but I feel like the one in Chino is even better. The staff are friendly and especially helpful when it comes to toddlers. Food is great as always

WHAT'S A GAL TO DO, WHEN SHE GETS THE IN N OUT URGE AND HER HUSBAND'S NOT AROUND? Well, she treats and drives her own self to her own Double Double! The Chino Hills, In n Out is my favorite! Fast, Courteous, Delicious and Affordable ($5.55)! I'm a very Lucky Gal that gets to work just a few blocks away. Even though I'm supposed to be on my "weight loss journey", I allow myself a Double Double Cheeseburger, because it's only 600 calories and high protein! I frequent In n Out about once a month, otherwise my booty would spread as far and fast as the rumor that 5G caused Covid (which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard!)! The drive thru is a little tricky and there's always a line after 11:45am. I suggest go between 11:00 and 11:45 to grab your lunch. The employees working outside taking the Drive Thru orders are very friendly, efficient and quick (just like Boost Infinite). SSDGM, Elaine

Every time I eat an In-N-Out burger, I am always in awe that it feels like I’m eating the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Nothing beats how fresh it tastes. Many other burger spots or restaurants are hit or miss, and sometimes tastes like the patty isn’t fresh like it has been sitting in its blood for too long. I’ve been going to this chain since 1998 and still remember the first time my mom taught me to order our burgers animal-style. It’s been my favorite burger ever since!

The fast food restaurant provides typical fare. The service was satisfactory, and the burgers were acceptable. The establishment was bustling with activity, yet we were served within a reasonable timeframe. I would not hesitate to return.

In N Out is my all time favorite restaurant and I almost never have a bad experience! But tonight my food was all sorts of wrong.😭 I know my order is a bit complicated but I get it all the time and don’t normally have issues. The girl who took my order took it perfectly(per the receipt) so shoutout to Leah! But grill was a bit off tonight. First, I am allergic to tomato, so I asked for no tomato and no spread. It said that on the receipt, but when we got the burgers, they both(yes I got two I’m a hungry pregnant girl lol) had EXTRA tomato and randomly ketchup. I double checked and it doesn’t say ketchup anywhere on the receipt. Sadly we were already home by the time I opened my food so we had to go back, which set us back for our early day tomorrow. Obviously they were super nice and quickly offered to remake them. I was in the restroom when they gave us the remade food, so I asked my husband to peek inside and double check they didn’t have tomato or ketchup. He said we were good so this time I started trying to eat in the car, and I realized neither of my burgers had onions. Now, onions are my favorite thing about in N out. Like if I could get triple extra onions I would. Or quadruple. They are SO GOOD and I always get EXTRA grilled onions, this time no different. I had seen for sure on the receipt that the cashier put extra onions, and the original burgers that had ketchup and tomato definitely had extra grilled onions. But the new ones, although free of tomato and ketchup, had no onions. At all. And they used the same receipt to remake them, so they should have had the onions. Sadly when they remade the food they accidentally kept the receipt otherwise I’d include a picture too. But I do have photos first of the issues with adding tomato and ketchup and second the ones with no onions. Even tho we had just left it was too late to go back and replace it again since we have an early day. Since they took the receipt I’m not sure if we’ll be able to get a refund but we’ll probably go in tomorrow night after Disney lol to see if we can. But just in case I thought I’d try my shot at a review. I LOVE in N out but tonight was very sad😭 I just want my onions!🥺

I bought $30 worth of food here at the drive thru and I ordered a XL lemonade to drink, I bought my food on march 3rd 2026 around 12:30am, when I got home I noticed my ice was filled all the way to the top and within just a few sips I had no drink left. This is very disappointing and the worker who filled this up had no regard on how to properly fill up a drink. I will not be coming back.

The restroom was disgusting, diarrhea was inside the toilet. The fries were very stale, not even chewable. I saw the workers playing around inside the kitchen and when I saw the guy making fries he dropped the fries in the ground and picked it back up and put it back in the tray of serving people’s food. There is a high chance the food is not clean if the bathroom isn’t clean, please do not come to this In N Out Burger. I am very disappointed about my experience here.

The food was horrible, I had severe diarrhea and felt nauseous in the bathroom. Not just that but I had to puke also in the toilet. The food was not fresh, there was a cockroach in the double double burger. Don’t come to this In-N-Out. The workers are not sanitary and they don’t care about the customers.

Yesterday our family purchased a few burgers and fries from this location. To our surprise the fries were cold and old. In-n-Out fries are only good when they're served hot and fresh. Once they get cold they're terrible. In addition, the fries were overly salted which made it almost unbearable to eat. We ended up tossing half of them. Needless to say, we're not likely to go back to this location for a while.

I’ve been a regular here for over 15 years! I’ve always been familiar with the managers as they rotate and consider the store my family. Jose, the previous store manager, created a great environment! This new store manager (won’t say her name) always has attitude and I’ve seen the way she talks to her employees. Not professional at all and not the In-n-Out standard I love and know. This review is solely for her. Please consider respecting employees and customers more. The last interaction I had with her recently was my last straw and I will no longer be supporting this location.
