Our server was so very nice polite and informative on helping us with the menu also loved how often management came by the check to make sure our service was to our satisfaction. It made for a satisfying enjoying evening dining with my family.

I love their food and I can eat for cheaper than a fast food meal. They have good deals and tasty food. If you like French onion soup, this is the place to get it. I always all for it well done so that the cheese is brown and crispy...yummy. I had that and a platter of spinach-artichoke dip with chips, and coffee. When my total came I thought they had missed an item. It was less than $15. They do have reduced entree prices after 9pm.

I've been here a few times and it's always been good. The servers have been friendly. The food has been delicious everytime. The mash potatoes are good the green beans are too. You can get a table or sit at the bar.

Came here for the first time today. Was shopping with the sis and mom. We decided to have a drink and split some nachos. Our server Lupita (I think that's how you spell it) was amazing!! Probably one of the best servers I have ever had. Will definitely come back and actually try a meal next time.

Went and it was super busy, my waitress ended up with a giant party of like 12 people while maintaining other tables. It wasn't over the top customer experience, but I wasn't neglected and was given good and proper service

This Applebee’s feels like it’s lost a bit of the energy it once had. It’s become more of a run-of-the-mill bar and grill than the lively spot it used to be. Service could’ve been sharper — we only received one round of drink refills during the entire meal, and my entrée wasn’t upgraded to the 10oz as I requested when ordering. I tried the new Skillet Garlic Steak — it wasn’t bad, but it definitely needed more seasoning. Not terrible, just not something I’d go out of my way to order again. The artichoke dip came with huge chunks of artichoke, which might be great for some, but I prefer a smoother dip that doesn’t snap my chip in half. Management made frequent rounds, which might seem like a plus, but with so few guests, it almost felt excessive. It left me wondering if something had gone wrong earlier in the shift. In my opinion, it's better to check in at key moments — before the meal or as the check is coming — rather than hovering throughout. All in all, not a terrible experience, but nothing that really stood out either.

Sat at the Bar and bar flies keep buzzing around while we are trying to eat. Plus, the Bartender girl Chastity is so rude we had to ask for more drinks and if could order. French Onion soup was absolutely disgusting! They put a whole slice of bread in it instead of croutons! When we told the Bartender girl she was argumentative. Just horrible service… I’m super disappointed! Gave a $10 tip even though she didn’t say anything but slam our bill on the counter! Horrible customer service.

So the experience with applebee's this past week was very bad,. I really wanted to have chicken tenders which online look amazing. So me and my husband go in and order I get the chicken Tender plate he gets pasta with tenders on top and OMG. Let me tell you my mouth drops. They were shriveled up little pieces of hard chicken. I've never seen chicken tenders look that way , I asked for My fries to be unsalted and they give them to me loaded with salt. I just think that restaurants get away with false advertisement and it's not right. I am not a picky person but when you get chicken tenders that are litearly shriveled chicken there is a problem. I did talk to the waitress and told her that this is not what I wanted to order. She did give me an attitude and was not liking that I said that I was very polite but I was not gonna pay for a meal that looked the Way it did and not enjoy my food. And I did taste it and it was tough and dry. So my opinion and my experience. This location is not good and i'm just going to find another applebee's .

Food and service have really gone downhill. Very disappointing considering we use to always come here. We will not be back. Portions, quality of food and service are crappy.

Food was bland, no taste to the spinach dip or 4 cheese Mac. Kraft Mac might even have had more flavor than that. Service was horrible. At first I felt like the young gentleman was a newer server and was trying give the benefit of a doubt but unfortunately seems like the whole restaurant has horrible service. No one attended to us, multiple tables around us having same issues. Orders messed up, forgetting appetizers and drink requests not correct. We waited for so long trying to get help with checking out with a gift card that took forever! The little check out kiosk on the table did not work and had the table behind us order. Server let us know that wasn’t our tables and tried fixing. My husband had to wait outside with our 3 year old since this was all taking so long. No one was there to help out the gentleman. I saw maybe ONE man who looked like a manager and looked like he was no help or a clue what was going on in his own restaurant. The manager never came to our side of the restaurant once! Literally had to look up the reviews for this restaurant once we left because it was so horrible. Never coming back. I am so happy we had gift cards to pay for our food tonight. Apple bee’s more like Apple D’s and F’s is what my husband said.

we got a discount and free kids meals because there was a hair in my husbands food I had to give him half my plate , we were celebrating for my grandpas heavenly birthday we have 3 kids and never really go out the one time we go out this happened very unfortunate WATCH OUT FOR HAIR IN YOUR FOOD . The manager barely got there so he didn’t see it so that’s why I feel he didn’t take it more serious or our whole check would have been free . Disappointed and disgusted will not be returning .
