Customer Service is awsome good food its not a typical fast food your food is made per order so it is fresh. Employees are verry welcoming the manger is awsome you will see her working in the front then jump in kitchen to help out to get the orders out. Highly recommend this location but if your looking for fast food McDonalds is down the street.

This is a bit of a late post, but even though the Lenten season has wrapped up, I stumbled upon this spot by chance while passing by. I didn't expect much, but since it was Friday and I typically stick to seafood and veggies, I was pleasantly surprised to find they offered a Lenten menu. The plate was just $8, which felt like a great deal—thank goodness it wasn't a $20 letdown! They had three Lenten options: fried fish, fried shrimp, or grilled shrimp, all served with a salad and two scoops of rice. It took a little while for the food to come out, but I was patient, and it truly was worth the wait! The fish was piping hot, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the salad was surprisingly delicious. The place seemed to be busy, which is always a good sign. Overall, it was an onolicious experience! Thank you!

This was our first stop in our trip from Vegas to LA and it was just perfect. We definitely didn't know where we were going but we just know we needed food asap and pulled off the Highway and chose this spot. The food was amazingggg. The portions were great because even after we finished eating we were able to combine out left overs and get another full meal for later ofcourse. If you're in the area I'd definitely recommend.

So I got to admit this place was really awesome because there was a really sweet young lady helping me out in the register and and this was on Tuesday February 25th between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. so I asked her what her suggestion was I asked her about certain drinks and while she took care of me when it came to my order she was also still working hard cleaning doing whatever it is she needed to do and it seems like she was like the manager or some sort but I swear this young lady was just awesome truly wished I got her name so I can promote her on here but thank you very much for your amazing service and she was definitely very pretty so easy on the eyes and just loved her energy

This place always hits the spot. The Hawaiian bbq chicken and beef are delicious. My wife and I always get the mix plate to get a bit of everything. Kids the bbq chicken and rice. The macaroni salad is very good too. Cannot recommend this place enough. Everytime is excellent. If you're gonna have fast food, this one is one of my top choices. Pro tip: to save money, order the bbq chicken platter and make rice at home. A small platter feeds a small family for 2 days.

Food is good but can have food amount Inconsistentencies. Sometimes they don't give you the same amount of food. But staff is always friendly. Will continue to go here

I love the food, service was horrible. I Called in my order the phone was answered, but I did not hear a hold please I was able to hear a woman taking orders and other people in the background after a while. Jessica picked up the phone. I was on happy with how she took my order into the restaurant I got the same vibe as I did over the phone. I was very unhappy with the service

The food is pretty good here, my only draw back was the portions where a bit small. The place was very clean , and well decorated. The food was very tasty. a bit more than average price. Good place to eat.

Good food. Good atmosphere. The food isn't always consistent, but when it is at its best it's great! Friendly staff. The amount of food is less than they use to give, but more than some places. The prices are okay, but are better with a PRINTED coupon. Near Yogurt Land for a treat after. If you aren't too full. Try the Katsu chicken with the Katsu sauce and the ragoons. Worth a try if you've never had it but like Hawaiian food.

Very good food. Specially the fish and shrimp, other places they alway overcook the sea food, this place was spot on. Teriaky ckicken was goid also. Nice touch with the steam broccoli and cabbage will eat again before going back to Colorado.

Awesome Hawaiian food! We had tried L & L Hawaiian food, my personal opinion is Ono is better. We had ordered the mixed grill with beef, chicken & Kalbi ribs with rice & Mac salad. Kalbi ribs rice plate & Kalua pork with cabbage. The grilled meat are nicely seasoned & bbq. The Kalua pork is awesome, it is moist & not too salty. It had a great smoky flavoured! All the rice plates comes with steamed cabbage ( very nicely done). We enjoyed the food very much.

The food is good but a little bit expensive. I don't eat out as much as I used to just because prices and restaurants have gone up so much. California's controversial Governor Gavin Newsom raised minimum wage so much now that companies can't really earn money so they raise their prices so much. In the end, who wins?

Ordered deluxe protein chicken salad. Was disappointed, about 1/4 chicken alot less and dried. Flavor not the same

I loved this place but I don't think I wanna eat here again.. I got the chicken Katsu plate and when I got home I started eating it then that's when I noticed it was pink I looked through the the chicken pieces and found that all of the had some pink spots in it one of them looked very undercooked being red I was so sad at now at night that I'm writing this my stomach hurts and I feel as I'm going to barf. :(

Received a coupon to try this place out. Ordered a Chicken & Beef Combo, and a Mini Katsu Chicken Meal. Got home and I only got two mini meals! The receipt was correct and they charged me for combo and mini. The restaurant is not event busy! I don't have time to go back and get it corrected. Food qaulity was sub-par. Both the BBQ Beef and Katsu Chicken were tough. I think they probably have been sitting there for awhile. Only good thing is the food is hot.

The food is usually good but the girl with dark hair on Saturday jan 2 7:15 pm was extra rude for no reason. It kinda just ruins my moral when employees are rude to customers. Yeah I get you probably don't like working there but no need to take it out on customers.

The kid closing tonight was the rudest. Yes I got there 10 minutes before closing..yes there's other customers in there. We even left after a few minutes of eating our food considering they were closed. Asked for an extra sauce his response was "we out it away already". Dude just go in the walk in and get it it already portioned. He said nope and walked away. Went back to my bags. Told my girlfriend they told her no...she went back and nice young girl went out of her way to get it. Its was literally in reach. Its a sauce I didn't order anything extra that dude need to rethink his position. Not the first encounter with him either. Please don't sit on the counter where the food goes don't know where the rear has been.

I am a regular customer at this location but today I was MISTREATED AND DEMEANED BY KALI. (PERSON IN CHARGE) The guy that took my order was a little spacey..not sure what that was about, but my order cam out wrong. I went up to counter to get my scoop of rice that was missing...I was trying to explain to her that the order I got was the order we canceled and changed to another order. She was not even looking at me when I was talking to her..that was rude and no wonder she did not understand what I was saying. She gave me a hard time..I showed her the receipt..it was not the correct one..so i told her to come to the table so she could see whatever she wanted..In the meantime I still haven't gotten the rice. She actually told me that, "She can not give me Free Rice." I do not have to steal rice..I am a professional...I can afford rice. They guy made the mistake..she never apologized. I told her I didn't like the way she made me feel about the rice situation. She said she did not make me feel that way..Customers were listening to it all..She was very argumentative..combative also..It was so embarrassing. We did even have utensils or napkins and we were eating there..It was a horrible experience..There is so much more, but that is pretty much the Gist of it all..I am going to talk to Maria the manager on Wednesday..I was tild their phone does not work, so I have to walk in and talk to her. No one deserves to be treated like this. You come to eat..enjoy your food and have a good atmosphere...Instead I was perceived to everyone in the restaurant of trying to get a scoop of rice for free..I did not even eat my food..just so upset...No one deserves to be treated that way..No One

Jessica is the rudest most laziest employee here. I come here once a week for lunch and it never fails that she’s so rude. Does this location even have a manager? Update:Apparently they have a shift leader with pink hair and she’s even worse.. this place really needs to get checked out by the district managers & or the higher ups!

Don't go in around 8pm. Since they close at 9pm, they will push out all of their orders while counting down their till and cleaning the restaurant while ignoring you as you stand in line for 10 minutes. Apparently closing early is more important than taking customer orders.

Had a few times because of there crispy shrimp i really enjoyed it. The last time i ate here i picked up my order and it was completely wrong and in top of that cold. I then called and they never answered. Disappointing yet what can one really expect.

I just got home with my order, I ordered Island White Fish and when I opened my plate the fish was missing. Check your plates before you leave, the person hung up on me when I called, is there no supervision? or quality control? I wish there was somewhere I can put no stars.

Found staff to be rude and have poor manners when dealing with customers. It's important that if your going to gossip about your dislike of a customer you should as least wait till they leave the store, and that the masks you wear means you have to talk louder for your fellow staff to hear you. Meaning I could hear your unprofessional gossip. You food is great your staff is horrible.

I bit into the grilled chicken and it was so rubbery. I was not looking for free food when I told the big lady with lipstick that my chicken was rubbery. I already ate 3 pieces of it and on the 3rd piece I felt the rubbery texture. She walked over and stared at my chicken. After a few minutes of her telling the cooks about me and the rubbery chicken she returned with the ugliest & most rude. She said, “Here is this chicken. Is that okay? Because you ate most of that chicken on your plate, anyways.” I told her even after she disrespected me, “You didn’t have to do that.” The food was undercooked and I fed my son a few bites of it. I can’t believe how horrible her attitude was! I didn’t even ask for anything. I told her to be careful because someone will get sick. Not everyone lies to get a few pieces of chicken! Unsafe food, WORST service I’ve ever experienced! Someone needs more customer service training. She was bigger and wearing lipstick. I’m so upset we didn’t go to our usual Ono on Mountain Ave. they’re not like this. We always have good food and custom service there. STAY AWAY FROM HERE

I had a bad experience here i bought 3 combo plates one was with a long hair in the plate in another plate it had trash of an appren in my food. Different codes where violated hereThe cooks didn't have no hair knit in the person.Turning in the food didn't have no gloves.Then attending cash in the same time without washing their hands.
