Forget about store hours they will close whenever they feel like it. DO NOT DRIVE there they will be closed most likely

Honestly, I have no idea why the reviews for this specific location are so great. They never fail to mess up something every time we go. Between missing items, substitutions without even notifying the customer and giving the wrong items entirely it's really a huge disappointment for the amount of money you pay. Also, it wouldn't be a bad idea to actually do some up keep around the place. The back by the drive through has a lovely view of rotting siding. The menu board is ran down and missing entire panels. The front where the 'patio' sits is overgrown. The dismissive staff is just the cherry on top. Save yourself the hassle and drive to a different location. Will no longer be waisting money at this specific location and would advise you didn't either.

Me and my coworkers just ordered lunch. I’ve always had a great experience with this Schlotzsky’s, but I don’t know who would look at this pizza and say this is appropriate to serve to customers, someone on staff clearly does not care. I’m appalled, lost my appetite, and now wasted money.

I went to get a California chicken and avocado pizza and it’s extremely salty and burnt, I’m home and was expecting food not…. Whatever this is.. I’m calling been calling and no one is answering can I get my money back I can bring back the whatever this is called????

What happened? There were what appear to be clothing fibers on my flat bread. Cinnabon was not fresh. It was cold and stale and barely had any frosting. I used to love getting warm, delicious Cinnabons from here. I ended up throwing it in the trash. Disappointed and probably will not try again.

It is 8pm there was no one in the restaurant, 1 car in the drive thru, I pull up to order and the lights on the menu wast on, I ask the lady who greeted to turn the lights on and she responded take your time ....so instead of something different I ordered what I normally order and again I asked the lady taking my order to turn the lights on and she said ok .....I placed my order, pulled up behind the truck that was there when I pulled in, I guess he was there for so long, he had to turn his truck off ......when you have to turn your vehicle off then you been there too long ..

got there at 8:15 doors were locked even though they close at 9 and the open sign was still glowing, had to go through the drive through with 10+ cars in line, didn’t leave until 8:45, the boy at the window was nice but i did have to wait atleast 5 minutes until they took my order and another 5 at the window before i was greeted. i don’t know if they were understaffed or what but this is no way to run a food industry business.

Unhappy with the experience I had with my family here last night. We decided to go eat here because we received a buy one, get one free coupon in the mail. We got here at 7:40PM and when I ordered, I was told I would have to order to go because they close soon. I was kind of taken aback here. First, the Google hours say that this location is open until 8:30PM. I looked at the door, and I see that the hours USED to say 8:30, but the :30 had been scraped off, so now it just says 8. Ok, that’s fine. But I was there at 7:40? Why are you kicking me out before you close? The real reason is because we were inconvenient and they wanted to start closing up early. I get it. I’ve worked jobs like that before, I understand wanting to get out on time. But I don’t think you can really tell us we have to leave before it’s even closing time? Especially when the hours advertised on the business account show a later closing time. Anyway, we got the food and sat outside to eat because we weren’t allowed to eat inside. Food was ok. Later after reviewing the receipt, I see that the cashier didn’t even apply the coupon discount, but she did keep our coupon. So we ended up paying full price for food we were only trying because of the coupon, and we had the pleasure of sitting outside in the heat while flies landed all over our food, and the employees inside cleaning up and closing early watched us while we ate outside. Only recommend this place if you go more than an hour before their advertised closing time.

Me and my wife have never tried this place being that the parking lot is always empty, never the less we ordered turkey sandwiches and mini cinnamon rolls. The sandwiches were good but the cinnamon rolls were beyond hard. It was extremely difficult getting a refund after my wife was told by management that they don’t issue refunds. After conversing back in forth we were able to get a refund. Idk maybe people will have better experiences.

Their door states they are open until 9pm. Their "open" light is still on. Google says they are open until 8:30 which is weird but ok. Pull up at 8:05. Door is locked, so pull up to drive-thru and you get a recorded message saying they are closed. What kind of trash operation is this? UPDATE YOUR SIGN ON DOOR!!!! TURN YOUR OPEN SIGN OFF!!!

I have never had bad service at this store until today. I ordered 3 pick 2’s. One in particular was a corn beef on rye. I get to window and the lady reads my order back to me and was ready to take my payment. Conversation is as follows: Me: it should be a corn beef on rye Employee: corn beef? Me: I show her the sandwich from there menu Employee: we don’t have corn beef Me: I guess just beef on rye Employee: we don’t have beef Me: then a pastrami on rye Employee: we don’t have rye At this point I’m thinking, you originally took an order of what you thought was beef and read it back to me without saying, we don’t have… so I said, a beef on regular bread. She said okay and took my payment. I’m now thinking, I thought you didn’t have beef. 🤦🏻‍♀️ with all my pick 2’s I got broccoli cheese soup. I get home and everyone opens to eat their soup and it’s cold and clumpy. No crackers, no spoons, no napkins. Schlotzskys is not cheap and we all only got to eat a half a sandwich for dinner and the sandwich’s were NOT made with care. I hate writing negative reviews, but when you spend a lot of money for food, get all the way home and receive a horrible meal it’s disappointing.

Very disappointed in this location. I ordered thru Door Dash and only found a few missing items! I ordered TWO avocado turkey sandwiches and only got ONE! Ordered 2 kids meals cheese pizzas with chicken added. Came to find no chicken on the kids cheese pizzas. They also failed to put in the chocolate chip cookies with the meals. Lemonade drink was watered down! Yall owe me my money! 🤬🤬 Lost my money!
